If I could give no stars I would!!! Every time I come to this location I am never able to actually drink my coffee!!! It always tastes burnt and no matter what I do to it it never gets any better!! Its seriously not that hard to make a cold brew with cream and Splenda!!! I've even went in to make this fix it and it still tastes like I am drinking acid!!! Also it's like the people that work the drive through can't be bothered to listen to a word you daily because they NEVER get anything right!!!! It's not even close!!! I think this establishment is pretty great, despite the bad reviews it's had. They are super busy and are currently trying to train their staff while also making orders. Horrible service! I love Dunkin' Donuts and at first I thought they were closed when I went through the drive thru. No one answered the drive thru, so I drove around to the window. No one was seen, but I noticed the store hours and they were open at 6:00. I drove around and the whole crew was sitting on the outside patio. They just stared at me! The second time I went around the girl opened the window and had an attitude with me when I asked why they didn't serve me. It was an honest question and she had no answer. The store was a mess and the crew was pitiful with one girl sitting on a guys lap outside, with her head set on her head. I hope someone can fix this problem, because I'd hate to find another coffee place. read more

I was excited to see this place since I'm from the Chicago area and love DD coffee. They did not honor the same sales that many of the dunkin donuts places from Florida to Chicago have. I also asked the cashier to not stir my coffee because I have food allergies and did not want to risk cross contamination. I requested no stirring three times only to have the batista stir it anyway and roll her eyes when I told her she had to remake it because I did not want the metal spoon in my drink (especially after watching her stir several drinks back to back with the spoon).. not only is the attitude completely unprofessional but for someone that has food allergies to hazelnut and coconut it is extremely dangerous that they dint pay attention to your request which was very simple.. decided to try it again incase it was and off day and still had very unprofessional service with attitude.. your better off grabbing a frappachino from the gas station read more

I won't be back to this location. Two weeks in a row they've messed up a simple order. Today, they got my coffee and bagel wrong. Looks like 3 teens working and only 2 are trained. I come here often-3-4 days a week. The staff is super friendly. Especially autumn in the drive thru window. My order is simple. But there seems to be no communication between the cashier, and the rest of the employees, or anyone helping her. Maybe asking names for each order or having a description of the vehicle would help her out so that She's not having to ask each car what they had. I know she has help in preparing each order, but continued help would make things smoother. read more

Horrible, horrible service. When I asked for the manager or owners name and telephone, they refused. When I asked again on video the employ Heidi went ballistic and said she was going to video me and put all over Facebook, and call the cops. I asked why she was calling the cops, since all I was asking her for was a contact number for someone in charge. She did then call the cops, who came out, helped me get information to call back on Monday. I called back with the name on Monday and the name I was given was the store owner, whom I was informed I could not talk to or email. I waited for 10 minutes for the manager, and finally hung up. Been a huge fan of DD for years, have a 30oz Ozark Trail that I normally get refilled a few times a week. Every, and I mean every DD I have been to in GA gives you a refill at a discounted rate, but forget about it at this DD. Only one I have ever been to deny me a refill. It's a joke. If it's not a DD cup, then they will refuse to refill your mug. Coffee is the only real thing DD has anymore, Krispy Kreme donuts put DD to shame, but the coffee is normally on point. Take that away, and your company stinks. I will only be going back to get free coffee from my app. Forget ever spending another dollar at that DD. Management/ownership is a joke. Went through the drive thru today and ordered an ice coffee and while we were trying to place the order the guy kept interrupting. So I asked why he was speaking over us and he replied them at he could hear us. So I told him that if he would quit talking over us he would be able to hear the order. Then he started arguing that he was talking over us because he could not hear so I said then just say that. So anyway we placed the order loud and clear and pulled to the window in which the manager Ashley opened the window and proceeded to tell us "before you start yelling at my people" in which I told he he needed to quit interrupting the order. Then the kid on the mic came to the window and started arguing again and things went from bad to worse. This manager didn't handle the situation as a professional and this kid on the mic was very unprofessional. Ashley then asked if we were going to pay for the order or keep arguing. First I had the phone payment in my hand hanging out the window the whole time. Second if she had just taken the payment instead of trying to show her rear end it would have been over. Third if after we had order the kid on the mic had just stated then then he was having a hard time hearing us could we please speak up the situation would have never happened. Just left this dunkin donuts in Cartersville, GA and the service was horrible. First of all it has just started snowing really hard and they locked their doors but the drive through is still open. I asked for 4 strawberry frosted donuts. I get to the window and the girl takes my card without a greeting and gives me 4 chocolate donuts. I reiterated that I asked for strawberry... The girl goes off, "No you didn't you asked for Chocolate!!!" I haven't given her a reason to be upset, I am guessing its because it is snowing and they still have to be open. The girl reswipes my card and gives it to me and walks off talking about how I didn't ask for strawberry. So I sit patiently with my door open and snow in my face. After about 3 minutes, she send another girl to ask me what I need, I tell her that I was given chocolate and I was waiting for strawberry with no attitude and with respect. The 2nd girl tells me she said we don't have any, I said I'm sorry I didn't hear her. Why, cause all I heard was her attitude. The first girl walks back up mouthing once again about how I didn't ask for strawberry. Am I just imagining this???, no, I tell her Ill need to speak to the manager as she prepares her next order, she ignores me. The young lady wore glasses, was short and stout, Caucasian, and works there most week evenings. Not once was I apologized to, I was only accused of being wrong. True customer service apologizes for the misunderstanding and says I am refunding your charge, once again we do apologize. I only got accusations, like I was on trial or something.
