I don't have any diagnostics devices I can use and even if I did, I don't know what the mean. What to do, what to do? Yea, you're the honey man, so you gotta get it fixed or no honey. And my day was going so well today too. Here's your fix, Mr. Fixit! Call Charlene at Ulgy Duct Cleaning who we have used for years at two different homes. Their name may say "Ugly" by that is nothing compared to the mood your Honey will be in if Mr. Fixit, doesn't "get 'er done". lol When you're in trouble, with your code, and you have no idea what it means, or what to do, Miss Charlene does! I called in the afternoon, and they were at our home at 9:00 AM the next morning because we needed it yesterday. I am not stating here that they can always respond that quickly. However, this time, they did in our case. Derek, their technician was out and done by 9:45 AM after completing a very thorough serving and lint removal from our dryer duct. What I enjoyed the most about their very efficient service is Derick climbing up on our roof to remove the lint from the breather duct going through the top of our roof of our home, and then taking a couple of minutes to show me how much lint he extracted from the roof duct and from our duct at the dryer vent. He then replaced the flex duct from the back of our dryer, connecting to the the bottom of the breather duct rising up through the roof. Derick stated that the dryer installation delivery teams always install inexpensive, non-flex duck that will crack, and eventually develop a hole leaving your dryer tint on the floor. He didn't say it, but I am, this is a home fire hazard you need to avoid to stay safe. Derick then installed a much more flexible duct connecting the back of our dryer vent to our homes Dryer breather duct. Finally, Derick made a recommendation to me based on the amount of lint he removed, if you should have your dryer duct serviced every year, or every six months. In our experience, Derek was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and was very patient with his explanations, and is a pleasant communicator. So if you like your honey, Honey, we have a recommend you call Charlene at Ugly Duct Cleaning when next you hear from your Honey about a dryer code. We are so glad we did. Enjoy!

I had asked for a recommendation on our local community neighborhood website for someone to service…read morea gas fireplace. Several of the responses were for the same person, who came highly recommended. I made arrangements for that person to come out. He said he was busy but could come out the following week. No problem - we could wait a week. In the meantime, Craig from One Hour Heating sent me a message in response to my posting. I didn't respond at first, because I thought we were all set. A week goes by and we hear nothing from that other person. I text him and he says he was super busy and he would have to come out the following week. Seeing as how he didn't proactively reach out to me to say he couldn't come and that I had to contact him instead, plus the new delay, I contacted Craig. Craig was very responsive and set up the appointment for the next business day. Not one, but three service technicians showed up - on time!. They were very courteous and friendly. I showed them what needed to be done - replace a gas valve which I had already purchased - and they got right to work. It took about 90 minutes and the job was completed with no issues. The fireplace is now running again and looks great. Interestingly, just before I started writing this review, the "other guy" texted me and said he couldn't come by yesterday (Thursday) because he got busy, but he could come out later today (Friday). Well, he never even made arrangements to come yesterday. By texting today, he was giving me an hour or two notice. Not a good method of communicating with customers or scheduling. One Hour Heating communicated perfectly and followed up after the job to make sure I was all set. While they were at the house, the three technicians said they would come back if there were any problems. Good way to win customers! Craig gave me a price ahead of time and that's what the final bill was - exactly what he quoted! And the price was fair. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. I thought the phone line went down as we are under heavy construction in the area. I stopped by the office at 49 Pennington Dr, Bluffton, SC 29910. The sign was removed and there is no furniture. This company came to the rescue and really saved us. We purchased a TRANE XV20i from Old Coast Heating and Air Conditioning in 2018. The system is now 8 years old. The service we were receiving from Old Coast was overpriced, they sold us marked up parts, to include a replacement lightbulb for our RGF REME HALO-LED Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier and would always upsell me during regular maintenance visits with adequate at best service. Additionally, we know now the $27,000 system purchased from them was not installed properly either. *********************BUT NOW???**************************** We switched to Savannah Air Factory after all our neighbors recommended them. They are now our maintenance company and our go to for all our HVAC needs! This company, undoubtedly, has better prices, service, and competency. They have an emergency number and a technician on call after hours (912) 944-8226. James was on call and he came out to fix the system temporarily so we could make it through the weekend until it could be fixed. Monday morning, I phoned their number (912) 665-6898 and spoke with Kaitlin. I explained our issue and that the system was down and she sent out Darren right away. Darren identified the problem, came up with the solution, and contacted TRANE Technical Support to verify it was the correct resolution. He accurately diagnosed a complex set of issues, including a failed evaporator coil, a refrigerant leak, step motor improperly seated, and sensors not set properly. Now, the system is running perfect, the way it was designed! Despite the extensive repairs needed, they handled the emergency seamlessly. They secured all the necessary parts immediately under warranty at no cost, offered transparent pricing for labor with no hidden fees, and replaced everything with absolute precision. Darren is a consummate professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They repaired the leak with a new coil, charged the refrigerant, and got our system running perfectly. Within no time, our home was ice-cold and comfortable again. Their emergency service is fast, honest, and high-quality.
