Excellent customer service. The ladies here were incredibly kind. Good music and great donuts/ lemonade

I've been going here for a while and today I got a nice little addition of protein in my coffee! Didn't realize until it was basically finished. Had to throw up after that

I ordered in the screen and customize my drink to not have whipped and they took it off but didn't full it all the way when it should be.

Small donuts

They raised their prices, shrunk their donuts and employees still give lousy service. My son wanted donuts that's the k lay reason I bought it. Last time we buy from here.

I generally come very early in the morning. The donuts are always fresh & sometimes warm. They have all the Standard donuts only they are DUNKIN DONETS. Chocolate & Maple bars, strawberry, chocolate or Vanilla frosted with sprinkles, filled donuts with jelly or cream NO LEMON FILLED. They always have the "special flavored donut" right now it's the Watermelon Burst. A watermelon filling inside the donut with Watermelon frosting - There have great coffee & espresso drinks as well as refreshing drinks and if you don't want donuts they have breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins & Avocado Toast & hash browns. You can purchase your Dunkin' Donut Coffee available in several flavors to brew at home and really cute tumblers for your beverage. The staff here in American Canyon is always nice & helpful. Hair

The drink and the sandwich is really good but i got pretty grossed out when i saw the hair in the wrapper then it was in my mouth. No shame but can you guys wear hair nets please. Good service though.!!

When I visit Dunkin, there's only one thing I'm on the prowl for: a chocolate-filled doughnut. i became addicted to them as a young college student at the Univ. of Oregon in Eugene in the early 1980s. Back before Dunkin abandoned the Northwest. We were on the freeway driving from Sacramento to San Francisco and found this store was the only one along our route. It was a few miles out of our way, but it was worth it. We were able to order doughnuts and drinks using their mobile app and they had the order ready when we slid through the drive-thru. It was fast and convenient and easier than going in during the pandemic. The chocolate-filleds were everything I wanted. They also had a novelty ghost pepper doughnut for Halloween. It was a joke, as I expected it to be. No real discernible spice. Lest you burn out the mouths of people who think black pepper is spicy. No biggee.

We tried the promo of the month "Chocolate Stout Cold Brew" for $3. It's good and refreshing. The flavor is on the lighter side for my preference though. Maybe an added shot of espresso will be better next time. We also ordered couple donuts (Boston Cream and Double chocolate). They were nice and soft but it seems that the flavor is getting more commercialized.

We've been here many times and service has been consistently good. Not much to say. Donuts and drinks are the same as other Dunkin Donuts we've been to. We prefer DD as they're not too sweet. They have a drive-thru which makes it convenient. Parking is not a problem. There's a big parking lot in front.

Dunkin was my favorite go to when I lived in the East and I'm surprised that it was so hard and out of my way to find one in Northern CA! Had to see if this one was up to those standards and I have to say - almost. I didn't want to go inside the store due to COVID and because I was lazy to step outside of my car, so I downloaded the app to order for pick-up via drive-through. Their online website menu could really use some work since it's really hard to go through all their menu items and see how you can customize. Once downloaded, the app was really easy to use and highly recommended to know how you can customize your drinks and see all their menu options. Coffee: Coffee was pretty good, we should have stuck to the recommended 4 sugars since we ended up asking for more after customizing it to 2. We got the Hot Latte with Hazelnut and Blueberry Pumps (A risky but rewarding customization), and the Iced Latte with Vanilla Pumps (risky and artificial tasting customization). I love the variety of drinks they have, you can't go wrong ordering coffee from Dunkin. Donuts: This is where the "almost there" comes in. Some of the donuts could have been a bit fresher. They still tasted pretty good. We got a strawberry frosted, chocolate, chocolate frosted, and the classic must-have glazed donuts. As you can see, they were really shy frosting the chocolate one. Also I am used to glazed donuts being frosted on both sides rather than just one. Again, love the variety and flavors, but some donuts were just a hit/miss thing.

Love Dunkin weekend mornings. I typically make my orders on their mobile app so I can just drive by and pick up. My go to are their iced lattes and their double chocolate donuts. And for the most part they're okay. The service is average and the drinks taste good. My only complaint is how little chocolate they put on the double chocolate. Typically they're normally covered evenly but recently they are barely dipped. They're more like just plain chocolate devils food. Other than that their other donuts are good and their app always has amazing deals so I'm glad I have them near by.

Mmm doughnuts. Or at least that is what you think when your driving up to order them. This is the only location for miles so that could at least make good doughnuts. This fall edition or pumpkin edition is horrible. The so called Apple cider donuts with sugar sprinkles is dry as desert cacti. You bite into it and then you taste box. That's right, it taste like biting sprinkled cardboard. Not what I expected. The pumpkin one is dense and earthy with aromas of I just threw them in the trash. Not good with this round of flavors.

National Cold Brew day 4/20/24. Free medium cold brew w/ any purchase. Great deal. Paired with 1 o' their signature jelly donuts. Perfecto!

Dutch bros has just come to the area I live but the stores are no where near us. I had looked at the menu online so I would know what I wanted and good thing I did as the line was super long and I had to order from the person taking the orders well before I got to the menu board. I went with the OG Gummy Bear Myst which is sparkling pomegranate, passionfruit, grapefruit and watermelon. I didn't let the person taking my order know a size so I am not sure if it only comes in one size, or they just assumed that I wanted the largest but it set me back $6.50 (which I didn't even know until I got home and checked my credit card statement). The first sip was so sour all I got was grapefruit but after stirring it more it mellowed out some. I still didn't love it but it was nice to have something other than water to sip on for the drive south. I do appreciate that they have plenty of non caffeinated options as I don't drink caffeine. It was very hard to decide what to order which is a change from many other chains. I was hoping to come across another of these in my travels but sadly did not. The drive through is similar to Chick-Fil-A. There are 2 lines and one person walking car to car taking orders. You have to make sure that you keep the line order so you get the correct drink. I was told to follow a blue mazda suv and I was following a toyota rav4 or honda so I had to stop and let the mazda go before me. Overall I want to stop by and try more drinks so here's hoping one comes closer to where I live!

So if you like strong coffee and you like to taste coffee even if you get a flavored latte, then this isn't the type of coffee you'd like. The setting is clean and quiet. The spot is unique because it's in a historical type of house that's located in Mare Island. When entering, you get a home feel because of the decor. Also, when drinking coffee there, they will serve it to you in regular coffee mugs which makes drinking it just a little more chill since it's not in a to go cup. You can sip and relax. The customer service is good. *For those of you looking for a place to stay longer with a laptop and phone, this isn't it. There are only a couple of available outlets.

Let me preface this by saying that ALL OF the employees at this location are beyond excellent at…read moretheir job. The owner SUCKS AT HER JOB. Since I come here every single day for a cold brew, I get to know all of them pretty well. I even met the owner one time when all of her employees called out sick and she had to run the coffee booth for the day. (What a nightmare, she had no idea what she was doing. My cold brew sucked and it's the easiest coffee in the world to make) So anyways, for the last three weeks or maybe more, I have been showing up, hoping that the owner of this damn place finally went and picked up some nitrogen For her cold brew machines, but nope. I don't know if she's just a lazy slob or what the deal is, but her employees can't go and get the nitrogen for her. That's the owner's job. If she can't handle doing it, she should hire an assistant manager of some kind to go and do these kinds of things because a business will never be successful Long-term unless they do what it takes to please their customers. I am far from pleased with the owner of this establishment. It's a joke, she's a joke. The simple fact that she can't drive to Concord or wherever the hell it is and pick up bottles of nitrogen for her company gives me secondhand embarrassment for the employees and I don't even work for her. It's actually quite embarrassing for the employees, One in particular told me that they're tired of saying that they don't have cold brew because they know that I come every day for one And they know how easy the fix is. Just go and pick up the damn nitrogen. I won't name names, I can see it on their faces every time I ask for a cold brew and they have to tell me "I'm sorry we don't have the nitrogen and we haven't for weeks" and they have been telling me that every single day for weeks on weeks on weeks. I would get pretty embarrassed, wouldn't you? When will this lazy owner go and do her job? How hard is it to drive and pick up tiny bottles of nitrogen? I've never heard of something so pathetic. I will start driving to the Napa location for my cold brew. At least the owner there knows what the fuck they're doing. I hope that the owner of the American Canyon store reads this, I'm sure she will. And the next time I go to get my cold brew there better be some damn nitrogen in those machines Or I will raise hell. I know the owner's name, I will bite my tongue this time, but not for very much longer. This shit is getting so damn old. @Owner you suck at your job. You seemed really nice when I met you that one time you had to work the booth, but nice isn't the same as ambitious. You are nice and lazy. The most messed up part is her employees have to pay the price. I'm sure there are customers out there who blame the employees instead of the owner even though the employees can't do anything about it. I can only imagine what they go through every single day when they have to say "no" to tired, grumpy, cold brew fans every single morning. One more time for safe measure, @Owner you suck at being an owner. Do your job or sell the business to someone who is willing to do it the right way.
