I can't lie. Being a former Merrimack Valley resident, I've always been on team Donna's Donuts of Tewksbury, MA. But I gotta say, Duke's has the same fresh, homemade taste, just dressed up in fancy gowns. And oh, the fashion statements! The blackberry glazed jelly donut ranks up there. The Banoffee Pie was a huge surprise with banana cream goodness oozing from inside. I didn't expect my all time fav to be the orange cranberry fritter, but it's amazing. Even the lowly Old Fashioned is a delectable experience here. Staff is friendly and welcoming and will guide your choices if you're unsure. There's a small but adorable merch area, featuring coffee beans, cold coffee drinks, and tee shirts. When on the Cape, Duke's gets my donut dollars.

Very yummy donuts fairly new to Mashpee Commons! We got 6 donuts around 2pm and they were still very good although not sure how fresh they were. My favorite was the sandbar which was like a cinnamon sugar. Some very cool varieties and flavors. A must try!

Throughly unimpressive donuts. Think Dunkin' Donuts with some extra flavored toppings. Literally, the chocolate strawberry donut is an average chocolate cake donut topped with strawberry-ish frosting. The papaya guava was more interesting. A decent yeast donut filled with a fruity gel. At ~$5/donut Dukes is just not worth it.

Can I move in??? I have been here a couple times now and they do not disappoint. They make fresh, unique, and flavorful donuts all day long! You can not go wrong! I have tried so many flavors and my family enjoys them as well. Hands down the best jelly donut I've ever had- rich sweet jelly in every bite. The peanut butter donut is stuffed with a creamy peanut butter center and it is to die for. The staff is friendly every time and are always happy to share their favorite donut of the day. The inside is very small but there are some seats outside. I can't wait to be back.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and most importantly fast. They made quick work of the long line that had built up outside while they were closed to restock. The donuts were soft, filling, and most importantly tasted great. Dukes is home of best donuts on the Cape.

We had to stop in to Dukes when visiting the cape during February vacation for their amazing donuts. Super fresh (you can watch them making the donuts!), lots of fun, creative flavors. There's no place to sit inside, but if you're taking these to go, it's perfect.

Rating is off of the one donut I tried. Wasn't really good at all, and left me feeling gross afterwards. Tried the one called Birthday Girl. The donut and frosting were decent, but the filling (whatever it was) was gross. Also, prices were pretty high. Not rushing back anytime soon.

This donut place is AWESOME. They have both daily flavors and specialty flavors you won't find anywhere else. Delicious hand crafted donut flavors.

Churro Donut - by far the best donut I've ever had. I hope they bring this one back around more often

It's worth getting to Mashpee Commons before everything else opens to grab a donut at Duke's. You can get an over-the-top ostentatious (delicious) flavor like peanut butter pie, or classics like glazed and frosted. If Dunkies just doesn't scratch your donut itch, pop over to Duke's.

Thanks to our server (Peg?) and some delicious offerings, the very limited (and pricey) Mother's…read moreDay afternoon tea was a hit with my family (and me). Gratuity was included, but our service was so wonderful, we tipped on top of the tip. The turkey salad sandwich was the table favorite, and we were delighted to learn its on their regular menu! Guess we will be taking out a sandwich or two in the future... IF we can bypass buying one of their AMAZING SEAFOOD PIES in luscious sherry sauce and exploding with scallops, shrimp, fish... but I digresss. We were here for ME day (ok, so I DID take a pie on my way out...). $65 bought you 3 sandwiches, one of which was less than petite and oh so delicious with its home made pesto and brioche bun. The baby cranberry orange American scones were delicious and light (a light scone, right? Crazy), mini blueberry muffins, 3 lovely pastries and a croissant. Also included was champagne (or mimosa) and a cordial shot for your tea. It was all wonderful. Now, I'd take away a star for the young and weird counter staff. Seemed like either high school girls or early college - not really well trained (they didn't know much about anything, and were mostly confused and more interested in talking among each other)... I picked up a bag of croutons and it had a hole in it... their "fix" was to pour it into another bag! (GASP! REALLY? I hate to say this but it was a Legally Blonde moment). Thank goodness an "adult" or more mature professional stepped in and asked if I'd like a new bag... DUH, YES, RIGHT ANSWER. So the croutons and one of those evil seafood pies made it home for mom. I think the girls just need training (and some growing up to do - they weren't unpleasant, just... immature). All in all this place is beautiful, their offerings are wonderful and for the most part, the staff is great. Now that I'm here from my beloved Hudson (ok, I'm still mourning my Hudson town and former home), I expect to make Amie one of my favorite stops. OH, did I mention their coffee is also great? Time to think about one of their classes or other fancy pants-y events. Because it is "kinda" snooty with a down to earth feeling of "they LOVE what they do and do it exceedingly well".
