It's difficult to rate Duck Donuts because my rating completely depends on how quickly you eat the donut after it's made. If you're able to eat it right after coming off the conveyer after watching the donut decorated in front of you, then they are fantastic. However, the clock starts on the donuts once it's handed over. The longer you wait, the less enjoyable the pastry becomes. And if you purchase a dozen, the donuts that sit around for several hours before being eaten aren't that great at all. The donuts are colorful and I love the idea of a donut breakfast sandwich, but make sure not to wait too long before eating your donuts for the best flavor. donuts were delicious. We were there on Sunday, August 3 around 11 AM. There were two teens working behind the counter. The young man was polite and helpful; the young woman was diffident. We ordered our donuts with a minimum amount of conversation. Then we watched as our donuts got made. As we took our box of donuts to go sit outside, we realized there were no napkins. I observed to the girl that there were no napkins and she acted like she was going somewhere, but never brought back napkins. Then I asked the young man if we could get some napkins and he looked around a bit and came out with a package of napkins. We sat outside to eat, but had to clean our own table. Then went inside to dump our garbage, but both garbage cans were overflowing. There was a minimum amount of traffic while we were there. A group leaving as we came in and two teens arriving as we were leaving. The donuts were very good, but the ambience and service were subpar.

What an intriguing business name and concept. We just had to try it out. In the past several years I have found myself avoiding donuts because they are usually too sweet & hurt my teeth or are too heavy feeling in my stomach and of course, wreck the healthy diet. That being said, I was weak and ate all of my donut instead of sharing with my husband as he suggested. Donut style: Cake ... Do not let anyone detour you with the 'they only serve cake donuts'. These are NOT your usual cake donuts. By the way, I think if you ordered one without frosting I think you would find the cake donut 'as light as air'. But I digress.. You customize your cake donut with your choice of frosting, topping & drizzle. Plenty of unique options. I told the Ryan (one if the owners) that I wish this place was on my way to work as I am very interested in trying the breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks. He said to definitely come back and have one. His father-in-law comes most morning because they are just that good. Hmm ... might have to go soon on a non-work day!

What a cute concept! Stopped in not knowing what I was walking into - and was absolutely blown away but the amount of donuts on the menu to choose so they are freshly made. I got the pumpkin spice and cinnamon swirl donut and both were made in a matter of minutes.

It was different! I am pretty basic when it comes to sweets - so I just tried this off of a recommendation. I ordered a glazed donut and added bacon...I also ordered another donut that had cinnamon and powdered sugar ( I think). To be honest I partially ate the glazed/bacon. Not that the taste was off, just that it was DIFFERENT! Sometimes different can be good. So I recommend at least trying the place out. I'm sure that the little ones will get a kick out of all the cute donut options

The iced latte I got was delicious, and I was so glad that they had decaf espresso as an option since I can't typically have caffeine. I also love that they have baked goods that are both gluten free and vegan- as someone who is allergic to eggs, and who has family members who can't have gluten, this is a huge plus! (Note: I am unsure of their specific cross contamination risks, so be sure to ask staff for more details if needed). There were great seating options (I chose one of the couches, which was so comfy!), and the employees were all very friendly. Overall I definitely recommend this cafe and will be visiting again!

Yes, $9. That's on the expensive side for a latte, so I went in with pretty high expectations. Everything about the experience was quick and efficient. The line moved fast, my drink came out quickly, and I was in and out with no issues. The shop itself seemed like a great place to sit down and get some work done or catch up with a friend. Since it was such a nice day, I decided to sit outside. My first sip immediately stood out because of the texture. It was probably the smoothest coffee I've ever had; silky, creamy, and almost pillowy on the tongue. Unfortunately, that's where most of my praise ends. The coffee itself tasted fine, but nothing about the flavor stood out, especially considering the price. I ordered a vanilla latte, but I couldn't taste any vanilla at all and got virtually no sweetness from the drink. Overall, it's not bad coffee by any means, and the texture was genuinely impressive. But for nearly $9, I expected a lot more flavor. I don't regret trying it, but I wouldn't come back at that price point.

The space is large, bright and well decorated with plenty of seating - chairs, benches, couches, lounge seats. I saw that it was a newly opened coffee shop, and I had to give it a try -- and I'm so glad I did! I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte with both hazelnut and pistachio syrups, alongside their chicken and cheese bake. The bake is a warm, doughy pocket stuffed with shredded chicken and cheese. It was very flavorful and very filling. I would've loved it even more if it were piping hot instead of just warmed, but it still got the job done! As for the drink-- The pistachio flavor definitely overpowered the hazelnut flavor, but since I love pistachios, I didn't mind it as much as I would typically. Overall, Geo's Café is a lovely new spot with a great selection of small bites and a very spacious, yet quiet atmosphere that's perfect for anyone looking to work or study.
