The sausage itself had excellent flavor. It was savory with a nice little kick that made it stand out. My only critiques were that the roll tasted a little old and dry, and I wish the sausage patty had been a little larger so it covered the entire roll. Even with those minor issues, it was still a very enjoyable sandwich because the quality and flavor of the sausage really carried it. The bacon, egg, and cheese on white bread was just as enjoyable as the one on the roll, minus the black pepper. It had the same quality ingredients and generous portions, making it another excellent breakfast choice. To top it all off, they were kind enough to let me try a few of their donuts. They were very good. Fluffy, fresh, generously sized, and not overly sweet. They were exactly what you hope for when you grab a classic donut. Another thing worth mentioning is the value. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions you receive, which makes the experience even better. Overall, this was a really enjoyable breakfast. Good food, friendly service, fair prices, and a quick turnaround make this an easy place to recommend. Again, he replied rudely, despite my explanation and patience. He replied that he "wasn't going to kill" my kid. I was taken back! He said all this in front of my child. We both were stunned by his insensitivity and rudeness. Honestly, I wanted to simply leave and cry in my car, but I had to show face in front of my child. He's a retired, lifelong firefighter, and they created the most beautiful custom cake at such a reasonable price. We originally found the bakery because it was close to the party location in Oxford where his birthday celebration was being held. Fast forward to this year, when my husband and I wanted to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary by recreating our wedding cake: an Italian rainbow cookie in cake form. Believe it or not, not a single bakery near us would agree to make it, including a few that proudly call themselves the best Italian bakeries around. We had almost given up hope. Then my husband was helping his dad after surgery, and we remembered this bakery. Expecting another "no," he stopped in to ask anyway. Without hesitation, they said yes. Not only did they bring our vision to life perfectly, but the cake was absolutely stunning and somehow even more delicious than our original wedding cake. It was everything we hoped for and more. This bakery has earned customers for life. Their willingness to take on unique requests, their talent, and their reasonable prices are hard to find these days.
