Do yourself a favor, find another Dunkin!!!! I received the most awful customer service I have ever experienced. I normally just chalk it up to someone having a bad day but on this day I wasn't in the mood. The young lady working the drive-thru was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She even handed me my change with attitude. She caught me on the "wrong day" so I said something to her and she of course responded very nasty and rude, then slamed the drive-thru window on me and another person came out and handed me my order and acted as if nothing happened. I'm a customer, I don't think they take into consideration one minute that without "us" they would not have a job or Dunkin be in business. Stopped thru here to get something sweet - we're from out of town mind you. When we opened our box of donuts and bit into them, they were cold and hard as rocks. We made a u-turn to exchange them for fresh ones. To our dismay, the girl taking orders said, "Um we don't currently do fresh donuts." #confused. Soo we asked for a refund and she said she can't really give a refund because her manager won't be in until the following morning. Went into this establishment for the first and LAST time!!! Came inside and the STAFF was behind the counter talking LOUDLY about customers who had just left. They were CURSING loudly as if myself and the other customers weren't standing there. They were dressed in regular, not-completely-clean street clothes (including zipped up hoodies) instead of anything that resembled a uniform. The available donuts were VERY slim and didn't look fresh at all. I was unable to order using the touchscreen tablet thing. Two staff members (including the manager) tried to help but they couldn't get it to work. One young lady yelled "It's been doing that!! I'ont know WHATS wrong wit it!!" from the back. I told the manager that I wanted food but I'd just take a sweet tea so I could get outta there. She tried to take my complete order but I declined again. We road from DC to get Munckins and Glazed Donuts only to find out that they were out. There was only one munckin choice and it was powder. The drive thru attendant was rude and had no type of professionalism. There wasn't even a hello may I help. He answered with "What's up" . This is not the type of service we should expect from this area. Sad to say that this wasn't the first time of them being out of items. I have been there first thing in the morning as well as in the middle of the day with no success. There really needs to be some staffing change. This was a waste of time and gas read more

This would have been an average review with three stars but the condition of the restroom knocked it down to two. I ran in for a coffee and needed to use the restroom. The restroom was a sight to see and it smelled awful. The toilet paper dispenser was ripped off the wall with the cover lying there and the big roll of toilet paper on the other side of the room. There was no soap in the dispenser and upon closer inspection, it appeared that there was what appeared to be dried feces on the soap dispenser handle THAT I JUST TOUCHED. I went out to the employee and told him that there was no soap in the bathroom and asked if he had some. Language barrier. I asked for soap or hand sanitizer so I could wash my hands now but he didn't understand me. Luckily I had hand sanitizer wipes in the car. So I've visited this Dunkin Donuts after I wrote this review and was happy to see an Improvement with the freshness of their croissants but my happiness was short lived because I was soon let down again with very old croissants that they have sitting in a plastic bin. Not sure how long they had been sitting there but I don't think that's a practice at every Dunkin' Donuts. Please stop giving customers stale croissants. Even when they run it through the toaster oven it's still doesn't have a Fresh taste. Go visit the Potomac yards Dunkin' Donuts in VA or the Springfield mall Dunkin' Donuts and you will see the difference. This is unacceptable. This Dunkin Donuts was okay...quick service and awesome donuts and iced coffee. However, my boyfriend and I could not understand a word any of the staff were saying. He literally had to ask the lady three times to repeat herself. That's kind of aggravating. In addition, when my boyfriend tried to call the place a little later (because there was a sign on the door that said they were hiring) he said the lady he spoke to was rude. She was interrupting him and said they weren't hiring or something...when there is a sign still on the door huh? Overall, the food is good. But the staff just need to watch themselves. read more

if i could give zero stars I most definitely would. the tall African american guy was super rude. i order Turkey products and received pork. ordered oat milk and received Whole TWICE. sent my order back and he had an attitude. the supervisor (female middle age) was super sweet. her shift lead was rude and thought her title superseded the actual manager. So, i got a large iced coffe and requested a small glass of tap water which most businesses give in a plastic cup for free but this lady was adamant on charging me for the water cup too. This is the first time am seeing a store charge me for a cup of tap water and I don't think I will be coming back to this store for that. I can understand if it was regular water in a regular cup being charged but small plastic cup tap water is being charged for over a dollar is a joke. read more

Came to this place to get a cup of coffee and bagel. I also had my laptop so I decided to sit down and do some work only to find out that all the electrical outlets near the seated area don't work. So I found the manager and informed her about this. Her response was: We know, it's been like that for some time now and that they don't want (those young boys) coming in to charge their phones. I was appalled at this response, so because of a group of (young boys) by young boys she means African American males that live in the area everyone has to suffer. I went into this store, and the woman behind the counter wouldn't let me use the restroom. I couldn't hold it, so I pissed behind the store (you know how we do). Then out comes this man who was preparing the donuts. He had brownish-yellow stained teeth, spitting about 5 feet of tobacco juice, and literally cussing me for my actions. All the while I'm wondering, "where is he spitting while he's making the donuts"! It's long been known that African Americans living in poor neighborhoods are viewed as less-than human by foreign merchants. They thrive off of our ignorant spending habits, all the while treating us like animals (even those of us who wear our pants up), and staring at us through bulletproof​ cages. Many of them won't allow us to wash our hands or use the toilet. When will we wake up and stop spending our money with people who don't respect us? Ask yourself, "would they support your business?" or, try asking them for a small cup of water to take your heart medication and see what they say. My guess it's "pay or die!" WOW!
