When I arrived, I was the only customer inside and there were two people working. One employee was helping someone in drive-thru. It took awhile before anyone helped me. When I corrected the man helping at the window, he completely lost his mind and started swearing at me and calling me names in front of three 11 year old girls in my car. He walked away from the window saying "someone else deal with that bitch before I go to jail for fucking her up." EXACT WORDS!!!!! The lady came to the window and corrected the order and said "anything else"? I posted a picture of the "Charlie drink" the girls ordered. Tried out this Dunkin' on our way to church this morning. The line took forever, many people just left the line altogether because it was taking so long. Finally get our order in and get up to the window. The young lady working was screaming inside out of frustration. She hands us our donuts and apologizes says it's all very chaotic right now. Our donuts are literally thrown on top of each other in the bag, smooshing the frosting everywhere. On top of that I ordered a double chocolate donut and she gave me a chocolate glazed, when I asked about it she said they didn't have double chocolate. Would have been nice to know that when I was placing my order. It looks like it was only her and one other guy working. I'm sure they are stressed. The owner needs to higher some better staff. Sorry, I hate to complain BUT, I ordered small coffee for me, 2 plain bagels toasted, no cream cheese for my daughter (this after being told no sugar coated doughnut). Order was $5.90. We got 2 cinnamon raisin bagels with cream cheese. Drove back and went in. Explained, no big deal mistakes happen. Girl in back went to register to look, I can only guess to see if I was lying? Minutes later she appears back and simply said bagel. 2 whole wheat or multi grain (definitely not plain) in a bag and not even wrapped individually like usual, just 4 halves in a bag. I just left. Wasn't worth it. I counted a selection of 11 doughnuts here.... other workers seemed nice enough but frazzled. For $5.90 I got a small coffee, bad attitude from one worker and aggravated. There is a good Dunkin up GR a couple miles by 96. For less than $6 they should keep customers happy to avoid 6 out of 7 bad reviews here. Too bad. It was Awful. I will never come back to this location. After having to pick Four other options instead of what I wanted....they forgot to put it in our bag. They had nothing I'm stock...bagels donuts and drinks we wanted we're out.. they were not accommodating what so ever. They didn't apologize...I waited 15 minutes. My bacon is extremely undercooked (as in picture) it's like rubber not even cooked and my four year old son almost ate it. They also had the lobby door locked so we couldn't get inside when we needed to bring in the wrong food...we would have had to wait another 15 minutes to get through drive through again..we decided to pass and left feeling very disappointed. I tried to use the one from April today because I was quarantined in my house with the stay at home order, i thought they would let me use it but nope. So I had to ride up with my wife to Hudson to pick up our car from her job and I figured all would be safe to grab some Dunkin on the way home. Boy was I wrong. They guy in front of me at the speaker spoke up and they replied they'd be right with him. So he left. Then they put me on hold and some other employee took over right away. I ordered a Matcha Latte with no ice, but they said it wouldn't be full. I said okay, or just give me less ice. So I finally get to the window after the person there left and pay for my drink. I get that it wasn't going to be full full, but they could have at least mixed it up. I had huge chunks of Matcha swimming in my drink. Me and my family went for the first time on Sunday through the drive through. The attendant was very nice, but that's where the positive experience stoped. Most of the core menu items we ordered weren't in stock, which we understood with the COVID situation. Once we finally selected items they were in "stock", our bagel sandwich's were so stale you could hammer a nail with them. Literally! They were also cold as were the other egg muffin sandwiches.
