Really frustrating experience here, I booked an appointment online and was informed after I arrived that someone already had my appointment spot by the same name. I even had a confirmation email. I had previously been to the Redmond location and had high expectations for this location. I am not sure what kind of mixup happened, but I had already traveled all the way to the location. It's a nice little Lash nap during the week. The staff is super nice and friendly here, the environment is very calm and they offer blankets. I've fallen asleep in the chair many times and it's nice bringing AirPods to listen to your own music. Update: I originally wrote of my predicament where the solution ran into my eyes during the lash lift, causing redness and burning, as well as some weirdly permed lashes. Upon speaking out, Jessica was quickly on top of the situation and kind in offering a number of solutions to my dilemma. I really appreciate the care and speed with which they've taken to ensuring I feel heard and taken care of. For full consumer transparency I am leaving a summarized version of my original review below, but the staff have offered to fix said issues should I wish to come in. Pros: * polite staff and friendly technicians * nice ambience * clean and aesthetic studio * very comfy experience, technicians tuck you in with a fluffy blanket Cons: * accidents happened, but when I spoke out about the issues I had they were resolved quickly * staff are thorough in remediation, offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction Original review: During my lash lift, the perming solution ran into my eyes a few times leading to redness/burning. A clump of lashes also got folded backwards and lodged in my eye at one point which further added to said irritation, but my technician was quick to fix them and flush my eyes out with saline solution. Upon going home though, I found that some of my lashes had stuck together and over permed/permed weirdly. read more

Wow. Had an appointment today for 1115am. Called the salon at 953am saying that there was a terrible accident on the HWY and that I might be a few minute late. Woman on phone said "no problem, thank you for much for calling, people never think to call" I arrived at 1121am, was checked in, and when Santiaga came to get me at 1123am and told me that she wouldn't be able to do half of my services. Mind you I was in her chair 7 minutes after my appointment started. She was unbelievably rude, and escorted me to the front and told me "she doesn't deal with guest complaints" and walked away and slammed the door in the back. I'm in the service industry. I appreciate and respect rules, additionally I respect cancelation policies and know they are important and that peoples time is valuable. There is also LIFE, and things happen, and being dismissed like I'm a nobody (not a human) is what has me sitting in my car writing this review. Will not come back. Will give my business to someone who deserves it. read more

I had been going to Lash Lounge for about a year. The technicians were wonderful, but after a while I began having a terrible allergic reaction. We used sensitive glue and tried various things. I removed them for a bit and after a month, I decided to put them back on. That same day after spending $300+ dollars, my allergies returned. I had to pay for the lash removal the next day. I continuously called the owner to try to get some sort of a discount. After about 15 phone calls and no response, I gave up. They wanted to wear me out, so I would stop calling. They were successful! Once again, all of the girls are professional and well trained. The owners and managers not so much. They could have returned my calls to work something out with me. read more
