As soon as we pulled into the parking and saw two police officers and at least four to five people from nearby businesses enter we knew we chose the right place. My wife had the cinnamon raisin French toast and I had the same thing I always get so I can make a good comparison (two eggs over easy, hash browns, rye toast, bacon and a side of sausage) Eggs were cooked to perfection, the bacon was just right, the sausage links were some of the best I have had in a long time, the hash browns were made with peppers and onions and were cooked just right The staff gave us the perfect amount of service while not being over the top. The ambiance was one of calm and you could tell the staff was relaxed Upon leaving we said our goodbye and thank you and a gentleman behind the front counter who was speaking with the Stratford Officers stopped for a minute and thanked us and told us to be safe in our travels this morning. I can assume he was the owner and, if so, I can see where his staff gets their training My wife and I felt appreciated in that moment.
