The donuts are sub-par. Yes, this is a small business, but it is no Bill's or Jim's. They're better than Dunkin' and Kroger. You walk in, theres not really anybody in there and it's typically closed by 10:30-11a. You'd think the owner would add early afternoon hours and serve an item or two of brunch. Stopped in on a weekend morning while traveling through Dayton and was greeted by a warm and friendly worker. She was very kind to my 3 year old son who was in tow helping with the donut selection. We got an apple fritter (my favorite), a Boston Cream (my wife's favorite), a blueberry cake donut, a chocolate sprinkle donut and a glazed vanilla donut. Discovered this little hidden gem today for the first time based on comments on a FB page. I was their first customer and was greeted warmly by the counter person. They even had some of my wife's favorite donut--a yeast one with powdered sugar. And mine--the caramel peanut ones that were huge--about 50% bigger than everywhere else. Great spot, happy a young entrepreneur is taking the dive into business, hope everything goes well! Swung through here on Sunday morning while in town. Was greeted by a handful of friendly staff and a full array of misc donuts. We grabbed a dozen of various different donuts as well as a couple coffees. The donuts were fresh, had great flavor and enjoyed by the families and kids alike! Coffee hit the spot and they had plenty of different roasts and options. Doughnuts are great, but you can get good Doughnuts anywhere. I was charged $7 more for a dozen Doughnuts than my husband was 2 weeks ago. The employee snatched a tray of 4 glazed out of the display as I was telling her I wanted them. She said,"those are not available!" She was not welcoming or happy that I came in at all, it was as if I had inconvenienced her when I walked through the door. I want to support small business in my neighborhood and that is the only reason I purchased. It is just too bad that this employee has given such a bad impression. read more

This is an excellent donut shop. Fairly new but the staff are super friendly and the service is top notch. Even though, it's sometimes frustrating that they run out of my favorite donuts, they're always others to choose from. If you don't like long waits(like Bill's), be sure to visit. Only open 1/2 a day but worth it. read more
