We got some of the doughnuts and bagels. The doughnuts were good, but nothing special. Same with the bagels, they were good but nothing crazy. I didn't like how they don't have the prices listed, so you don't know how much each item is. Their speciality seems to be other forms of pastries, and pretzel sandwiches? Walked in tonight just as they were closing and cleaning up, but the staff happily waited on us, and provided excellent customer service. Very few hometown bakeries are left, it's a smell you just can't replicate in a chain grocery store. We bought the wonderful pretzel sticks, very fresh, despite it being closing time. The White Oak Shopping Center is a little tired and run down, and can use updating. Hard to find parking, and had to walk through smokers outside at the neighboring bar. German chocolate wedges, Napleon, key lime slice, nougat buttercream, chocolate dome sensation: with each as delectable as the other. For those craving chocolate mousse, the chocolate dome sensation is not to be missed! Next are the decorated cookies. Cookies decorated to look like Bengal tiger heads, dogs, seasonal themed cookies, pound cookies and butter cookies. Each with enough sugar to put you into a diabetic coma! I called this location last week to verify order times, etc. I stopped today to order continental breakfast for 10 people for an event that I've been planning for weeks. The event is for expressing my gratitude to the case managers and therapists whom I supervise at a youth behavioral health agency. I was informed by the (not so pleasant) asst. manager that minimum amount of people I could order for was 20. Nowhere on the website or their brochure mentions a minimum. It only states the price per person. So, now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to pull together a brick that's less than 48 hours away. read more

We were headed in to Cincinnati on business and let the GPS direct us to the closest Servatii's. This is a smaller cafe, but they had a few small tables. The ladies here were super nice and helpful. I had my old favorite, German Chocolate danish, and it was as wonderful as I've had at other Servatii's. DH had the Apricot danish and it was delicious. We both had coffee. We love Servatii's and were happy to find this one which was not too far out of the way for our destination. read more

I visited for the first time and was disappointed. We ordered many different things to try (almost $50) and every type of cookie was VERY hard. We got 3-4 different kinds. Cake donuts were also very hard. We threw most of them away. It all seemed like it had been there much longer than it should have been. We got a small cake as well. I almost feel like this is such a Cincy staple reviewing it is pointless. I took my son in this morning to get pastries since we were running late for daycare. I've been here a few time but I had never seen hot cross buns. I just thought this was a children's song but to my surprise it was a real thing and naturally I had to partake. I let my son walk to the case and pick whatever he wanted and he got a cheese Danish. The staff were so friendly and there was virtually no wait. They even seemed overstaffed. I had found this Servatiis on Google Maps and decided to take a trip out there to see what the rave reviews were all about. They were right. I got a cup of their delicious "Brain Brew" coffee, I already felt smarter after drinking it!! haha It was then I decided to get a palm leaf, it was a glazed puff pastry of sorts.
