My daughter ordered a small Chocolate Covered Strawberry Daydream Refresher. Unfortunately, the cup was filled mostly with ice and contained significantly less of the usual chocolate topping. At $4.59 plus tax, this felt unacceptable for what amounted to a small cup of ice. Please refer to the pictures. I returned to the counter to show the discrepancy between the amount of ice and the beverage itself. Rather than acknowledging the issue promptly, the employee engaged in an argument before ultimately replacing the drink. Additionally, the young lady who initially took our order appeared disengaged. There was no greeting or smile, and her demeanor suggested she did not want to be there. I sincerely hope the level of service improves in the future. Kenny, if you see this, I encourage you to check in with your staff. Poor service can negatively impact your business, as evidenced by several other customer reviews that appear to be dissatisfied. This establishment used to be my preferred place to purchase dozens of donuts for my children's school events, and I would like to see it return to the level of service it once provided. This Dunkin' Donuts is an absolute disaster. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The filthy floors, disgusting smell, and grime everywhere. It was genuinely stomach turning. The service? Beyond slow. You could watch an entire episode of a show before anyone even acknowledges you. The whole place runs like no one cares at all. The tables and counters were greasy. Honestly, the whole store felt like it was coated in a layer of neglect. And somehow they made things even worse by not having a single organized spot for straws, sugar packets, anything. Recently visited the lakeside location to purchase a few dozen doughnuts as a gift to a business we deal with locally- we ordered a dozen plain glazed and half doz of mixed--There were only 6 glazed left on the rack and no others on the way at 5 pm--(they close at 7) we took the six and made a combo of others to complete our 1. 1/2 dozen. As we were looking at the inside of the box- we noticed hair-- the "server" gave use a new box when we noticed hair on the glazed doughnuts-- he removed those - said sorry about that- and replaced them with more mixed-- he then took on a phone call and left us hanging so, we put gloves on and re organIzed the doughnuts ourselves in what we thought were clean boxes while he stepped away for the phone call--nothing more was offered by this server-- upon arriving to our gift receiptant destination-- we were totally grossed out with the doughnuts -- noticing too the remaining glazed doughnuts were very dry and old looking--the store and the whole mess-- we decided to return to the store and ask for a refund 17$ for the dozen (now higher because so many mixed) and 11 some odd for half-- the two "servers" could not grant our request as a manager was not on duty-- UNBELIEVABLE! They gave the manager cell number-- we said we would call the next day at the business The phone number listed on the site online for this lakeside location is NOT A WORKING NUMBER!!!- the manager cell we were given is not a working number!!!! Wow. Well, we stopped to get coffees and to use the bathroom. We ran in and after many hours in the car needed to use the bathroom. We were behind a woman and man. They ordered a few donuts. They were literally so slow I wanted to scream but then as they went to ring up the woman asked for her actual coffee! Manager/owner hides the trash cans, turns off the AC and uses a fan to cool the lobby. No toilet paper in the ladies room. Turned away 2 customers because of it. Another family just walked in looking for trash can I just updated them how this place is running. "This place is too filthy"!were the words as they walked out. This is a poor example of a Dunkin franchise. The store only accepted cash on Monday, August 12th; the card machines were not in service. Both male and female bathrooms had no toilet paper; folks used napkins for toilet paper, often leaving the soiled napkins on the bathroom floor. The Men's room had no lock. Only an empty hole where the lock should've been. The Home Office needs to look into this 'dump' and at least report the location to the Health Department. read more

Atleast 3 times I've attempted to get doughnuts here and they have been completely out. so I'm coming to a doughnut store and you don't have doughnuts? today I went in one last time and the drive through had a sign that said "card only" and we sat there and had to yell at the speaker to get someone's attention. once someone answered they said "drive thru is closed but we are open inside". I am usually a big dunkin coffee fan. However, we stopped in here early on Thanksgiving morning(yes I know it is a holiday, but if you are going to open be open) It was definitely the B or C team. They were out of donuts and pastries, the machines were dirty and they couldn't serve cappuccino and they did not have the right size cups for orders and the iced coffee was gritty. I am sure places like this can be hit and miss... this was definitely a miss. However, we will probably give it another shot because it is right next to a hotel we stay in a few times a year. read more

I tried to go through the drive-thru about 11:30 a.m. this morning. There was one car in front of me. After waiting about 5 minutes, they pulled up to the window. So I waited and waited and waited at least 5-10 minutes hoping they'd come back to take my order. It never happened so I pulled up. This is possibly the most foul restaurant that I have ever been to. The trash was overflowing in every direction. Trash outside. Trash on the floor. Trash on top of every trash can. Bathrooms smelled and looked dismal. The men's bathroom literally had flies swarming the tipped over trash can. They were out of bagels and pretty much every single pastry other than like 7 types of donuts. Customer service wasn't awful but I'm just trying to cut those two girls some slack because they clearly don't have the time to be cleaning when they're making the donuts that they don't have. The location is great, new feel inside. However the management I have witnessed berate their employees, make them cry and through tears still serve you. What is going on? Service has become unacceptable if not non-existent. Drive through speaker often does not work. I've been in lines where all the cars and I drove off because there was no service even at the window. The kitchen is often closed. Frozen drinks aren't available because the machine rarely works. The Dunkin on Lakeridge Parkway is so slow it never fails what time of day I go you have a long line 20 minutes , 25 minutes they're right off the interstate you would think they'd be efficient.
