The tech first said the coupon was for "cash payments only". When I pointed to a second coupon that stated "$30 off credit card purchases", he stated that since I had not told him I had the coupon before he wrote the bill of sales/estimate, he couldn't apply the discount. Nowhere on the coupon does it state you have to declare you're using a coupon (from their website) before the estimate is given. Oh well...There's plenty of other smog shops around.
