Such a great experience at this Dunkin' today! I haven't come often and needed some help with the app when I came in to place my order. The employee was so patient and kind with helping me pick what I'd like and incorporate the app into the experience. It's also super open and welcoming inside! We ordered two drinks, they forgot cold foam, and added way too much sugar. The service was bad as well, very slow.

Stopped into this Dunkin' Donuts to grab a quick coffee and ended up getting coffee and some wake up wraps! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff at this location were absolutely fantastic and friendly. Definitely will be coming back soon! read more

We visited this location on National Donut Day. We actually ordered ahead on the app and went inside to pick it up. Since it was NDD, we were supposed to receive a free donut with each drink order. Ours were not waiting with our order so we asked one of the employees. She allowed us to pick the 3 donuts we wanted, which was so nice. I thought we would all have to get a plain glazed. My girls both ordered the chocolate donut with sprinkles and inhaled them. I ordered a double chocolate donut and it was great as well. For our drink orders, I usually get a large iced coffee with vanilla. I wish they had sugar-free caramel because I end up adding my own. One of my girls ordered the iced Charli drink and my other ordered a frozen chocolate drink with hazelnut-she says it tastes like Nutella. Overall, we were pleased with service, the cleanliness of the restaurant and bathroom, and ease of ordering on the app. We'll be back! read more

I didn't need a donut store so close to my home but usually I can just say no. The first time I went was for a Boston Creme and it was good. But no cravings to repeat the experience. The second time we were heading out of town and I got a Lemon Filled that got powered sugar all over myself and my car. So bad we returned home to change clothes and clean the car. Won't repeat that. "I got this under control" I think to myself. And yesterday the 7 year old got dressed and announced I had promised her donuts this morning, so "lets go". Well...All righty then. Picked her chocolate with sprinkles and selected several for Bob. Then I see Lemon Croissant. Sounds pretty good. When I bit into it, the clouds parted and there was music! OMG....lemon filled. This is truly one of the best things I ever put in my mouth. I couldn't sleep last night thinking about it. It's taking everything in my power to not jump in the car and go get another. And I'm not even a donut lover. Just go get one now and you''ll know what I'm talking about. But skip the ones with powdered sugar. You'll be glad you did. read more

These guys are pretty cool! We stopped by here over the weekend for some ice coffee. Well, we ordered one iced pumpkin latte and one regular hot coffee. They accidentally gave us two iced coffees instead of one hot one. No problem! It was a hot day anyway. LOL Also there's was some kind of special going on where the medium iced coffees were $1.99 from a certain time period. We were a little early but they still gave it to us anyway. That was super nice of them! I wouldn't mind coming back! The store is super clean and the restrooms were clean too. read more

I've been here a few times with different results. The hot food I have order is good. Two and three drinks I've had are good. The one that was unsatisfactory had a hair or fuzzy stuck to the lid where you put your mouth to drink. The donuts I have had have been stale. read more

Absolutely horrible. I did a mobile order and my coffee was made completely wrong I ordered a cold brew with cream, toasted almond syrup and vanilla syrup did I get that? Nope. Just a regular coffee with cream and sugar. The label on it even says what I ordered with my name. When I tried to say something ALL the workers just ignored me and I locked eyes with almost of them. This dunkin is by far the best in town. I run through the drive thru every morning to get my delicious iced vanilla latte. A medium is only 3 dollars, and is the same size as a Starbucks Large (which is over 5 dollars at Starbucks). They are always extremely friendly and have my drink ready in seconds! I recently had a terrible experience at the Starbucks nearby, and am switching to dunkin for sure. Keep up the good work guys, you always make my day brighter! read more

I visit this location fairly often (once a weekish) and am always pleased with my experience. The staff is seriously awesome. They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Dunkin' has surprisingly good breakfast. And no, I'm not talking about donuts (let's be honest - the donuts aren't good at any location). The maple sugar bacon breakfast sandwich is delicious and I recommend it to basically everyone. I think it might be seasonal though, which is unfortunate. Also, their tater tots are seasoned and better than most other fast food restaurants. read more

I've gone to this location previously, but will no longer be going here. I liked the order ahead, but my husband had placed an order for pick up and it wasn't successful. The app said no brown sugar oat latte. This was featured when he walked into the location as an available drink. He then waited 20 minutes inside of the location for them to finally tell him they were sold out of the item he ordered, an apple fritter. They asked if he wanted a refund or a different item. During this moment, another employee reports they found an apple fritter. He gets home and the "assorted" donuts I ordered were all blueberry flavor. He reported there were multiple employees working. It was simple errors that could've been alleviated. I don't want a compensation, just better communication. Starbucks is unfortunately more superior when it comes to every aspect; efficiency, quality, communication, and prompt service. read more

It's been at least 8 years since I have been to a DD and I pleased with this visit. Went thru drive thru and moved quickly even with a couple of cars ahead of me. The employees were friendly and helpful as I was trying to figure out what I wanted. I tried the lemon croissant donut that Libby V talked about and it was tasty, and other donuts were fresh. The lemon croissant does come in a box all by itself, like it is the holy grail of donuts. read more

These are just starting to populate the Midwest; but the question is, why? Honestly they have the worst coffee, and who ever heard of glazing only the top of a glazed doughnut?! I don't eat doughnuts frequently, but when I decide to indulge, I expect an emporium that attempts to suggest that doughnuts is its business through its name could get the simplest of the product correct.
