Shame on the manager, Stephanie Almanzer for enabling a hate crime in process by allowing her trans employee's life to not only be openly threatened in front of her, but by further compounding the worker's employee rights to a safe, respectful work place. Stephanie did not perform her managerial duties during the event, so has willingly made herself legally culpable, meaning she can and SHOULD be personally held liable under an additional lawsuit. read more
