They would ignore my calls and messages for days at a time, leaving me without updates or answers. It took two weeks for my car to get repaired. When the windshield repair technician finally came out, I learned the detail company had only paid a deposit and had not paid the remaining balance. The technician spent over an hour trying to contact them for payment and even threatened to take my keys because he had not been paid. Meanwhile, the detail company would not answer their phone. To make matters worse, they do not carry business insurance. Any reputable company should be properly insured when working on customers' vehicles, especially luxury vehicles. This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. If you value your vehicle, I recommend looking elsewhere.

He later told us that his detailing pick had broken, which may explain why certain areas were missed, but that was never communicated to us during the service.
