The absolute worst one in the area. Never anyone up front to take your order and when they do come up they are rude. As a customer and a delivery driver it's not a good look. I'm giving this place 5 stars as these workers deserve every star. Just a few reasons are that it is in an insane location, everyone is having supply chain issues, and who even knows how many Valley Dunkin's are temporarily closed for over a week now, and so on and so forth. With all being said, that restaurant is spotless, the food is fresh, as is the coffee, and every single lady working is polite, kind and apologetic that they will be right with you (when someone new comes in). I was looking for the closest D.D. to the hotel I was staying @ after searching yelp I came across this D.D. location. I read the reviews & couldn't believe the reviews & thought it can't be that bad; I am only getting a couple of donuts.WOW!! Was I wrong. Every yelper is RIGHT about this location. I went in for 3 donuts. 1st off the store SMELLS! The 2 girls "working" seemed like I was bothering them for 3 donuts. I ordered 2 marbled chocolate glaze & Boston cream.  The girl who filled my order can't count & put 1 marbled chocolate glaze instead of 2, which I had to tell her I ordered 2 & the Boston cream all with attitude. where is the customer service? these service workers expect $15/hr? At no time did either one of the employees put on or change their gloves. I bit into my Boston cream only to realize those employees do not even know the types of donuts they sell.  My Boston Cream is really Chocolate covered Bavarian Cream!! As for my other 2 donuts, they had a funky taste to them, like the funk of the store permeated the donuts!  Thank god I went Giant earlier & bought Tastykake!!!! Watching fruit fly's fornicate on the donuts as you walk in should be a sign to turn around. Service is subpar and what you should expected from a low end establishment like this. Don't come in expecting anything less. This place probably should close down and solve the fruit fly issue though. read more

I live right up the street from this one and it sucks because it's so close and convenient BUT I would rather drive farther then come here. Whoever does the hiring process obviously just needs workers because there is NEVER a manager around, there's always so much talking and goofing around and just EXTREMELY SHITTY service!! I go to Lehigh, so this Dunkin' is very convenient and quick. Every time I have been there, the employees have been nice and give me the student discount without asking. I tend to go in the evening when it's less busy. I have no complaints so far, my coffee has always been good and better than any Dunkin' near my home in NJ. The pumpkin spice is amazing! read more

I never have a problem here with service if Athena is working the register. However, they are always understaffed, and the wait to get hot breakfast items can be 10 up to 10 minutes. The focus is on the drive thru customers - which I can understand. However for those of us who aren't lazy and get out of our cars, the wait can be painful. I'll also tell you to check your order before you leave. More times than not? The order is wrong, or your hot food is warm to cold. read more

DD is my go to place for coffee I was in Bethelem PA and wanted coffee. Went to the DD at Broadway and forth Ave where three ladies were working my order was simple medium coffee and a muffin they got it wrong three times and when they got it right took my money and walked away no thank you,no kiss my butt nothing . This place is rediculous. I'm not going to call one particular person out on this app but they used to be good. Idk what changed but a month or two ago this woman that started working there became totally incompetent at her job! One day I went in, the line out the door....I waited patiently and when it was my turn she took the person behind me at the other register first! Then today I go in and very clearly order 2 medium coffees, one iced, one hot, both with cream and sugar. I get 2 hot coffees, one with cream and sugar and one with just cream. What?!? Today was literally the 6th time I've been to this place and their espresso machine was broken down or not working. The only reason I went back is because it's a block from my house, but from now on I will drive farther away for better service. If you want an espresso drink (latte, macchiato, etc), DO NOT GO HERE. When I complained about it, they gave me a snotty attitude and acted like they didn't care. I've already complained about this to the Dunkin Donuts headquarters. Service is so slow you might change your mind and then the staff either don't understand how to use the register and they get your order wrong n if you complain that your order is wrong they will argue that you ordered it that way. read more
