If you care about your car, please read this before bringing your car to Bixby Auto Car Wash. On (June 21st) around 1:40 PM, While watching through the viewing window, I noticed the staff having significant trouble guiding my car onto the automated rails. An attendant ended up forcing and adjusting the vehicle on the rail, and right then, I saw my front driver-side hubcap pop off. When the car came out, the hubcap was missing. The manager on duty found it, but it was clearly broken, buckled, and fractured from being crushed against their rail guide. The manager snapped it back on and assured me it would hold, but because the structural integrity was completely compromised, it flew off on the road the next day and is now gone. I took close-up photos of the damage on-site under their canopy before leaving. I have called multiple times, sent a detailed email with photos, and even reached out via direct message. Total silence. I have yet to receive a single response from the owners or upper management. But then again, why would they want to take responsibility for damaging a customer's car? When an issue actually happens, no one here wants to be held accountable. An important warning to future customers: Keep a very close eye on your car while it's on the line. Honestly, it makes me wonder if they deliberately frosted the glass in the viewing area just to keep customers from easily observing their cars getting damaged. They have the exact timestamp (June 21st between 1:35 PM and 1:45 PM) to check their security cameras and verify every single word of this, but they choose to ignore me instead. I will absolutely never be coming back here. Take your business somewhere that actually respects your property and responds when they make a mistake!

After escalating to corporate, I received minimal engagement and was told today, "No way our car wash could have caused damage like that." Given that the damage is consistent with the direction your rotating brushes travel, I strongly disagree. Their resolution? A complimentary car wash -- which I declined. Paint chips expose bare metal and lead to rust, resulting in a real repair cost that a free wash does not address. If you visit, photograph your entire vehicle before and after. The air guns have been unavailable on multiple visits, and during my most recent wash, my front windshield was not dried at all after going through the tunnel. After parking to vacuum my car, I tried two different vacuums on each side of the vehicle and both had very weak suction. I've also noticed that when vehicles are especially dirty, there is no pre-rinse or hose-down before entering the wash, which makes it difficult for the wash to fully clean the car. For the price being charged, I expected all advertised amenities and equipment to be functioning properly and the overall quality of the wash to be more consistent.

As they were pulling into the wash, they ran over the guard railing with my car and smashed up their own equipment, parts flew everywhere. When I came out to inspect the damage they said that they're not sure what happened and weren't able to articulate what broke. After the wash, they signalled they were done, and that's when I found out they didn't clean the trash or vacuum the interior of the car, I had to bring it back around to their vacuums after they claimed they were finished and told them to finish the job. When I asked for a refund the manager said they did their job and that there would be no refund and then tried to sell me a detail and wax job. That's when I had to point out how many spots were left on the car with dirt or bird crap, with streaks all over the windows and interior and asked why I would trust them to do any other work on my car when they can't even do the bare minimum of what they were asked to do in the first place?
