They have avoided communication from us, their customer relations Rachael and BMW customer relations Donna. Aries from BMW Genius reached out to Sonic Automotive Momentum BMW and stated she spoke with Jordan from Sonic Automotive Momentum BMW, he responded to her stating they don't feel comfortable with selling to us. Momentum and BMW West states Sonic Automotive does not want to sell the vehicle to us and it's a management decision. It appears they have discriminatory practices. A letter has been sent to Sonic Automotive customer relations Rachael Z. requesting that she forward and deliver the email and it's complete attachments to David Burton Smith, Heath R Byrd, Marcus G, Jeff Dyke, William Belk, Keri Kaiser and Michael Hodge with the intent to gain their cooperation and empathy to remedy this matter, it's approaching week two and still there's no response. We came to them to purchase a family vehicle, BMW has been a brand that we have grown in, my wife's late father owned a BMW V12 740 LI back in 1991. This was supposed to be a full circle moment. That now my father would own a BMW chariot to carry his legacy around in Sonic Automotive brand has ruined it! My father is a hard-working man, he may look rough and exhausted, but he worked his whole life, paid his debts and duty to society, and he has a right to the pursuit of happiness regardless to someone's personal judgment of his appearance. This is gross dereliction of duty from Sonic Automotive. We will continue to escalate this matter to the point of resolve.

But each experience is different, maybe another location will be more helpful. Upside is they have a very nice waiting/lobby area with great snacks. But compared to the disappointment from being there all day and still leaving with no car, especially knowing I didn't have a vehicle to leave in and have to purchase yet again an uber back home, the visit was unpleasant.

We purchased a car from this dealership…read more We signed documents and they asked us to return with the check after the tint was finished on the vehicle. We called to confirm that the tint was finished and ready for pick up and then we were told that the car we purchased had been sold to someone else. This is such poor business and a huge waste of our time. We would never do business with them again. They did not seem to be sorry about this incident and in fact indicated that this can happen anytime due to the way their system is set up. Horrible.

Friday Oct 9th 2020 i picked my jeep up at about 6:00 pm. I pulled out got gas at about 6:15p.m my…read morewife said the Jeep smelled like it was getting hot but it was not showing on the gage over heating. She said there were some finger prints on the heat shield from the repair. She asked me what I would like to eat and I said while were over here lets go to ponchos. We got onto 45 I went to exit Tidwell and my wife was unable to make the exit so she went to the next exit and made the U-Turn. While at the light she said someone was flashing his lights at her but didn't say anything or wave her down or anything like that. So i told her to pull in front of my truck in the parking lot so i could see if maybe a tail light was out. NO. There were little fire ball drips coming from the front of the Jeep where the transmission housing is. I was SCREAMING at her to turn the jeep of that it was on fire when i say a flame shoot out and then be sucked back in. I Screamed at her again and honked and got her attention for her to pull into a parking space and turn it off. She did that. When she went to get out the jeep caught fire as I was taking pictures of the lava looking fire pouring from the bottom of our newly "fixed" Jeep. Instantly the entire front of the jeep burst into flames we called the fire station and they came but it was too late to save the jeep. I immediately called the shop with no answer at first. I blew both numbers up when finally the shop owners Niece answered and was freaking out saying ' Omg my uncles business" I said my wife was in that jeep that just caught fire and was in it when it was on fire . She said ok im going to call him. ( the owner her uncle does not speak English). His business partner called me not the owner and i told him what happend he immediatly asked me NOT to call my attorney or insurance to come there and let them handle it themselves. So we had it towed to a yard and went home. The next morning (Saturday) we gotup and went to his shop. The owner was there and again his business partner was translating. He asked us to make a list of everything we had put into the jeep including the pay off and payments owed etc. We gave him the honest list and it came to about 60k. His words to me were thats alot of money. I said yes it is alot of money so what do you what to do to rectify this. He said ok we will pay the jeep off and pay for you to have a another one. I told him he will NOT be picking a vehicle for me that we needed to be able to pick it ourselves and have our regular mechanic look it over etc. He was not happy about that and said come back monday. I came monday he said to be there about 2 and i showed up and WAITED ABOUT 2 hours. he finally showed up after we were told he was only going to grab lunch and come right back. Monday he said that he was going to buy us another Jeep again i said no I dont want you to buy anything for me i dont trust that at ALL. And again he wasnt happy about it. So now he is ignoring all of my phone calls as of 10/15/2020 and I have gotten my attorney involved. Do not do business with these people. They will not care if they are liable for the damages. I have a warranty for 1 year or 12k miles and being gone for 20 minutes neither of those happened so they need to do the right thing. Do not support this company or this could be you or worse.
