Horrible customer service. Rude gentleman taking orders over the intercom, and rude lady taking payment / handing you the food at the drive-thru window. Then got the wrong breakfast sandwich that I had to repeat over the order intercom to clarify. And the other breakfast sandwich was burnt! i love Dunkin but ever since this location was bought out it's been awful. typically rude customer service, very inconsistent drinks even when it's the same order, making the wrong drinks constantly, there are other notable problems i could list but it's overall just very sloppy these days. very disappointed and hoping another Dunkin opens soon near me so i don't have to go here anymore read more

I just want to say that I am currently at Dunkin' waiting for my hash browns that I ordered 20 FUCKING minutes ago. When my sister went up to the counter to ask what was taking so long to WARM up PRE-MADE hash-browns, the worker proceeded to roll her EYES at my sister. Then she told another customer that he was wrong because he wanted a certain coffee that she didn't make. I just want to say if it absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 35 minutes for a tea and hash-browns. She then brought the hash-browns to the table we were sitting at and said "I'm sorry it took awhile" and set them down. Don't be sorry, just be better. read more

I love my Dunkin Donuts but the one in Blue Springs is such a hit and miss spot. Half the time the employees are short and get overly frustrated when they err or the coffee taste watery with almost a tea taste. I have had times though where the service was spectacular and the coffee spoke to my soul, I just wish it would happen more often. read more

This is not a bad Dunkin location but not the best either. I don't have any complaints on the food, but flavored drinks is where they struggle. I've gone to this location for a couple years now & they've always had an issue knowing the difference between shot & swirl flavors. I always ask for a flavor shot, i.e. the sugar free option, but easily 50% of the time I get the swirl (NOT sugar free). I can always tell by the taste, and of course, when I question the employee they realize yes they made that mistake. Luckily I'm not diabetic and only watching sugar intake, but this could be dangerous for the wrong customer. So just word of caution, if you want sugar free while ordering here, it won't hurt to make double (or triple) sure they are aware of that. Despite mentioning to management on more than one occasion, this problem has not improved. read more

When it first opened up, it was the best place in Blue Springs to get coffee. The last few times I've been however, not so much. Simple order: Large hot or iced coffee, with extra cream and extra sugar, and they couldn't get it right. I even had them make it again on one occasion, and they still screwed it up. The food and donuts are really good, but when you just want a simple cup of coffee, QuikTrip might be a better choice. read more

My husband and I visited this location this morning. I had never been to a Dunkin' before and I will never be going back. We ordered an iced cappuccino, an order of hash browns, and two bacon, egg, and cheese croissants. The cappuccino wasn't mixed at all. All of the coffee was sitting in the bottom of the cup and there was so much ice that I was unable to get the straw to the bottom to stir the drink. My husband started shaking the drink to mix it, and told me "there's too much f***ing ice" and the employee and the window said they'd make us a new one. This is when we meet the triggered red head employee. She hands my husband the 2nd "iced" coffee with very few ice cubes and said, "here, dude". We're asked to pull forward to wait for our eggs. Triggered red head brings out the bag, tossed it at my husband, and said, "You're going to learn that your words have consequences" and stormed back inside. My husband checks the food and the croissants didn't have any egg on them and only crumbs of bacon. So needless to say, this is completely unacceptable behavior. We were going to share our food with our toddler. I would never go here if you have kids and/or don't want your food tampered with. read more

Stopped in twice this week, had a 3 item order both times, got the order wrong both times and overcharged. 6 months ago, this was a good location. Sucks now, don't bother. Phone number to call that's shown online, goes to their fax machine. Went with some friends yesterday through the drive through and he tells them we have two separate orders and the lady came back on the intercom and said that's fine order when ready. We ordered and then we get up there and they are like well we didn't know you had two orders there's just the one order here and we're like we said two separate orders in the beginning. They seemed like they didn't know what the word "separate" meant. I tried there coffee and didn't care for it too much, but I LOVE their donuts. So I swing through DD on my way to my son's baseball game - I have a few extra minutes - to grab a cup of coffee. Just one cup of coffee. I think I'll try the dark roast I am seeing TV ads for. They are so discombobulated they can't figure out what is going on. They have me wait several minutes at the window before they ask me to pull around by the front door while the coffee brews. Several more minutes later, after I've used up all my extra time and then some, I walk in looking for my cup of coffee. They are a little confused; they had forgotten I was waiting. Worse is, they think it's funny! They chucklingly pour me an extra large rather than my large - to make it up to me, presumably, and send me on my way. I didn't really have time to escalate the issue, nor was I in the mood to, so I grabbed it and left. I REALLY hope they get their act together in there - they've now had months to figure it out, but it needs to happen soon! read more

Kinda crappy. I love Dunkin Donuts coffee drinks but the service at this location needs some help. I came with my DD gift card to buy a donut and a drink. Got to the window, they handed me my stuff and said they could not use my card because their internet was down. I paid with my credit card just fine, but then looked at my donut and it looked nothing like the picture, there was about half a teaspoon of icing on top, seemed like a rip off to me. The donuts here are nothing special, not that great, just something to eat. The drinks are awesome though. Only two stars for my experience here. read more

Sadly this is a continuation of my last review. Trisha, manager of this location called me, offered that I come in this past Saturday when she is working and she will give me the two donuts I originally wanted and some coupons for my trouble. I go, I ask for her, the cashier goes to back and comes back with a bag and tells me it is $2.11. Confused she said there were 4 donuts and rather than argue knowing this is a complete bust. I get a drink and the bag and leave to find the donuts are STACKED on top of each other so stuck to each other. Out of the four, not one of them was as I had originally sought, cookie dough batter. All were fudge filled and there were no coupons. This place is HOPELESS and should close or get another manager. She hid in the back rather than coming herself to offer apologies, she didn't give me the original donut I had asked for, they were stacked on top of each other, there were no coupons as promised. Just very disappointed. Was hoping I could come back and give a positive follow up. I won't be back, she should be fired or this location shut down. I'm giving two stars because there was a half-assed attempt to correct the problem. read more
