    Pistachio latte (iced)
    Sara G.

I found the food and drink delicious and the staff friendly! I ordered their popular pistachio latte (iced) and it was very good!! Highly recommend! I also ordered their dubai cake to take home. It was flavorful and had a lot of the pistachio filling. The place has a lot of seating. I love the decor as well. I also noticed they have drive thru! The prices are quite high but for a splurge, it's a great place to try out.

Haraz Coffee House has a great vibe and brings something unique with its Yemeni style drinks. We tried the pistachio latte, which had a rich, nutty flavor and was really well made...but at $7.95, it felt overpriced for what you get. The iced mufawar was also very tasty and refreshing, though again, $7.50 makes it more of an occasional treat than a regular stop. That said, the location is super convenient, with easy parking and a drive through. If the prices were a bit more reasonable, this would be an easy 5 star spot. Still, a solid experience if you're looking for quality coffee with a Middle Eastern twist.

$14 later, we decided this coffee was not for us. We tried the Mufawar and an iced pistachio latte, and didn't care for either. To be fair, this is our first time trying this style coffee so we have no frame of reference for how these things should taste. The Mulfawar did not taste anything like coffee and there was 1/2 inch of thick paste at the bottom of the cup. Unfortunately, this one went down the sink. The Pistachio latte was also not like anything I've had before. The pistachio is pasty. I'm not sure if it was the coffee, pistachio, or the combo, but it was not enjoyable.

Haraz is a Yemeni-style coffee shop that recently came to the triangle area. This place has gorgeous Middle Eastern-inspired décor like intricate mashrabiya patterns, warm-toned lighting, and elegant acrylic accents. Plenty of seatings inside, and more limited seatings outside. The menu sounds really promising, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I went for a pistachio latte. Very unique and rich (milky) in flavor but I was not very used to. Tried the bee bites too, which looked beautiful (filled with cream cheese) but were drier and less flavorful than I expected. Will probably pick something different next time. Also, there is no background music which makes it an easy place to have a conversation with friends, especially with all the round tables.

A beautiful place to converse. Super great if you like Turkish coffee. I had a Mocha Latte and it was good and strong. Large selection of pastries.

I've tried the location in Charlotte, and had a great experience. Decided to stop by this one in Apex and check it out. Service was great, they have a plethora of options if you're a fan of Matcha drinks. I tried the lavender Matcha it's really good, Please keep in mind that the taste of Matcha is not what you're going to get at your typical Starbucks. It's a little bit more earthy so come with an open mind in regards to flavor. Definitely should check it out. And they have pretty good bakery treats.

Beautiful place, inside and out. They have a drive thru which is so convenient. Really good drinks, the Haraz latte is bomb and their matcha is wonderful too. If you get your coffee "for here" the presentation is so beautiful. Great service. Prices are similar to what you would pay at Starbucks so you may as well support this business instead. I'm vegan so I didn't get to try their baked goods but it's worth noting that they have one of those desserts that look like fruits (mango)

We visited Haraz Coffeehouse in Apex, North Carolina today and had an excellent experience. They serve authentic traditional Yemeni coffee alongside a great selection of specialty coffee drinks, and everything we tried was outstanding. The ambiance was warm, modern, and welcoming--perfect for both casual coffee runs and group gatherings. Our Choice Residential office came in with a large group of 30+ people, and the team handled it smoothly and professionally. Not an easy task, but they absolutely delivered. A special shout-out to Ahmed Ali, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure our group was well taken care of. Service like that truly makes a difference. I'll definitely be back and will be bringing my real estate team, The Cruz Group. If you're in Apex and appreciate great coffee, culture, and hospitality, Haraz Coffeehouse is a must-visit. Highly recommended.

We had never tried Yemni coffee before but decided to swing by and give them a try since we're always up for new experiences. We don't live near this location but also saw they are coming to Durham soon. We ordered at the counter and enjoyed our coffees (Jubani and mufawar coffees) and the bee sting pastry. The coffees had unique flavors and the pastry was light but flavorful. We probably won't be back unless we're in the area but would try another location closer to us.

So the pistachio frappe was great! Lots of seating inside. I went in on opening day when there weren't very many food options. I want to go back and try when I can order their full menu!

Amazing ambience and food! Came here on a date with my husband and the service was quick. Place was clean. Food was delicious. Definitely coming back!

Heard that Haraz was open at the old awake Zone location on Olive Chapel Rd in Apex so stopped by to check it out. This is the first Haraz, a Yemeni coffeehouse franchise, to open in the Triangle. It was their soft opening but apparently the word got out since the coffeehouse was packed with groups of people. The interior is bright, cheerful & beautifully decorated. There's ample seating for both small & large groups. Service was efficient considering it was their soft open. Since it was in the evening, the dessert selection was somewhat limited. A We ordered the bee bites pastry, Harazi Mufawar & the mango pineapple smoothie to go. The Harazi Mufawar is a delicious hot coffee with a very forward cardamom flavor sweetened & with cream added. You have to really love cardamom since the spice is pretty strong. The mango pineapple smoothie is very good with strong mango flavor & not overly sweet. The bee bites is little balls of yeast dough stuffed with cheese the sprinkled with nigella seeds then baked together akin to monkey bread. It's served with a small container of honey for drizzling. It reminds me of yeast rolls since it wasn't at all sweetened but the honey made it just perfect. Overall, this is a much needed addition to this growing area & a perfect place to work and to meet up with friends.

Pistachio Latte was amazing as always, with a great and unique Ambiance! The Service took a little time but it was well worth the wait. The Kinafe and Biscoff cheesecake weren't the best, but still delicious!

The pastries get freshly filled with filling upon your order, and they box it up so nicely! There are aeating benches for you to sit and wait for your order, which didn't take too long. I got 3 cannolis, 2 cream puffs, and 2 cookies (I got the last chocolate cookie of the day). Service was friendly and quick as well, only took about 10ish minutes! Everything tasted amazing! And best thing about them was that it was not too overly sweet! It was the perfect amount that makes me want to keep tasting more. The cookies especially were so satisfying and soft and I loved how everything was quite decent sized as well! I will definitely be coming back!

Just look at the cannoli cream and pistachio cream stuffing those bad boys. Their savory foods are equally as impressive. This stuffed bread with meatballs and Parmesan was excellent and I love their tomato pie (not pictured), which I have had in the past. Everything here is outstanding! The first time my husband and I both ordered The Works omelets. The omelets are made with cage free eggs, sausage, ham and bacon with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Roasted onion, tomatoes and crimini mushrooms are also included. Comes with hash browns and thick cut multi grain toast. Our second visit we each ordered The Traditional Breakfast. A bit of a Father's Day debacle. Strike three first watch I'm sorry to say…read more... I'm not saying I'll never go back to First Watch, but I have not had, what I would consider, a good experience the three times I've been at a First Watch. I'm giving a fair baseline and review the food, service, and atmosphere based on my thought process and what people can expect. Brief overview: my wife arranged for 11 of my family members to have breakfast at First Watch for Fathers Day. She called the day before to get on the call ahead list because we met the minimum party size. She was told on the phone, it would be probably a 20 minute wait as it's not a guaranteed reservation time. This is industry standard and if managed correctly would've been the expectation. When we showed up at 10 with all 11 members, we were told we were number seven on the list and that there were at least 5 to 7 other parties. The issue with this, is the staff was not pulling tables together to get us a place in front of normal walk in parties. This is what I was told. I'm not sure how correct it is. We ended up waiting over an hour for our table, which could have been cut in half. They had a "manager in training" managing the front of the house on a busy holiday. This poor guy was working as hard as he could. One of the more experienced waitresses stepped up and helped as the host list was out of control. . I have to say, I appreciate the waitress, stepping up and pushing enough tables together to accommodate probably nine people, and we stuffed the other two into the table which was fine with us, I happily took my corner. Now let's talk about the good stuff... In the three times I've been to first watch. The food has been absolutely fantastic...and this was no different. I went to the light menu and had their Power Wrap which was basically egg whites, meat of preference and some fantastic cheese, which I forgot what it was actually. It was 500 cal of pure eating pleasure and I would go back to eat it again...if I could eat outside where it's quiet...we'll get into that later. I have to say when I saw " million dollar breakfast sandwich" special for $14, which ended up being an English muffin with eggs and meat and cheese, I was a bit skeptical. It was absolutely fantastic, not enough to feed me in the morning, but I have to say I'd pay the money for it because the taste and the quality of the eggs, bacon, cheese and sauces it was absolutely fantastic. I'm glad my wife only ate half of hers. :) There was so much food on the table. I couldn't keep up with everything but everybody agreed their food was outstanding. I don't think you can go there and get a bad meal. Service: I feel so sorry for the people that were serving the front of the house that day. They were set up by their management for lots of failure and angry people. They did a great job staying happy and positive and doing the best they could, even though I knew they were greeting their teeth with every word. We left a pretty good tip for them and I hope the house doesn't get any of it because they did not earn it. What really impressed me is I saw the wait staff actually helping each other out best they could... attending to tables when they were falling short. The management should recognize them for this, that they picked up their management shortcomings. I'm being pretty hard on the management just because I know it was a holiday and I know there was a large crowd there, but they managed it like any other day. It was pretty obvious we saw at least a dozen people leave during the time we were standing there. This was a poorly managed day at best and a completely unexpected surprise to the staff managing the front of the house. The Kitchen: I was so impressed that we got our food within 10 minutes of ordering it, the back of the house should be recognized as well. They somehow kept up with a massive crowd that was there. Ambience: three out of three on this one it's too freaking loud. All 11 of us agreed on this. I could not have a conversation with the people sitting next to me because of the sound. This is consistent at every First Watch. I'm guessing if you're sitting in a booth along the wall that might help. I will give them a little break on this because it is breakfast. There's a lot of plates clanking and there are a lot of people there, but I'm just calling out the ambience with the data not emotion. You just really couldn't keep a conversation going. It's too loud. All in all, I may give them another chance when it's just me and my wife, but I would not recommend taking a large crowd there ever and I would not do it on a holiday. The food was absolutely spot on and fantastic. The wait staff in the kitchen were all over it, again accommodating them for making up the shortcomings of management and doing a great job to keep people as happy as possible.
