Read the reviews which made me hesitant to come here. It does look like the majority of those reviews are pretty old. One of my favorite songs right now is NOPE by Supa. I couldn't think of anything else but that chorus during my "experience" at this Dunkin', Nope, nope, nope, NOPE. That sums up this Dunkin' No donuts, no sugar, no clean spots, no service...nope, nope, nope. Nope. The slogan Dunkin' keeps you running...yes, it does keep you running away from this one. TRUST the reviews! Don't come here. I thought...it's coffee so how can that be an unpleasant experience. It was disgusting inside, disgusting attitudes, and a negative experience all around. You walk in to be greeted by empty donut racks at the door. See my pics. It was around 11am when we came in and they were out of everything except for 3 chocolate donuts stuffed with buttercream, two vanilla cream, and a dozen jelly. My mom got a vanilla cream and it was so old the donut CRUNCHED when she bit into it. YUCK! They said, we don't usually have any donuts. Um excuse me. We asked when they closed and they said late tonight. They told us we just make sandwiches and coffee once we run out of donuts. Donuts is in your name...um you should probably keep donuts stocked at least in the AM. Like so many others reviewed, it takes 10 minutes to get black coffee. Not because they had to make it, but because the priority of the employees was making a decision what movie they were going to watch vs making orders. All of this was with an empty store. Now I know why the store was empty. This Dunkin' if you can call it that, gives Dunkin' a bad bad name. Really does NOT represent the brand well at all. The service was terrible which I have unfortunately come to expect from Dunkin. We ordered a simple breakfast with two orders of hash browns. Of course only one came and when we asked for the second order we would told it would be a minute. It never came. Dunkin is my favorite coffee/breakfast shop but I typically avoid due to the terrible service. I wish I would have avoided them this time as well. I went to this location on Saturday morning for an iced coffee. I decided to mobile order before I got there just in case it was busy. When I arrived about 5 minutes later, there were 7 cars in the drive thru, so I was glad I ordered ahead. Inside had several tables and no customers waiting. I ordered a small iced mocha with cream and it was sitting at the counter for me when I went inside. The coffee was made as expected though it did taste a little more bitter than usual. read more

Over the past few years, I have seen some poor service given here, from a crew that is seemingly always understaffed and undertrained by poor management. Today I didn't see any of that...because there was no one there at all! I, along with about 10 other people, drove up to get our morning coffee only to discover that no one was actually there during their working business hours. I've had a good experience the few times I've dined here. I can tell they are changing things up with the staff and leadership, I was greeted and served in a nice manner. My food was warm, soft, and tasted good. However, my coffee order was incorrect, but when I brought it to her attention she fixed it with no problem, so I'm not complaining. read more

The cars in the drive through this morning all left and there was the next one stuck at the ordering box for around 20 minutes with a stack of cars behind them. DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!!! I don't ever do reviews on company's because I understand we are human and have bad days but I will NEVER go to this Dunkin again. From the moment I went to the speaker asking the woman at the microphone if they had French Vanilla cappuccino frozen coffee and her telling me yes, just to go to the window and her hand me a ice coffee? I politely stated, "oh no, this should be frozen" her face turned to disgust and said "WHAT?" I repeated myself and she then raised her voice at me and said "we don't have Frozen French Vanilla cappuccinos!!" . I then raised my voice back at her and stated I literally asked at the window and was told yes! As we continue to go back and fourth and she's getting even louder. I let her know, well I will take a FROZEN FRENCH VANILLA COFFEE, Because you DO have those! And I'm handing her the previous drink back. SHE THEN says "NO YOU CAN KEEP THAT" bats her hand at me and shuts the door in my face. THE AUDACITY! A man came to the window where I explained what I wanted, he then apologized for her behavior and went to make my drink, as I ask him "What is that girls name?" He says "one moment" and walks away. She comes back to the window and shuts the window. THEN he hands her the drink and she opens the window and goes "here you go ma'am" I said "thank you.. what's your name?" She looks at me rolls her eyes and says "DONT WORRY ABOUT IT" and slams the door in my face. NEVER. AGAIN. If these reviews aren't saying enough about this location for it to be SHUT DOWN!!!! I went and parked my car, walked into the Dunkin and asked the lady at the register for the managers card, she then tells me the regional manager was sitting at the table. Went to the store @ 5101 Harding Pike Nashville TN for a coffee after waiting for 10 min to just order COFFEE and learned NO CREAM for coffee @ 1101 am. What! No Creamer! Besides donuts Coffee is the big seller! And no creamer! Oat milk is not a creamer. Milk is not creamer, they do not even have fake creamer. Couldn't someone go out and get creamer???? I went through the drive thru with an online order and was stunned. So I had paid for my order online and there was a girl that came to the window and handed me my breakfast sandwich and coffee and she shut the window and walked off. So I sat there until she came back to the window and I had ordered an XL coffee and I got a medium coffee with the amount of cream & sugar for an XL. She never told me they didn't have any XL cups and on my breakfast sandwich I ordered white cheddar cheese and it had American cheese on it. I never got a chance to ask if they were going to refund my money b/c she shut the window and walked off again. Not the first time for this girl, once again was rude. For my first visit to a Dunkin' Donuts EVAH, I think this place rocks! Not only was the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, but my bacon and egg croissant was delicious! Being a Seattle native, i use Starbucks as my frame of reference. Dunkin' has more variety in terms of breakfast sandwiches, DONUTS, and while I'll probably get struck by lightning for saying it - they also have better coffee. Strong and earthy. Docking one star because my friend got the bagel breakfast sandwich and the bagel was dry and hard. Prices are sooooooo much cheaper than on the Left Coast, too. A big breakfast sandwich, 16 Oz latte, and a donut to take on the place cost me less than $10! read more

The employees here are perfectly nice. My issue is that it appears as though they don't thoroughly read the online orders. On my last 3 orders, I've marked that I wanted my bagel sliced, not toasted, with the cream cheese on the side, and each time it has been given to me toasted with the cream cheese on it. I am not a frequent flyer of franchise donut stores, but this morning, my coworkers and I thought we'd buy huge amounts of donuts for the employees working in the office to acknowlege the hard work they've been doing and their gracious hospitality. This place gets some business in the morning as we did wait in line. The fellow working on our order was "hauling butt". One thing that stood out is the poor fellow worked hard on our super large order and then caught hell from one of his coworkers for not making the coffee. Ok, mistake for the guy, include your teamates and ask for help if you need help. But he got castrated in front of everyone in the donut shop and did not deserve and public bashing. Boss, have a little respect for people, even if they did make a mistake and cause the customer some additional time! **Only giving a star because zero stars isn't an option. Absolutely no way, do not go here. The amount of attitude and condescension oozing from this drive thru speaker (that you can already hardly hear) has the ability to make a grown adult feel like they need therapy (drive thru trauma is real). Most recently I gave my order and was interrupted only to be told that flavor was not available until Friday. I asked about another flavor and was told it's made with the flavor they don't have til Friday. Being that I am just an occasional (now NEVER) Dunkin' Donuts customer, I would think that all Dunkins - as they are a nationwide corporate chain - would have the same flavor offerings readily available at all locations especially when they are featured on menus and billboards. So when I said, "I've gotten this at other Dunkin' Donuts recently, I just figured you all would have the same thing" another person chimed in on the speaker and said "not all Dunkin's are the same" (really?!) so then when I proceeded to order the same drink with a different flavor, the wrong order was put in and showed up on the screen so I said that is not what I ordered and I repeated my original order and she said you didn't tell me that. I proceeded to explain that I said it at the beginning before she cut me off and told me they didn't have the flavor I wanted and then she told me I needed to calm down to which I said you're the one who has had an attitude from the beginning and she said "ma'am you're just mad because we don't have what you want."... I left. Do not go here unless you want to get into it through a drive-through speaker with folks who work in customer service who clearly have no idea what that means and who couldn't give a crap about providing any level of service. Not one employee acknowledged me or the young lady who had been waiting ahead of me; we were totally ignored. She said that she was waiting to place an order too. Unprofessional. I did an order for walk in and when I get there the door is locked - no sign or anything explaining why it's locked. Horrible location. Earlier this week I went through the drive through the drive through and ordered my coffee and an egg and cheese on English. What I got was cold, rubbery, and just out right gross. After tweeting my picture, corporate told me to try again. So I did today. This time I went inside. I asked them to make sure it was toasted. Before I left I checked the item, and same thing. I even gave it to the guy who took my order and he seemed curious as to why it was not toasted and cold. The guy cooking, insisted it was, and that he wasn't going to argue or fix it! What?! So I left the item there ticked off that I just paid for something that wasn't edible. They should be ashamed at this location. I grew up with DD in New England, and this is by far the WORST! A three star turned four because of the delightful service. I came in for a dozen donuts to bring to work. As I stood in the line I agonized over what donuts and what combination of donuts I should get. When I got to the front of the line the staffer asked if I wanted to choose them or if I wanted to be surprised. Of course I wanted to be surprised! They have the nicest people working in there and busting their butt, but it just isn't enough... They don't ever have enough staff. Many times I have gone in and the espresso machine is broken or the dining room is completely closed and only the drive-through line is open because they don't even have anyone to work the register! I think the coffee is yummy and the food is pretty good. donuts are good too but if I can't get my food then that is a problem :( read more

Hit or miss on if your order is correct. If it's correct it's pure gold, if not don't waste your time trying to get it fixed service says it's what you ordered.
