First time in to Dublin Crust and Brew and we loved it! The pizza was excellent and the self pour was a fun experience. I highly recommend the coconut beer although you had many local beers and wines to choose from. I really enjoyed meeting the owner and appreciate the clean ingredients that she has introduced since opening last November. The cost was very affordable. I live in Cavecreek and will definitely be missing the ability to hop over to Dublin to indulge but will definitely be going back when I return to Pagosa. read more

The pizza was very good overall! One of the pizzas was a tad burnt on the bottom, but that's pretty common with brick oven pizza and didn't take away from the flavor. I ordered the meat lovers, and it was delicious--the toppings were generous, and the crust had a great texture. The outdoor dining area was decent and had a nice atmosphere, but it was a bit messy, which took away from the experience slightly. As for the service, it was on the slower side; it took about 45 minutes for our pizzas to arrive, which felt a bit long considering there were not many people there. read more

The prices are way too high. The pizza came out a bit under cooked. The beer system is high technology low customer service. Mountain pizza was over priced, but this might be worse. The owner does seem kind so I honestly hate writing this review but overall for a family of 4 we got a couple beers, two pizzas and a salad and paid a hunsky. I am not the right person to go to a pizza place in Colorado, because I'm a new yorker. There were limited options, much less options without a wait. I was afraid I'd be let down, and I knew this to be accurate when I saw the margherita pizza described as "asiago, feta, with an herb blend." Now everyone (I thought) knows that a margherita pizza is universally sauced/crushed tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil. Period. Feta? Asiago? No. My instincts proved correct. We were bummed to learn that this is no longer Mountain Pizza and Taproom. Sadly, the food didn't live up to expectations. The pizza was very greasy and too salty for our taste. The highlight of the meal was actually the fries that came with the wings, which isn't saying much. Overall, it wasn't the best experience, and we wouldn't go back. That said, I do appreciate that the owner commented on my review on FB to try to make things right. We didn't want to risk it and were traveling, but I do think it says something about the ownership. Overall the food was alright the place was friendly and welcoming of families I don't think the kid running the the checkout where you order should be drinking soda while talking to a customer but that's just from my 7+ years of customer service I've never seen that. The garlic bread could've been a little more garlicky and less dense on the menu it sounded good but the cheese fell off as soon as we went to rip off a slice. Nice people and I wanted to love it but it is so overpriced for mediocre food. The beer wall is also so inconsistent in pricing.

The food here was very good. The place looked great when we arrived and made a strong first impression. We had pizza, wings, and a few other items, and everything tasted really good. The only reason this is not a five-star review is the customer service. Nothing was outright rude, but the overall atmosphere did not feel very welcoming. It felt a little like the staff may have been worn out and ready to go home. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, because maybe we just caught them at the end of a long day. That said, the food was good enough that I will absolutely be back. If customer service had matched the quality of the food, this easily would have been a five-star experience. read more

I had to serve myself everything, I ordered 2 pizzas, the pizza tin was hot, the girl looks at me and says 'hot, huh?' She passes me over a rag to carry it, didn't even try to help. Are you kidding me? Friday night at 7:30pm- the live music guy just started and there are no wrist bands. Why is that important???? Because you CANNOT get a drink of beer or wine in a TAP ROOM. It is not packed- in fact there are approximately 3 tables and 7 bar seats open. We have since asked for our pizza to go and I am so bummed we wasted money on a tip. I would NEVER ever recommend this place. The cashier was rude - at best- as if it was our problem that there are no wrist bands. And the ONLY solution is to WAIT until someone turns one in. We had an interesting experience at Mountain Pizza. We we in no hurry and we were deciding what we wanted to order when a dude came up and told us to order with the Russian gentleman at the counter. No problem, except the Russian gentleman told us to use the Kiosk to place our order and pay (which we did and he helped us). We sat down and the Russian gentleman came to our table to explain they were out of the cheese to make a Calzone. His English was not so good but I was interested in having him repeat himself so I could understand the problem. The the dude from the first minutes inside once again offered his assistance and repeated what we had been told only it didn't make sense from him (and why was he getting involved?)..... So my daughter told the Russian gentleman what to make for me and it was great. It would have been a 5 star but the dude that kept interrupting must have been the owner and he was major annoying. And then the dude when on to tell us we should have compassion cuz his worker from Russian did not speak good English... So.... yeah! the food was good. Just a little burnt. So I traveled to Colorado quite a bit quite the foodie interesting tonight we got here. Yes it was towards the end of closing, but the people before us and a party of 10 we're allowed to eat in the restaurant and people who ordered after us we're allowed to eat in the restaurant the only difference between the two other parties Was that we were not white like they have a problem with people of color eating in their restaurant, we were allowed to spend our money, but we were told we had to eat it somewhere else. Very interesting. This was not my first time eating there, but certainly my last time eating there and unapologetic about how we were treated, excuses only and said I was free to take my food and not if I didn't want to very poor customer service I get it. The guy behind the counter could have explained you have to place you order at a kiosk but offered no help. If you want a beer or wine, you pour your own at the taproom area. We've had Detroit pizza before, and this wasn't it ! We paid about $55.00 for a pizza and 2 cokes. The pizza was 2 thin layers thick and we paid extra for a paper thin pepperoni.
