Super quick and efficient! Very easy to make an appointment online. The actual smog check was only like 10-15 minutes and they had a waiting room with a vending machine and seating and a bathroom. I had an appointment to get my car worked on when within being minutes away, POOOOOOF, I hear my tire hit something and air immediately start coming out. What a bummer!!! But I was in luck. I made it to the appointment and this place was right next door and willing to help me out. I had a spare and they very quickly got the bad tire off and swapped it. The puncture was way too bad to try and patch it, and they were really honest with me on what were my best options. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU HAVE AN OLDER CAR!!! About a year ago I took my 1990 Porsche here and after failing smog, I was told that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced because the number had been scraped off, and it had been cut open and welded shut. "we can see where it's been cut and tampered with." They told me the only fix was to buy a new $1500 catalytic converter. After taking my car to a reputable shop we looked at the catalytic converter and determined that not only was the number STILL VISIBLE (there were some scrapes but it was legible) but also that it had clearly never been opened and the welds were sealing a small crack in the pipe. After further investigation the cause of the failed smog was traced back to some dirty injectors and a loose spark plug wire connection, totaling a few hundred dollars. If you own an older car, know that these guys seem to have no clue what they're doing or any good idea of what engine conditions lead to what emission outputs. I am very disappointed with the service here. read more

I took my vehicle here around like November December somewhere around there and I had to get Allstate regulated everything I was having multiple problems for months before I even went and got that new job and I normally go to the Bay Area to get my car work done I don't like to go to anybody, but I found these guys cause I was such in a rush and then when I tell you they did above and beyond Work customer service fantastic they didn't rush anything. He actually showed me the issue and compared it to a new one like that that's the type of customer service and people we need around in this lifetime and we need more of that in this city too I know we got it, but I just experienced it at this place, but man that that place is A1 sauce. read more
