Staff are friendly and greeted me upon walking in - waited about 10 min and decided to do the jelly parafrin pedicure. Phillip who did my pedicure was amazing! From the scrubing, nail care, and massage. 10/10! He really cleans your toes ans scrubs your feet clean. (I almost fell asleep, LOL) I think the nail shop offers beverages? I only question it because I was not offered any when I went but I saw other customers have some. Prices are reasonable - the quality of service is what you are paying for and how clean the shop is. My experience here was not what I expected. The tech who did my pedicure was rough and inattentive, making several phone calls and checking paper work while I was in the chair. He was rough with the massage, nearly cut me with the nail file and made me bleed while cleaning up my nail beds. My gel manicure didn't last even seven days - I work in an office and I'm not rough on my hands. I really wanted to like this place, but it's average compared to other offerings in the area. I booked a regular pedicure and gel x nails. Let's start with the good. The salon is new, lots of massage chairs, that are comfy and roomy for plus size. They also recline and can move forward and backwards a huge plus when you're also 6ft tall. The woman who did my pedicure was amazing. Took her time and gave a wonderful massage. She did the massage with the scrub and I have very sensitive skin, but right about the point I was getting itchy it was over. Standard wasn't overly scented which I appreciate. They do try to up-sell you to a premium but I opted not too. The standard was more than enough. Now for the not so great, they show lots of OPI options in their photos but I was only offered dnd colors. I really wanted a specific opi color or the "glazed donut nails" but the nail tech that did my gel x hardly said a word to me so I just picked a color from what they gave me. She only asked what shape and got flustered when I asked for shorter. This was my first time getting gel extensions, but I really wanted something that would be gentle, and didn't involve too much drilling of my natural nails. There was no cuticle work or manicure of any kind. She drilled my natural nails very minimally then applied clear gel & clear tips. Cut. Shaped. Cut again shorter and shaped. I didn't notice any build up of gel on the underside at that time. Then she polished and kind of gently filed the edges/underside. Then rubbed some lotion & cuticle oil on with no massage of any kind. Disappointing considering how good the pedicure was. It was $87 for pedicure & gel x. Seems fair compared to similar salons. After I left I noticed there was a lot of build up underneath the nail, the nails are very think and it kind of looks like I got really expensive press on nails. Not exactly the look I was going for :( I might be back for a pedicure but will look elsewhere for manicure/gel if I decide to keep them. read more

My friend was excited to see a new nail salon go in by Target so she suggested we have a fun ladies day. We went on Monday afternoon around 2. You can't miss the salon they have banners advertising 10-20% discount and also a grand opening with 30% off. We had missed the grand opening- but figured we would qualify for the other one. When we entered there were 3 ladies on their way out. They all seemed happy with their pedicures. I complimented one in her fun blue toes. I asked her if she knew the name of the polish. She said a number- maybe 558. I was like, oh, it didn't have a fun name? I pick a color- but it's gotta have a fun name too. She laughed and said it did have a name, she just didn't remember it. We were asked to put our name/ phone number/ and birthday in their computer system before we were taken back for our pedicures. The place is beautiful- they have a lot of new massage chairs and everything looked clean and well maintained. My friend and I were the only 2 clients in the whole place the whole time we were there- however we felt extremely rushed. We were given menus to chose our services from. We both selected the regular one- thinking we would splurge next time if we were happy. We had also planned to get our eyebrows waxed- but it felt like we were being pushed out- so we didn't bother asking. The massage chair itself was amazing. However my pedicure had my big toenail cut at a bad angle. I knew it would drive me crazy- so I asked if it could be cut straight. They did fix it, but said then the nail would be short- fine- I just want it straight. My ocd would go crazy if it wasn't straight. During our pedis one of the employee's daughter came in. Not sure if that is why we were rushed- seems like the mother was doing my friends toes. So she wanted to finish and go be with her daughter. My guy went and sat in a chair playing in his phone. They were in a big rush to put our shoes on and get us on our way. Insane since no one was even there- and our toes were nowhere near dry. When we went to pay I paid in cash. Often there is a cash discount. Not at this place. Not only no cash discount, but not even the discount offered on the banner. When I said something the lady at the register just looked at me. Not good customer service. Take down your sign if you aren't offering a discount. I'm also finding bruises on my lower leg that look like finger prints. read more

I called for a pedicure appointment after work. I was able to get right in. I immediately liked the vibe when I walked in. I was seated and Julie got right to work. I had to have her even out my nails because they were obviously crooked. Julie applied the color polish I selected I noticed that I still had skin that need to be cleaned up around my nail beds. How Julie didn't see this, I don't know. Once I was done I stayed in the chair to let my nails dry. I saw Julie run out the door w/her purse in hand. So, maybe he was in a rush to get done with me. I looked at my toes and thought Julie missed more skin around my big toe. I took my phone out and took a pic to enlarge it.. Nope, it was my toenail. My entire toe did not get polished. Rin stopped by and asked if I needed help. I pointed out my toe and he immediately went and got the polish and fixed the careless error. Upon looking at the pics of my toes that I took I noticed that the pedicure was horribly done, cuticles are still a mess. Julie failed to clean up any polish that made it onto my skin. I don't know if she was in a rush to leave or perhaps she needs glasses to see the mess she was leaving me with. It's too bad because this place is nice and comfortable and they offer a lot of pedicure options. I'm afraid to go back and get one of the more in depth pedicure for fear I will pay $$$ and not be satisfied again. It sucks that these are the toes I'm taking on vacation with me. read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Nee is amazing! I split my toe nail by accident (jammed it while trying to move a piece of furniture) and if you have ever jammed your toe or split a nail, you already know, but it hurts! I was so nervous to have anyone touch or even look at it, let alone to fix it. I called the next day (after I jammed my toe) this being a few hours before my appointment. Nee told me to wait and let the swelling and pain go down, band-aid it and a few other things to help. All of which absolutely helped and waiting was the best piece of advice ever! I came in once the pain subsided, although it was still a little tender but felt ready to get this fixed. She kept me informed the entire time and also encouraged me to let her know if there was any pain whatsoever. She is clearly an experienced professional who knows how to care for clients. Nee and the team here are amazing. I will be making this my go to nail/pedi place for sure! I am just so grateful for her care and guidance before the service even began. This place is very beautiful and staff were friendly.. However, the quality of the work was not what I anticipated. This was my very first time here (11/11) and I looked at the photos and thought it was a high quality nail salon. I got my fullset done and everything was beautiful up until two days later when my index finger nail snapped off. I understand nails break when you're doing a heavy hand task, I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years and get it happens. However, I did not do anything that intense that could have caused the nail to snap the way it did. The next day my ring and my pinky nail snapped from grabbing a piece of clothing from my closet. And the next day the other hand nails snapped! I have attached photos to show that I had to re-glue the nails on. I even texted the owner to try to get a refund but they would only offer me $20 because they said that's the policy they have for three nails. I responded asking for a full refund or at least half and never received a response. This is very unprofessional and ridiculous. I spent $90 on this set and shortly after a few days have to pay for another one?? Yes your nails will come out beautiful, but they will not last you. I do not recommend, save your money!! read more

The first time I was here, I was so impressed with Nee, who did my pedicure, and Ivy, who did my dip powder. I walked in and got lucky with them. 5 stars for that first initial visit! I decided to come a second time all the way from Vallejo because they did such a great job the first time. I walked in with no appointment, and this time I got a man who did my acrylics. This was the worst full set I've ever had in my life. It's was so hard for me to speak up (complaining terrifies me lol) so I left but after I got in my car and really looked at my nails I wanted to cry! The first thing I noticed is when he was asking what length I want, he made them way shorter than what I agreed to. I didn't say anything and just let it go. I also asked for "almond shape" but he filed them so terribly that my left hand was rounded and the right hand had like three fingers that were almond shaped! So I just told him to round everything.. It's all so bad, the lengths of the nails are all uneven, the filing is terrible - he didn't even file the sides so now the sides are overlaying on my skin. My thumb is crooked and it sucks because I see it everytime I use my phone. The worst part is that he used a clear tip for one of my nails and you can totally see the difference. I asked for a pink color so I thought he would use polish but I didn't know he would use a pink powder (I never had this before so I didn't know the end result would show the difference in the tips he used). I do UGC content creating for work so I use my hands in a lot of videos & pictures. So having nice nails is REALLY important for me. I'm very disappointed that I paid $60 for a full set that looks like it's worth half the price. And the gas and toll I paid coming from Vallejo to come here. I scheduled an appointment to change the "clear tip" finger with Nee but I'm going to see if she can file all the nails too. I wish I can have the whole set redone because the length, the whole thing was very poorly done. I'll update after my appointment to have it fixed. read more
