Friendly staff, great coffee. The six dollar deal is great. TBH not a fan of the hashbrowns. But the croissant sandwich is really good.

First of all why would you serve a customer a totally burnt bagel??? You saw how burnt it was when you wrapped it. It was replaced by another half burnt one. Didn't have the Everything Bagel I ordered. I tried the Brisket Scramble deal, I wouldn't pay full price! The only good thing about today's visit was the Hasbrowns. First time they were perfectly cooked, not all gummed together. Urgh! read more

Every time I come here they remember my order and greet me with a nice smile and ask If I need anything else. This makes me feel respected and listened to by the people working there and is a great and positive way to start my day. read more

All we wanted was a hot caramel latte and fresh munchkins but we got the wrong coffee being plain black and dried munchkins. The employee was rude and grumpy. Would not recommend. read more

Wow I had seriously low expectations given past reviews. However they did a great job for me. The line was to the door. Drove through was wrapped around the building I went inside with 16 people in front of me. Praying it would move fast. I don't know how they did it but they got me out of there with 4 drinks and 3 donuts in less than 15 minutes. read more

As of mid-September 2020, the COVID19 precautions seem to be well observed. Staff was wearing masks and there are plastic screens between customers and servers. The floor has 6-foot markers but the path from the door to the counters is not immediately obvious. The donuts and muffins are good. The bike rack is convenient. read more

Horrible. Horrible.horrible. The service was slow, went through the drive through and gave me the completely wrong order. Then I went inside to get it fixed the lady threw out the bag and proceeded with working. I then waited 15 minutes for my food to not come back out and had to go back up to the counter and speak to the manager. He then makes my food, wrong once again, sloppy and messy. read more

With 5 people working there, you'd expect them to actually get your order right. We ordered 4 drinks, slowly, and the cashier still got it messed up despite us repeating it multiple times. All 4 drinks were supposed to have caramel in it and only one was made originally right. Spent 20 minutes inside the empty store. Ridiculous. read more

This is absolutely unacceptable service. I immediately threw everything into the trash when I got home! I pulled up to the window to get my order no more than maybe a minute or two after ordering and was handed this box. I always check the donuts before I drive away from the window and this is how they looked. Puzzled I asked, "what happened to them?!" And the lady at the window said "well it's really hot in here so even if I give you new that's what your getting." Oooook. Then I was handed my coffee. Again I looked puzzled, "where's the rest of my coffee?" ... my response I got- "it's hot in here and it melted". I literally just ordered it two minutes ago. If i could give them 1/2 star i would....i love the DD coffee, but this saturday morning i went to the drive thru, ordered a sausage Egg & cheese wrap, 6 pc hash brown, coffee, and 10 munchkins. $10.26. got my food - the Wrap is SO SMALL. it's a 3-4 inch tortilla with a small egg, small sausage, some cheese. RIDICULOUS & a waste of money. it tastes ok but it's like a small appetizer. The "hash browns" are really flattened tater tots, small also. only the munchkins were worthwhile. I know prices of everything have gone up but this is serious Shrinkflation. Never going back there again. There's a Mcdonalds a 1/2 mile down the road where they give you more food for less. i dont need a huge breakfast but DD is seriously cheating it's customers. :-( read more

Trash. Came here on vacation. My girlfriend and I are religious with Dunkin runs in the AM. It's the only Dunkin in town. We have been here for days now and every morning we come here it's a problem. The coffee is terrible every single time. Not to mention every time we have ordered multiple hash browns, they only give us 1. Every morning in a row I have either had to check the bag or go back through. Messy cups with coffee all over them, no napkins to even wipe it off myself. Burnt breakfast sandwiches. Dunkin' Donuts is an establishment that should be reliable no matter where you travel. This place is terrible. read more

This was the worst Dunkin' i've ever been to. I have never had a sandwich that was so burned to the point i had to pick it off. It just shows how this dunkin' does not care for their customers when they burned a sandwich so bad and still put it in there knowing it was very unappetizing. The whole time I was ordering the lady was laughing in my face. I asked for a bacon/egg/cheese sandwich on a bagel, they gave me half of a croissant and messed up my coffee. My friend asked for a breakfast taco and they gave him a wake up wrap. I don't know if you hired an actual idiot or if she just doesn't care. It's not like they were rushed or anything to because we we're literally the only people in there. I wonder why. read more

Worst donut I ever had from Dunkin. First of all they wrapped a chocolate covered donut in napkins, needless to say that was a mess and there was no icing left on it after unwrapping. This Dunkin Donuts is clean and well cared for. The staff is nice and usually always has a smile. They always get my order right so I'm happy. There was a woman who is working the drive-thru taking the order out to the car and when she came back in she was tidying up the place wiping down tables restocking that sugar packets. Would have loved to have caught her name but I didn't want to be all weird about it. It was just nice to see she was taking great pride in her work. read more

The only reason i go back is cause it's the only one in town! Management is non existent, my order is wrong every time and my coffee tastes different everyday (even though i order the same thing). They cannot seem to manage to put cream cheese on my croissant, it's always butter. And when i try to get my order fixed they are always rude and laugh. read more

Went here on our way leaving the beach...customer service is just horrible. We basically got our food and ran. Don't think the taste of the food was as good as other DD I have been to. We will never return! Parking sucks as well. Just not a good over all experience! read more

BEWARE: this is the worst Dunkin Donuts in the franchise. There is not a Starbucks in the area so I have visited more times than I care to admit and my orders are wrong 7 out if 10 times. It's primarily the coffee--I order decaf, I emphasize how critical it is I receive decaf, I ask the person who drops it off if it is decaf but end up with regular coffee. Finally being fed up I speak with the "manager" and explain that many visits have left me not with the order I placed but with regular coffee which I cannot have and has kept me up far into the night due to her staff not getting an order correct. I told her I have even seen her staff filling my cup with decaf then when it ran out finished it off with regular coffee! She apologized but her body language showed she was obviously unconcerned. When I asked what she was going to do to fix this her reply was "I guess I can give you a new cup of coffee." This manager must have no idea how to keep her staff in check and accountable for their actions for this to continue. It is important for her to emphasize to her staff on ALL Shifts to do their jobs correctly and to listen to the clientele. Not holding out hope and waiting for another option... Pls know there are typically flies buzzing around the food and considering the amount of business they have the donuts never seem fresh. read more

You would think they would know how to make coffee. I asked for decaf iced coffee. It was like tea. I actually ordered four of them and paid for all four. And what I did is I threw all four into the trash. Basically because nobody knows how to make a nice coffee. Very very disappointing. Today I went in for a simple order one donut and a medium black coffee. I was given the donut right at the counter and directed to wait for the coffee. I then waited 23 minutes to be give me a black coffee. Not a complicated order. Meanwhile many people who ordered after me with sandwiches and fancy coffee were served. Most of the time you get the standard Dunkin experience. No drive thru though. That's inconvenient and probably siphons money from the branch. My #1 absolute issue is when they pour the coffee out of a pot that's still brewing. They use big machines so when they're busy they tap into the currently brewing pot. The bottom is strong and top is weak. Until the pot is finished it shouldn't be used. That sets the flavor off. So then I have watery Crap for a high price. Proper planning would fix this issue. read more
