It was particularly challenging work as I live in a multi-story condo building and the vent is 45 feet long and exits high up on the side of the building, far from my balcony and windows. Even after Tim removed a considerable amount of lint for more than an hour, I was still getting an error message on my dryer. I can't recommend Tim and Duct Masters enough. We have a tall two-story home, and I contacted over 20 different dryer vent cleaning companies (chimney sweeps, hvac companies, you name it) before finding him, and every single one turned us down, saying the job was too difficult given the height and layout. Tim was the only one willing to actually take it on. Rather than giving up when the straightforward approach didn't work, he tried multiple methods until he found one that worked, and got the vent completely clean.
