Every year we report that the pool deck becomes extremely slippery, yet despite repeated complaints, nothing has been done. This year, I actually witnessed someone fall because of the slippery surface, which was very concerning. Unfortunately, bringing concerns to management hasn't been a positive experience. The manager doesn't seem willing to listen, has difficulty de-escalating situations, and is often not very respectful toward the staff. It's disappointing because good management can make a big difference, especially when it comes to guest safety and employee morale. Overall, it's an okay resort if you don't need assistance or have any concerns. But if you expect your feedback to be heard or safety issues to be taken seriously, you may be disappointed.
