They offer daily specials, weekly trivia contests, and a live music. Entertainers generally play live music several nights a week. Sinclairs host mostly acoustic performers, mainly on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Most of the entertainers feature guitar playing solo artists in the bar area. As for the food... it's all pretty tasty. Served in an upscale fashion. And worth mentioning is THE ABSOLUTE BEST MEATLOAF I have ever eaten outside of my own kitchen; and yes, possibly even better than my own... which speaks volumes because I'm generally an excellent cook and extremely particular diner. (Not bragging - just emphasizing that my standards are high). This meatloaf is hearty, rich, and moist, with a firm meaty texture (Not over done with fillers). It's cut generously and served over freshly mashed potatoes topped with a complex & flavorful sauce I'd liken to a rich brown gravy with a hint of herbs & possibly a tad bit of steak sauce for good measure... Its the star. I just wished they served this on their daily menu! Speaking of... their entire menu is thoughtfully made, and the chef deserves major kudos for their talents in the kitchen. I will go with friends in tow to enjoy a night off in the kitchen, to enjoy some of the best meals our city has to offer. Looking for something do? Sports Watch Parties are a good time: Sinclair's serve as the neighborhood hub when it comes to watching our very own Kansas City Chiefs play. The food was decent. Some of the menu was a little higher in price than what I see at other places. Had the Swedish Meatballs. Service was mediocre. Though we were a large table, just didn't feel like they checked back or ask on both ends of the table. They do have tables to seat large groups and quite a few tables. Taylor was our waitress and she was wonderful! She helped us with the menu and gave us great recommendations. We can't wait to see her again! We stopped in for the first time and were really impressed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It's casual enough to feel comfortable but with nice touches that make it feel a little special. We loved that it is a true community-inspired restaurant with the chairs all labeled with plaques of customers who have helped in some capacity to support this restaurant. Our server was friendly, helpful with suggestions, and checked on us often without being intrusive. We started with the spinach and artichoke appetizer, which came out hot and creamy with just the right amount of cheese and flavor which was perfect for sharing. For our meal, we split the turkey club and a side salad. The sandwich was stacked high with fresh turkey, crispy bacon, and all the classic fixings on perfectly toasted bread. The side salad was crisp, fresh, and nicely dressed, which was a pleasant surprise since side salads can sometimes feel like an afterthought. The homemade blue cheese and ranch dressings were also delicious. Even though we were full, we couldn't resist dessert and went with the chocolate cake. It was rich, moist, and decadent. It was definitely worth saving room for. Overall, the food felt fresh and thoughtfully made, and the whole dining experience was comfortable and enjoyable. Great spot in Blue Springs for a cocktail, a darn good meal, or some trivia with the locals! So easy to find just a few miles east of the stadium complex and just north of I-70, too. If you're in the mood for a burg, then give the Bacon Jam Burger a look. Ample patty topped with jalapeños, a big onion ring, and that sweet bacon jam. So good! They're also known for their Chicken Alfredo, featured sometimes as a special, and it's spectacular: seasoned chicken atop bow tie pasta laden with a creamy Alfredo sauce. Smashing dinner! This visit had us traipsing up & down the martini menu, sampling from Cosmo to dessert-y drinks. The Blue Bombsicle is a work of art, balancing blue Curacao atop their housemade sweet & sour and it's super smooth. Or their Kinky Flirtini, a little vodka & soda with a citrusy splash of Kinky Pink liqueur - have at it! Happy hour often runs until 7:00 with well drinks at $5, so you have plenty of options. Service is friendly but not exactly in a hurry. I'd love to drop 5 stars for the food and drink, and maybe shave a half-star for the somewhat crowded back area and slower service. In their defense, trivia was going on and not only can that get loud, but players can be needy, too, lest they miss a question. At any rate, great place for postgame or even during, and lots of good food to choose from. read more

My husband and I ate here for a date night last week and LOVED it!!! The live music was very catchy and an added bonus to an amazing evening of excellent service and delicious food. For an appetizer, we ordered the hummus. It was very creamy and not too garlicky with something that gave it a kick! The pita bread was soft and warm. The vegetables were crisp and fresh. For my entree, I ordered the street tacos. These are addicting! The pulled pork was very juicy and melts in your mouth. The red cabbage and pico added a nice crunch. The chipotle aioli was smoky and not too spicy. The soft tortillas had a nice char on them. The Spanish rice, served underneath, was cooked perfectly! My husband ordered the shrimp pasta, which I sampled. The shrimps were cooked very well. The bow tie pasta was perfectly al dente. The mushrooms and spinach added great flavors to the dish. The white wine butter sauce was very buttery, in a good way. For dessert, we ordered the Oreo cheesecake, which the waitress said was made that day! It was so creamy and rich, you'd think you're in cheesecake heaven!!! Our waitress was SO nice and the manager came by more than once to make sure we were satisfied. From North Carolina had a trip out to see family and they decided to have dinner here. I had the chicken caprino it was delicious. My wife ordered fish and chips she loved them. 5/10/26 Mother's Day Brunch. Food was terrible. Biscuit's were hard, cookies were hard, Green Beanes under cooked, Mashed Potato needed more milk (Stiff), Fried Chicken overcooked, and I could go on. Took long time to refill empty items. Had a 1:30pm reservation and was all ready out of several items on Buffet. Would not go back and strongly hope others don't either. Was packed in like sardine. Bacon jam burger was really tasty. Onion rings on the burger were crispy and tasty. My only complaints were that the Jalapeños tasted and looked bottled, and the bottom bun was pretty soggy. I really enjoyed the live music, and although the service was a bit slow, we didn't mind. I ordered a ruby red sangria, but it tasted a bit like soap and was hard to drink--I'll definitely try something different next time. I got the turkey bacon avocado club, but the turkey reminded me of the kind you'd find in a Lunchable, which wasn't what I expected. The Caesar salad was okay, though I wasn't a big fan of the dressing, and I usually love Caesar salads. Despite being disappointed with what I ordered, they have a huge menu, so I'd like to give them another shot! read more

The Manhattan was not cold. Should have been shaken with ice and poured into a cocktail glass. It wasn't. They forgot the Mexican rice with my Street Tacos. When it was served it was undercooked and bland. Service was excellent. Probably won't go back. read more

Once finally obtained, the food was good. However, it was quite a journey to get there. Waited three min (not exaggerating) to even see an employee when we walked in. Told to sit anywhere and then hostess starts cleaning tables. Turns out we have to wait for the other employee to finally appear to take our order. You need to beg for refills and I practically threw something on the floor to get our waitress to acknowledge me asking for the tab. Strange building with a giant roll up door in the middle. This place was terrible! We ordered house salad which consisted on iceberg lettuce with shredded carrots, potato soup with corn, green onions no taste.. My boyfriend doesn't want to complain about the food even if it's bad. However, I feel you paid for quality, good tasting food. The other guy we were with said their hamburgers are terrible.The waitress was attentive and personal. I don't want to try this restaurant again. I don't have money, and I'd like good tasting food. I took the munchkins out for dinner this eve and decided on Sinclair's. The kiddos had grilled cheese with fries and Mac and cheese. The grilled cheese was prepared perfectly and gourmet-ish with the delicious thick sliced bread and gooey cheese. Although the fries were seasoned well, they were mildly warm, so it felt as if they may have been sitting a bit before the plate was served. The Mac and cheese was amazing. You can definitely taste that it's homemade. Although I thought it was an odd combination at first, I decided to try the Thai chicken flatbread. It was SO good. We finished the meal off by ordering the chocolate cake with raspberry sauce. (It tasted much more like a torte than a cake but the waitress confirms the chef calls it a cake.). Hostess looked less than amused to be there upon greeting. Table of 8 took well over 30 minutes to get food, 5 of the orders were the daily special. Draft beer was flat and bottled beer seemed to have been expired. Pricing was fair, however, not returning anytime soon this century. The company was the best part of the outting. read more

Sinclair's is that rare restaurant that is a 5 Star experience in a med/small town, and my only wish is that they were a stand alone restaurant. Being stuck in a series of storefronts gives it a strip mall feeling from the outside. Inside, the restaurant is cozy and warm, and the wait staff is friendly,excellent, and well trained. The menu is just the right amount of items (not 4 or 5 pages like some), the food is prepared by a well trained Chef and is amazing. It was busy for a Friday night as they had live acoustic performance by a young artist and we enjoyed our night out. Confession: I tried Sinclairs back when they first opened. Left thinking it was just okay. Wow!! Was I wrong. Their food is excellent. Even just a basic hamburger is special enough that everyone turns around to look when a plate goes by. Lots of great choices, all beautifully presented and best of all, the food tastes GOOD!!!! There is everything from pizzas, hummus, crab cakes, pasta, etc. etc. And everything I've had so far, has been amazing. The owners are wonderful. They are very friendly and you can tell that they really care about their customers. Instead of feeling like a regular restaurant, it feels like you are somewhere that you actually know the servers and the management. Can't say enough good about this place. AND--on Monday nights at 7:00 p.m., there is fun, old-fashioned trivia! With teams and prizes! Jason, everyone's favorite host--puts the whole thing together.
