My cold brew sucked and it's the easiest coffee in the world to make) So anyways, for the last three weeks or maybe more, I have been showing up, hoping that the owner of this damn place finally went and picked up some nitrogen For her cold brew machines, but nope. I don't know if she's just a lazy slob or what the deal is, but her employees can't go and get the nitrogen for her. That's the owner's job. If she can't handle doing it, she should hire an assistant manager of some kind to go and do these kinds of things because a business will never be successful Long-term unless they do what it takes to please their customers. I am far from pleased with the owner of this establishment. It's a joke, she's a joke. The simple fact that she can't drive to Concord or wherever the hell it is and pick up bottles of nitrogen for her company gives me secondhand embarrassment for the employees and I don't even work for her. It's actually quite embarrassing for the employees, One in particular told me that they're tired of saying that they don't have cold brew because they know that I come every day for one And they know how easy the fix is. Just go and pick up the damn nitrogen.
