I am a long-time customer and fan of Dunkin'. In fact, I have been coming to Dunkin' as far back as when they were called Dunkin' Donuts, lol. Regardless of what you want to call this iconic business, you really cannot go wrong. Dunkin' has grown considerably since Bill Rosenberg opened the first location in Quincy, Massachusetts back in 1950. The company has since expanded to somewhere around thirteen thousand locations in over forty countries. I would say that Dunkin' is best known for their donuts (though if you would like, we cam spell it doughnuts) and coffee, though my go-to here is neither. My usual order at a Dunkin' is probably their bagels with cream cheese. While I would never say that Dunkin' has the best bagels with cream cheese (I grew up in New Jersey and I know great bagels), they are pretty good, especially when you consider that the bagels are coming from a global chain. I have often used Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) as a co-conspirator in bringing a culinary bribe of coffee and donuts to early morning meetings. There is nothing like some coffee and donuts to help inspire a bit more attention and maybe the wisp of a smile upon the tired faces of the various teams that I am meeting with. Whatever you choose to go with, you cannot go wrong with anything that you order at Dunkin'. Overall, I will give this location five stars and they definitely have my recommendation. read more

Amazing Dunkin' Donuts! Even at 5:30 AM! I had an early guided fishing trip, so I stopped off at the Dunkin drive thru for my morning coffee. This Dunkin Donuts is off of I-75 and highway 401 (Larry McDonald Memorial Highway) in Acworth, GA. It's connected to a BP gas station. Nearby businesses includes a Waffle House, Shoney's, Hardee's, Publix, Wendy's and CVS. There are several hotels nearby including Days Inn, La Quinta Inn, Holiday In Express & Suites and a new Fairfieled Inn & Suites. This is a great store with nice folks that work behind the counter. I've been here only in the mornings and always left a happy customer. My only complaint is that when you turn back out on either exit (highway 92 or Northpoint parkway) you can only make a right. Good customer service, good coffee, and good breakfast! The food always comes out quick and fresh.

I placed an order on the order screen. I waited for quite a while for the 2 hot coffees to be prepared. I saw that they were finally ready and placed at the pick up counter. I walked up the counter and the coffees were slightly out of my reach. I waited for someone to see me waiting and hand me the coffees. I lost count as to how many employees walked past me, looked at me, and ignored me. I also counted 7 employees working, so they were definitely not short staffed! The fact that I was ignored by everyone for so long is disappointing. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I'll find a different place to get my coffees in the future. read more

I was trying to use my points to get my free drink today. I knew it was sweet tea day but I don't care. All I wanted to do is use my 730 something points for a free drink and they kept causing me problems. Like oh it will be extra. I have NEVER paid extra for sweet tea in my refresher. EVER. Ordered a dozen donuts for my family just cause! The Spring Fling one was an easter special (purple with sprinkles) and it was really good! All the donuts tasted good as usual. I also got a small caramel iced coffee, was good, just way too sweet. I typically ask for light but then they put too little lol. Customer service was good also. read more

I've visited this particular location three times now and each visit was the same; grumpy and/or unfriendly, not so welcoming staff. They fail to talk with any sort of friendliness or enthusiasm and have failed to acknowledge every single "hello", "how are you?", "thank you", and "have a good rest of the day" each visit. They also told me that light ice means you get less drink though that's not the case at any other Dunkin I've visited. I have been a regular customer here since they opened. Until the past month, service has been excellent. Recently, however, Every time I have ordered, I have had to repeat my order three or four times at the window and less than half the time has the order been correct. I normally wouldn't post reviews like this, however after asking the gentleman at the window (Jerry) if there was something wrong with the system (just trying to make conversation due to the long wait) he just kind of crumpled up the receipt and tossed it into my hand. Stopped here to top off the fuel tank. Fueling wasn't bad, nor was making a snack purchase as the lady behind the counter was very nice. What made it bad was having to wade thru the homeless. It's not that I have anything against them but I don't like to be hounded for hand outs as I'm trying to get into a business with a "now hiring" sign on the front door. After our purchase we sat waiting for the rest of our party before we left. We watched the panhandlers get money from other folks. After each handout, they would walk it over to a parked vehicle and hand it to the person sitting in the driver's seat. After being there for a short time, the driver got it and switched with one of the other panhandlers. I guess it was a shift change? This Dunkin Donuts is part of a gas station, has a nice drive through and has great service. Located just off the freeway I-75, its a good gas and grab spot.
