It was my first time bringing my rifle the lady at the counter and asked me what type of caliber I was shooting and what kind of ammo I said 5.56 green tip she notified me that the green tips were not allowed on the range so I purchased non-green tip 556 round from them and I proceeded to go to the pistol range after I was done at the pistol range I went to the counter and the lady requested I give her my green tip rounds as I was pulling my ammo out of the bag to give to her the manager, Gary Allen was very rude and was harassing me as I was giving it to her so I requested my money back on the ammo. This place is not friendly at all. I do not recommend spending your money here. I would take it to somewhere else like Center Mass in Livonia where they're friendly and they treat you like family. I don't know what's wrong with that guy that day, but that was very disrespectful and I will be taking my money elsewhere again stay away from this place. They are very unprofessional. I did the rifle and pistol ranges, which are down a long paved downhill sidewalk. 100 and 50 yard rifle and 3 to 25 yard pistol. There are some pistol plates. The firing positions are covered. There a safety employee on site who calls for the target change and supervises to make sure no one is near their firearms. Clean, well maintained. For some reason the targets use toothpicks, which is bad when the wind blows. Nice shooting benches. The range is pricey. Maybe too much. Probably too much.

We had already sat in a classroom for hours. There were two kids in the class who required more attention and the instructor did his best but there were just too many people. A lot of us left before we got to actually try shooting. I heard there used to be a lower staff to student ratio but the corporation got greedy. I'll have find another place to learn. All that time and money (I had to buy the class, rent a weapon, and buy ammo that I now have zero use for) and I've still never shot a gun. So disappointed.

I helped take my items off the hangers and I folded them. The cashier took the items and instead of trying to keep them neat, shook them out and scanned it, but not removing the security tag. So I asked if he was going to. I had two sweatshirts and a T-shirt. He then asks if I wanted A BAG??!! Why would I carry items out in my hand when folks with less items left with bags? They have a huge selection of guns, and rifles. If you want to try one without a membership, there is a fee. But with certain memberships, I think it is free. Our time on the range was good. What we received for our membership was a plus. The line for members was a little long. They only had one line open. Eventually a man came and opened another lane, but this was for non-members.
