Ariel immediately came out and said not to worry, he would work with our insurance co. once we made a claim. Ramiro (owner), Ariel & their team are simply the best! Our 2nd floor master toilet leaked causing water damage to our 1st floor kitchen ceiling. Ramiro & his team were out within hours of our 1st call & made themselves available to us at all times, daily, throughout our dry out process. Their price was very fair & more importantly their process & team are efficient, professional & effective. Their dryer set up was clean, quiet & minimally invasive considering it was the middle of our kitchen. They use thermal imaging which is all I trust anymore. They protected our floors throughout the home & had everything dry faster than expected. This wasn't our first leak/dry out experience so we are pretty paranoid when it comes to floor moisture. Days after we repaired the bathroom tile, my home moisture detector pulled a moisture reading & my husband was ready to sell the house! I text Ramiro. My plumber actually contacted Dry Tech after we had a sewage backup in our 1 bedroom rental house. It is pretty shocking to find that kind of a backup and it flooded the entire 500 + square foot house. Fortunately for me he contacted Dry Tech on my behalf because he had worked with them before. He handled the water mitigation immediately and before the next day was over had contacted someone to store the belongings that were not affected, cleaned up the water and mess and had fans going to dry out the moisture. Our crawl space got wet in all the atmospheric rivers. We called Dry Teach for a consult and would have happily hired them to do the work but they were quite busy.
