The rotors and brakes were not the correct ones for my car. I scheduled my car to be serviced for Thursday and got finished with work early Wednesday took my car in to drop it off and ask if they could possibly get the car done that day. They cranked it out so now I can get a full days work done on Thursday. As time goes by I ask one of the gentleman how much my service was gonna be. For 2 front rotors and 2 brake pads over $500. At that point I was already there a hour and haft. They never mentioned to me it was going to be a long waiting game cause they don't have the parts. 3:00pm parts arrived but still not working on my car. I had another appointment I had to go to. I didn't know I was going to be waiting for 3 hours for them to do nothing for my car. Mind you it was going to take another hour to put them on. You had 4 workers in the shop. And all these customers coming in not knowing they are gonna be waiting forever. Do you think we have all hours of the day just to have some of these services not to take over 2 hours. There was another customer who car sat in the parking lot for a hour and he was told his service would take 30min. Clearly that is a lie and that man has to spend 2 hours just for a 30min alignment. Oh this poor lady I felt sorry for her. She had a nice car with big tiers on it. Got a flat tire which I heard loudly it would cost her $250 but it gets better. Then they tell her that her other front tire is in bad shape. She will have to get another tier. She told me she felt pressure to get a second tire done. Her total with taxes was close to $500. Y'all need to work better with your customers service to people and be more up front if you don't have the parts at the shop. I recommend drive on over to Richey Tire and Service. Travis help got me an appointment asap and he treated me with better customers service. Cherry on top...their prices are cheaper too.

The next day arrived and we had gotten about 10 inches of snow so the store is wanting to close early. They offered him an earlier appointment and said that they wanted to close. He took them up on it and showed up and they greeted him at the door got his car fixed and ran to another store about 20 minutes away to get the tire that he would need while he waited. We were very happy with the exemplary service they provided and the store was very clean.

We went in Thursday and the whole story changed. It was 85 dollars to drive it around the parking lot to see what it was doing. On our way there the ABS light came on so we asked them to check it too. They said to check it it would be 185 dollars. So they called us later in the day and said they couldnt find anything wrong with the steering but the ring on the axle need a new one. They put on a new axle and we picked it up on Friday. They said they couldnt fix the steering because they didnt have the tools. We leave and the ABS light is still on after we paid 800 dollars to get the work done. I wouldnt take my dog to this place. They are rude and dont fix the problems you take to them to get fixed. We called corporate and the Attorney General on them. I am tired of these places screwing us old people and a army veteran
