I expected more so when we received less it was a disappointing experience. They ran out of soft serve for the churro bowl and they had to refund and recharge for something else. Churros were overcooked and burnt tasting. Store is ran by kids who need some customer service training. The tables were full of crumbs and the shop wasn't the cleanest. Updating this review. The churros are still awesome and delicious, but the service is really not good. We've been back several times in the last few months, and we've waited upwards of 30 minutes after ordering. Last weekend when we were there, our groups churros sat on the counter for over 15 minutes before we received them. We likely won't be back for awhile, unfortunately. read more

My little family went to Dulce Churro tonight and had a great experience. Felt like a small family business where the staff went out of their way to be kind. The cashier explained the full menu to us and i believe it was the owner who made our churros. My toddler son enjoyed watching him make the churros and he even made a small one just for him that we hadn't ordered. The churros were delicious and a great price! On our way out another employee stopped to give my son a sticker which made his night. Would recommend!! read more

Wow, this was a great experience! Hubby and I were looking for something sweet, and this place popped up on our search. Churros!!! Every kind you can imagine, with so many options for add ons! Have been wanting to come and try this churro establishment. First impression the parking is very small due to sharing it with 3 other establishments. Walking in it was actually really quiet lol. I had got a churro bowl with strawberry ice cream and I will say the bowl was a bit hard to break with my spoon but my niece normal El Grande was cooked fine, and my wife got the Affogado which she enjoyed. Best churros in town! Location in Gilbert and Chandler! My favorite is el Grande and I get it filled with Nutella. Many options to customize the type of churros and toppings. Definitely a favorite choice to satisfy my sweet tooth. They also have horchata and many other drink options. They carry Cartel coffee for their coffee drinks. read more

A hidden gem for a churro treat. It was my first time here, and I had not a clue how to order. The lady taking orders was extremely helpful in explaining the churro options and different menu items. Being overwhelmed by the menu options, I ended up getting just a plain, regular churro. It was made fresh to order, was warm, and tasted amazing! As a native to SoCal, I know my churros, and this was one of the best! I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 because I got a soda out of their fridge and it was completely flat and tasted nasty. Not like it's primary location in Gilbert. Placed an order online at 7:35pm and was told our order would be ready in 9 minutes. 3 parties came in after and ordered and received their items before us. I checked in again and was told it would be 5 minutes since they lost our order. It ended up taking half an hour from the time I placed my order online for 2 churros. The inside isn't maintained as well as the original location. There's a hole in the wall that's been there since it's opening. Staff is rude and the quality isn't the same at this location either. So i recently went to Dulce over the wknd, it's been awhile & i was craving a dulce de leche, well unfortunately they were out of it. It's the ONLY REASON I GO, so i tried the nutella (garbage). I usually order EL GRANDE, BUT this churro looked tiny..we asked is this the Grande cause it's normally way bigger. Dude in glasses says Yes, Guess depends on the person making it. ?? She said there was something wrong with the batter, it wasn't sticking and kept falling apart. When our churros finally came, it was crumbly.
