So the first time I went there, I went inside so I could stretch my legs. Wrong decision. was completely ignored so the employee could take care of one of his friends. So I left. Being a fair man, I decided to give them a second chance. They blew it. I went to the drive thru, and again was completely ignored, come to find out the girl who was supposed to be working it was out front flapping her jaws with two of her friends. This Dunkin NEVER has fresh donuts or even a good variety. The donuts are shipped from Jacksonville and they are day old tasting at their freshest. Some days, I can't even bite into them. If it weren't for the pleasant staff and the fact that it's the only dunkin within 12 miles, I wouldn't go at all. Now, to top it all off, 3 times in the past week, I have been told that "just so you know, I have no change, like coins". So, they are expecting you to fork over your change and walk away. That is outright theft! I tip $1 every time I come in for 2 donuts, but being told that they are basically gonna keep my change is another story! New management is needed at this store. I go to the Live Oak store, which is 55min away, whenever possible as they make donuts fresh all day and do not even accept tips. I have no idea how theyvstay open. All their other stores underwhelming same franchise, are just as bad. And, good luck trying to find someone to contact who is over them. The worst DD I've been to in years. This DD is a debit to the Dunkin' brand and requires a complete overhaul - top to bottom. I waited 15 minutes for one of four people behind the counter doing various tasks to take my order. My order consisted of 2 drinks. 1 hot coffee and 1 matcha. Then someone else came in and the 1 person behind the counter now paying attention took her order rather than make my two drinks. Her order consisted of a 2 dozen donuts that she required a description of each donut. This took another 10 minutes. I made the erroneous assumption that someone was preparing my drinks. The donut hoarder paid for her donuts and left, and the one person behind the counter, again asked me what my drinks were. Are you kidding me? Had I not already paid I would have left. The place was a dump. There were boxes all over, crumbs and garage where they prepare food and the floor was absolutely disgusting. Do not go here. They are clueless, lazy and it shows. What a train wreck. If I worked at Dunkin Corp I'd revoke this franchise in a heart beat. Every day they are open the NPS score at Dunking goes down a point. read more

I I ordered a matcha green tea blended My husband ordered his "coffee" they messed up the hole order giving me a matcha and a plain green tea. They didn't bother to change or fix the order. The negative reviews seem a bit extra for this place. I'm not sure why anyone would expect a doughnut shop in a gas station to resemble something out of the Ritz. Even if ya did, there's always a chance of something falling in your food or drink. Doughnuts and staff are great. Hash browns were a little on the greasy side, but it's fast food. The complaints about the staff in this climate seem rather absurd in this economic climate and I found the current team members to be exceptionally polite. read more

Wanted to get the avocado toast I ordered remade for a refund because when we got it, it have no bagel seasoning, the toast was burnt, and they're was an odd substance on it and on the side.. not too sure, when my husband went in to get a refund or it remade they told us they couldn't fix it and the cashier then "tried to refund us" by charging us again for the avocado toast. Around 9:20am I got in line at the Dunkin' Donuts by 75 and 441. I go there almost everyday. I decided to do a review to let people know how horrible the service is there. If your looking for fast coffee and donuts. Don't go there. There is never enough help at the front counter. But drive thru has consistently 2 to 3 employees working. It literally takes 15 minutes to get a coffee and a donut. Dunkin' Donuts you need to step up your game at this location. Let's have 2 employees up front. read more

This place is suffering due to management problems. This is my local Dunkin doughnuts and I stop here pretty much every day after dropping the kids off at school and I have noticed over the years the gradual decline in service and quality of food/drinks. The Inconsistency is ridiculous one day my coffee is cold and without enough sugar or cream in the very next day it's too hot and has 3 pounds of sugar and too much cream. It's aggravating as a customer because they act like you are going way overboard if you even mention something is t right and then they treat you like crap if you return within a day or so. It's totally a lack of good management and the owners should be more interested in quality work and business so customers return. read more

I got my coffee and drank and an okay amount then I looked down and saw pink hair!! I and no one near me had pink hair so it much have came from an employee. I spent my next 5 minutes gagging as I thought about the hair. I tried calling the location to inform them but conveniently their phone number was disconnected. I never leave bad reviews even if my service experience was completely awful. However I am so disappointed about my experience this morning. I order at this Dunkin' almost daily and never had an issue. The food has always been good and service was wonderful. But unfortunately this morning when I pulled in to pick up my "drive through" order, it was so packed that I couldn't pull into the parking lot. I didn't want to stay on 441 and block traffic, so I simply parked and went inside to get my order. A gentleman came from the back to bring the cashier my sandwich and says "it was a drive through order...don't know why they came in". Then the cashier was apologizing to the customers in line after me as if I held them up. I was so embarrassed. What if I didn't use the mobile app and just walked in to place an order? Would that have made it easier? Or how about stayed at the end of the drive though line in the middle of 441 and blocked traffic or caused an accident? Extremely disappointing. I get it, people can and are allowed to have bad days, however you must have good customer service while in the presence of customers to keep the business coming in. read more

My favorite place to go for an after work pick me up. Not only does it have cheap coffee (Happy Hour is from 3-6PM) but in the mail I receive various coupons to try their different kinds of lattes, coffee flavors, donuts, etc. The location is really convenient, close to the highway and located in a gas station so you can go to the bathroom and get your coffee fix. Also they have a drive-thru which is super convenient. Nevertheless, just like everyone says their service really needs to improve. I've been to this location a couple of times and they seem to always have new rude employees. I've never had a problem with their service (they usually get my coffee order correct) but they have been rude to me a couple times. One cashier was arguing with her credit card company while she was taking my order. Talk about unprofessional. In all honesty, they get the job done. I would recommend to save time and energy just go through the drive thru. On another note, they are the only coffee place in Alachua so maybe some competition is needed to improve their service. Nevertheless, I'm giving this place 3 stars because they need to stop doing the bare minimum (very evident in this town) and improve on the customer's experience. read more

Went into Dunkin this morning. I am a frequent customer to my home store in Lake city. I ordered a Medium Iced coffee with cream LIQUID sugar and vanilla. As well as two ham egg and cheese croissants with hash browns and a donut. The donut tasted stale, hash browns were soggy, croissant was good that's why I am giving 2 stars. The coffee however had granulated sugar in it. I have to say there is nothing worse than drinking pieces of sugar in my coffee. Just disappointed simple instructions couldn't be followed. Do not go to this place for breakfast!!!! Went this morning, not pleased at all. 15 minutes to get 3 breakfast sandwiches. Steak bagel, steak was dry and had no taste. Order brought to us by a rude young lady. Threw the order on the counter and mumbled something. Did realize it was ours after asking about it. Great place. Friendly staff, really good coffee, & good donut selection. I ordered two coffees this morning, they accidentally brought out 2 iced coffees (I orders hot). I pointed this out and they immediately offered the ices ones to me for free, and made my hot coffees- also for free. Great customer focus! Highly recommended. read more
