This branch is honestly the best of every Starbucks branch I've ever been to. I go out of my way to come over from the western side of Vallejo to get my tea or coffee here, because the staff are SO amazing. No matter how busy they are - and they get busy! - they turn out drinks and food faster and more efficiently than any other branch. I am going to give Starbucks a good review because they allowed me to use their table for me to make appointments (I did order a drink from them). I have gone to this location a few times when I am in the area and I have gotten a good service there. I was greeted when I enter Starbucks which most locations don't greet people when they come inside. Plenty of tables inside and outside. Whenever you choose to enjoy your drink you will enjoy the view of the parking lot. I have seen people enjoying a conversation inside or outside. My food and drink were made the way I order it. Everyone at this location is super nice but my last couple of visits my drink that comes out is not what I ordered. Today during my visit the cashier repeated my order back to me multiple times but it was wrong each time. The final time he said it correctly but must not have inputted it the same because the drink that I received and that was on the label was not what I ordered. I don't like to waste and am not that picky so I didn't want them to remake it but it would be nice to get the drink I ordered. Cleanliness: cleanest restrooms I've ever seen in any starbucks. Always stocked. Best starbucks restrooms anywhere in Benecia and Vallejo by far. Prices are crazy, as are other coffee shops. I must say, this the BEST Starbucks as far as efficiency and consistency. Quality customer service too! Every morning, if my Maps is saying the quickest route to work is taking the 680 Highway, I KNOW this Starbucks will process my mobile order quickly and correctly. Upon entering, they have a table that is set up just for mobile orders ready for customers to find their drink and grab and go. Other Starbs keep their mobile orders behind the counter and you have to wait for a barista to ask you your name. But not this one! They always greet me good morning. I had a bad experience over there. This afternoon I ordered three cups of Matcha, however they made three cups of mocha, then I said I ordered matcha, all she said to me was she can not understand me. It seems it is my fault. She did not said anything about they will remake it again. Just said I can't understand you. Then the manger came to me said they will make it again. Then I told my sister she is so rude. She asked me what did you say: I said you are rude. Then she said that I said nothing. Then gave free drinks to customers in front of me. After a couple minutes, my sister tried to talk with the manager, the manager refused to hear me out. Just saying I just see you yell at her. Actually we didn't yell at her. The manager just made a story. I am thinking if I was a white woman, what would she do? Would she refused to hear what happened??? It is seriously related to discrimination. I rarely hit Starbucks because frankly, am a big fan of local cafés instead and have never taken a liking to acidic and bitter brews. That being said, passing through a town where the population does not exceed a certain percentage of SSF means that Starbucks will intercede and set up house to take care of those in plight of morning shots of caffeine. This spot is quite popular with the locals and is usually packed in the mornings, both inside and outside. The baristas are friendly and orders fly off the counter like Indy drivers and their rock star hair and hands. Seating is usually not a problem but when school is out, be prepared for a bunch of teenagers to take over the chairs. They usually do this without even purchasing anything. I applaud the staff here for their patience since SF vendors would boot them out but will virtually chastise their adult handlers for not training them right. Manners apparently don't exist. Even on Muni, so don't fret, suburbanites. City folk are not exempt from rudeness. Great coffee, service, and easy access off and on the 780! read more

I come here at least three times a week because my son takes classes nearby during the evenings. I walk to Starbucks, order my drink and 95% of the time, there is a place for me to sit. People are usually nice enough to share their table with you if there isn't a separate table to sit at. I don't order any foo foo drinks, so my coffee is pretty consistent. No the staff isn't over chatty - imo, they are just chatty enough. I'm ordering coffee and the transaction is about 12 seconds long. Please don't talk me to death, I have studying to do and they see me enough to know that. They ask me how my day is, I say fine thanks, and yours? They give me an answer. Done. I pick up my coffee and sit down, put my headphones on and study. Aside from maybe 2 people I can recognize easily, they have new baristas every few months. This place does not block their outlets like some high traffic Starbucks do, thank the Lord. I have gone a few times in the morning, usually Saturday mornings which is much busier than weekday evenings. Sometimes it can get loud, especially when the Benicia middle-schoolers loiter around. I love Starbuck's and I love this location, which has been here forever, for as long as I can remember. The day I came in, I needed my morning jolt, the place was pretty bare, so there was no line. I was taken care of immediately and I ordered my iced espresso and was immediately on my way. Customer service was fast, friendly and the place was clean, which I don't expect any less of from a Starbuck's. This is located in the Southampton shopping center close to the Raley's grocery store. There are some other surrounding restaurants, but if you need your pick-me-up and want to sit and read the morning paper or need a place just sit and chill, you'll love this place. I am also so glad that this isn't the only Starbuck's in town. Benicia is a small town, so to have more than one Starbuck's is pretty impressive! Way to go! read more

This Starbucks is my favorite Starbucks. The location has a small local feel to it. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and the service is super efficient. They are especially efficient in the morning hours when people are in a hurry to get to work. Maybe some locations or certain employees make your favorite drink a little better than others, but generally you patronize a Starbucks for its consistency. I have encountered a Starbucks with the nicest morning baristas! It's one thing to take and execute someone's order correctly and quickly. It is quite another thing entirely to do so in the morning with a long line and an upbeat attitude. By upbeat, I do not mean saturated in maple sugar, gag me with a spoon, disgustingly sweet, over the top, too much sunshine in the freaking monring upbeat. I mean they were just the right amount of nice and let's get these people their coffee just the way they want it, so they can start their day. Friendly Starbucks location? Score! read more

If you're looking for a review of the drinks here--come on, really? It's a Starbucks, have you been living under a rock? This review is a love letter to this store and the baristas that run the ship. This Starbucks was my second home through the first two years of med school, so I've become well-acquainted with this location. Fast internet speeds (thanks Google!), comfortable temperatures, and outlets are plentiful. Always clean, and my only gripe is that the middle schoolers who want their grande-vanilla-bean-frap-extra-whip-oh-and-just-four-venti-waters-for-my-friends don't leave quickly enough. Starbucks locations are only as good as their baristas, though, and the staff here is the reason I kept coming back. Often, the best part of my stress-filled days was the part in which I made small talk with the guys and gals at the register. They take time to learn your name, no matter how weird it is, and they remember your order, even through that phase in your life where you ordered 10 pumps of classic sweetener in your venti iced coffee. (Don't worry, I grew out of it and I'm surprisingly not a diabetic.) I love this Starbucks, and I have not gone to a coffee shop I love more--again, in large part due to the friendliness of the baristas. The first time I came here the service was slow, and my Carmel frappuchino was pretty watery. This being my second time, the workers were extremely slow and looked unhappy to be working. It took 5 minutes of me awkwardly waiting at the cashier for someone to finally notice me. It wasn't even the fact that it was busy at the time- there only one person waiting for their drink. This Starbucks location sucks in that the amount of seating to be found is very very small. It's been a while since I've walked in here, but I'd say there are about 5 tables inside and three or 4 tables outside. If the weather's nice, you'll probably score a table in the sun, but if it's a cold winter day, chances are slim to none that you'll get a seat. Let's just say that if you enjoy to go to Starbucks to pick up an espresso drink and read the paper, this ain't the place to go to. read more

As I went to pick up my order when they called my name to pick it up, the cashier gal loudly asked her coworker if it tasted good.
