The store attendant was on the phone in the food prep area talking to a customer, and I was pleased to see him carefully was his hands, and put on new gloves before he returned to prep their food. Two days prior, I purchased a dozen ham sliders and a ham bone in anticipation of seasoning beans and soup. The sliders were delicious! They came with Hawaiian rolls, a pound of ham, Swiss cheese, and garlic butter on the side. I did not inspect the ham bone as it was frozen, and it was quite large. During transport to my home, I kept it in a cooler, and immediately placed it in my refrigerator upon arrival. Surprisingly, two days later I opened it up and saw indication the ham bone was old as it had begun to mold. I returned it to the store the next day, and they replaced the ham bone with a new ham! I was very pleased and delighted to see this level of service. I've eaten and purchased honey- baked ham all my life and this ham is perfect! Perfectly smoked and baked Not salty at all. Jim was the store attendant who handled my situation and I'm very grateful for his attention and service. He stood up to the brand name and delivered! I'll be back!
