this place is horrible. They my order every time it's dirty and they're out of everything always not to mention every time I order a sandwich they stack it up like they don't know how to on a bun and half the time if I order a bacon, egg and cheese, the bacon will be somewhere off on top of the sandwich. The arrive was great. The item I ordered wasn't available but one of the employees told me right away and I was able to change the order Without needing to wait. The employees, even the new one who was learning were pleasant and thorough. Mistakes can be fixed but good customer service is crucial for me and they were outstanding! read more

My wife and I go here almost every day (don't judge!). We each get a medium coffee. Either you like Dunkin or you don't. We obviously do. What makes this Dunkin stand out is: 1) It is a bake place - when I decided that the day cannot move on without a donut, the donut is always fresh. (I wish I could get one now!) 2) The people. The people working here quickly learned who we are and they have the coffee waiting when we come in. Even without this quick service, they are a great crew who work together and have become a bright point in my day. I have been a Dunkin fan for years and of all the ones I've been to in Massachusetts, Vermont, Indiana, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Aruba, New York, and anywhere else, this Dunkin has the best employees I have met! read more

I was ordering and the woman gave me an attitude, then got my order completely wrong. I then got back into line and she gave me the dirtiest glare when I spoke firmly ordering my missing items. It's not my fault you messed up my order and I had to get back into line. I didn't say anything about the mess up, but she knew based on her glare and voice. I would prefer more polite folks when I'm ordering especially if they mess up my order. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is extremely nice. There is free WiFi available. The staff in general is exceptional. The coffee here is just right. There is plenty of seating, tables and more comfortable chairs. There is a bathroom available. I would recommend this location if you're in this area. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts has pretty good service and even though it's usually busy with a line almost out the door in the morning, they haven't been out of donuts, etc. The downside is that this one does not have a Drive though, so that's a bummer. The other issue that hit me wrong was the way they wanted me to donate $1.00 to some cause and when I said no the woman acted offended and was very curt with me. Hey, Ms counter clerk. The guy who makes the food is incredibly slow And bad at his job, I waited for 30 minutes for two bagels and two doughnuts I ordered online. I order the two bagels with butter and when I finally got them they had no butter and they forgot the doughnuts. While I was there, there was also a guy waiting on his coffee for 20 minutes that he ordered in store, they need to get their stuff together and reevaluate the staff you hire. read more

What a joke. I am allergic to dairy and ordered a latte with oat milk and a sandwich with no cheese. Placed an online order 10 minutes before arriving. Stood there and waited for my order for an additional 15 minutes. Store was quiet and there were few online orders, but the employees were moving so slowly it was ridiculous. I got my order 25 minutes after placing it, and my latte was made with dairy and my sandwich had cheese on it. Listen, this place has employees who were friendly first and foremost. My issue is the attention to detail. My girlfriend (she's lactose intolerant) and I came in for some coffee recently. She specifically asked for her latte to be made with Oatmilk, and it was made with dairy. Her day was pretty much ruined after that. Ok, so if you enjoy your cup of sugar with a little bit of coffee then this is the place for you! However, I enjoy my sugar with a little bit less sugar and whole lot more coffee. I was so disgusted with my iced "coffee" (if you can call it that). I have had nothing but fine experiences with DD yet this one made me want to puke and then puke some more. Sucking sugar through a straw is not my cup of tea (no pun intended) but if you like it go ahead. Not that they can control it but I might add that the cliental in this particular Dunkin Donuts was not exactly enjoyable to look at for long periods of time. Service wasn't bad actually. read more
