The scope of work they performed is currently being disputed by my insurance carrier because the charges appear significantly higher than what is considered reasonable and customary. My insurance uses a third-party mitigation review process, and that review has only just begun. Despite this, DryForce has informed me that they are now beginning the timeline for a Notice of Intent to Lien before the insurance review process has even had a chance to conclude. What is particularly frustrating is that DryForce initially failed to engage directly with my insurance carrier to justify their charges. I had to personally step in and coordinate communication to get the review started. Only after I facilitated that connection did the formal review process begin. As a homeowner navigating an emergency situation, I relied on this company to both perform the mitigation work and appropriately work with my insurance carrier which is standard in this industry. Instead, I've been left managing the dispute myself while facing lien pressure during an active review. If you are looking for a mitigation company that will proactively and effectively coordinate with insurance, I would strongly encourage you to clarify expectations upfront and understand how billing disputes are handled before signing any agreement.

The most recent water leak actually happened while I was in Europe. TST worked with me on the phone to identify what needed to be done. It's worth noting that TST even went above and beyond - the wall in my closet had to be torn out for pretty severe water damage and TST carefully uninstalled my entire closet system and left the pieces in great condition, even taped to the wall so to secure them from falling, so it could all be reassembled and reinstalled again. The crew came back two days later to retrieve all the fans. Upon completion of the job the admin team reached out for payment and was careful in updating me on how the numbers worked out with the insurance. I would recommend.

Started a job they could not finish…read more I first met Israel with PuroClean on Wed Sept 8th for a consult. There were concerns that required opening walls and thus more time so we scheduled for Mon the 13th. Unfortunately unavoidable conflicts arose for Israel's team and our availabilities didn't align until Friday the 17th. The project grew quickly and my bathroom was deconstructed the 17th and 18th after which I was told Israel would be in touch about mold testing. After 2 days I eventually had to chase him down and ask about next steps. After mold testing additional cleaning was performed by Israel's team on Sept 27th. The mold inspector contacted me to advise Israels team would finish up on the 30th with final post cleaning mold testing pre-planned for Oct 1. The mold inspector has been providing me with timelines as Israel has been difficult to get information from. I requested quotes several times throughout the process, beginning Sept 22nd-due to the surprise of insurance not covering the work, I wanted to be prepared- and I didn't get the invoice until Oct 1. I asked on Sept 29th if we could ensure I was on the schedule for reconstruction to begin as soon as possible and was told he would check with the reconstruction team. Now I'm being told they're very busy so they can't fit me in right now, when I had tried to be proactive to avoid delays, and was not warned that delays were inevitable. The cleaning team, Zuriel in particular, were great and this is not a knock on the work that WAS completed. But I do feel it's irresponsible to take on work that cuts up someone's home without preparing and planning to put it back together.

I've been considering not posting this, however I can't let this happen to anyone else…read more In short: I had to start the process of filing a theft of service claim and build a case against them through APD in order for them to come back and do the job I had ALREADY paid them for. The details are as follows: Thursday November 8th, 2018 I began having issues with this company. This house was completely empty as we had not moved in yet. We're moving from Pflugerville on the 15th. I'm OCD, so I decided to hire them to come in and take care of the cleaning. They showed up the first appointment day (11/8/18) and did not clean the house. I stood outside for the hour and 48 minutes that they were inside. Figured since they were 'professional' cleaners that I did not have to micromanage them. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I should have just done it all myself!!! I walked inside with only my socks on thinking it was cleaned and found everything to be exactly in the same condition it was before they arrived - Dirty! Photos included I called them to get them back out there and requested a different crew or to have my money refunded. To my surprise, Juana the owner, was one of the ladies I had just met in my home. When Emma finally called me back on Monday I was told that usually after 3 days they don't come back to an address and I should be lucky they are willing to come back at all. They had my credit card information and will not refund more than $50 out of the $115 that I paid. Apparently this is a scam that they've done for awhile. They come in do a poor job don't even use cleaning products - only damp rags to make it appear as if it was properly cleaned. Then they reschedule and never show back up to complete the job. Most people don't think they can do anything about it, however if you pay someone for a service and they don't preform or offer a full refund it is theft. Taking advantage of people that don't know they have consumer rights isn't ethical. Monday, November 12th: I was left waiting at the apartment for them to show up for the second appointment after threatening APDs involvement - our appointment time for the follow up cleaning was at 12pm. Nobody called me to tell me they were running late. I call and was told they're 'experiencing car issues' and won't arrive now until 2pm. At this point I'm beyond annoyed. I'm wasting precious time I could be packing for our move from Pflugerville to Austin to sit here and wait for them. Whatever you do - Don't hire Juana or her team at Lluvia Green Cleaning as they will smile in your face, waste your time, and try to steal your money. Just save yourself the trouble and clean it yourself or spend the extra money on hiring a reputable company. After they left the second time, I found more items that were never cleaned / directives ignored. While they were here I was constantly having to point out dirty things and show them what to do. I ended up just redoing everything myself. Also, never received the receipt to my email as promised. Pretty sure they only showed back up for the second time to avoid further APD involvement. Juana and her team offered me discounts for future cleanings, however unless I get amnesia or hell freezes over I'll be sticking to my guns and avoiding this company like the plague.
