As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. I told them the exact shoe, color and size. Lissie checked and said they don't have them in store but was I willing to check another location? I said yes and she checked right then and there. She said another store had them and if I was willing to wait a day or two she would personally pick them up and bring them back to the location closest to me.
