Our (brand new) dryer kept shutting off mid-cycle with an error message indicating that something was wrong with the vent. Multiple visits from Home Depot (where we got the dryer) did nothing to help the situation. I got a hold of Dryer Vent Techs and they fixed our issue the next day! After having Dryer Vent Techs fix the issues with my dryer vent (which they did an outstanding job at!) I hired them to do whole house air duct cleaning. This job was completed yesterday and I have to say this was the most thorough air duct cleaning we have ever had. This isn't truck mounted but they actually can do a better job with the specialized equipment they have. I won't need to do this again for a very long time! These folks charge a little more than the average air duct company but it is definitely worth it to get such a quality job. read more

Marvin (Marv) from Dryer Vent Techs fixed our dryer problem. Our venting wasn't working, the vent was too long which caused our dryer to shut down. Marv was able to reroute the vent to a shorter outside route. The dryer works so much more efficiently than it did before and we don't have to keep resetting it due to error messages. While he was here, he also showed us how to clean our washing machine and dishwasher filters. He cleaned up after himself and we were very happy with his work. We will be using them, after the holidays, to clean our HVAC Vents. read more

Our dryer vent had zero airflow. Marv from Dryer Vent Techs came out and due to the severe blockage or even a possible separation, suggested to just vent into our garage right behind the dryer. Marv was very honest and said it was a job I could probably do myself to save money. I decided to let them do it and I'm glad I did as it was a little more complicated than expected. We now have a dryer that works again and a super short vent that will be easy to clean in the future. Marv also suggested and showed me a simple lint filter to use on the end of the vent, which I bought myself and installed in 10 minutes. I would certainly call on them again if needed. read more

We have a long dryer vent run with several bends and noticed clothes were taking much longer to dry. i called and provided information on the vent setup. They gave a full explanation of what work would be done and what to expect. Marv was on time and reviewed our vent layout and explained why and where in the vent the buildup likely occurred. He was very personable and went right to work from outside the house which kept the laundry room clean. He checked the back pressure several times and cleaned until the pressure was normal. He did a thorough cleanup outside before he left. The clothes dry now like when the dryer was new. He advised they will send a reminder for another cleaning in about one to two years. I called and scheduled service for the same day. Mark was great. We talked through the options and how much of my air duct to clean. He made a recommendation that would save me some money. The process looked pretty effective and he was able to take some before and after pressure/air flow measurements. The airflow doubled and the pressure decreased by half.
