None of the workers took a luncheon break and worked until the job was completely done and the area cleaned up. Jeff was wonderful to explain the new system to me upon completion of the work, and provided me with the homeowner's information packet for future reference. Called Lake Sumter Dryer Vent because they had been out 16 months ago. Scott looked at the dryer and vent inside and went on the roof and looked and took photos. Came back down and said your vents are not the problem. Showed me the photos and did a report and sent me the photos along with the report. He even called the repair company to let him know his findings. He shook my hand and said good luck NO CHARGE. He spent 45 minutes here and no charge. He is the best of the best.
