Seven months go by, my wife & I decided to get new insulation put in our home & basement. For some reason, the insulation guys looked through our air vents & the 2nd floor was partially blocked by insulation. We had no ventilation upstairs. Possibly done by previous owner. Duct pro could have informed me the situation once they discover the problems. So we called them out & they arrived that same day to inspect. They said it is old insulation & they're not allowed to remove them. To my dismay, they refused to finish the job. $$$ down the drain for doing half the house work. Never calling them again.

I had an issue where I needed to replace my pressure relief valve on my hot water tank. My tank was pretty old and they said that would be the cheapest fix but if the tank started to go bad then I would need a new one all together which was really expensive. A friend of mine recommended I call Force Heating and Cooling, they came out and quoted me a much more affordable rate for an entire new tank all together! Not only were they extremely friendly, their work for removing the old and installing the new was quick, clean and efficient! I was so happy with their work, I have used them since for my furnace and will only continue to use them for all of my HVAC needs! Highly recommended!
