If you can't find enough competent employees who know how to do their job maybe you should close it down. Waited for ~9 minutes before someone came to the counter and when someone did she didn't ask what i wanted she just stood there looking at me. It was a mess on the inside with dirty carpet and cups everywhere filled with half finished drinks that no one was moving to finish. Staff didn't acknowledge to go orders so there was a lot of people waiting for just coffee, their bakery items were done but no coffee orders had been done. The poor service continues, this is the bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin that I ordered. The problem is they forgot the cheese, one of the key components in that sandwich. I'm not surprised this store is rated 1 star. I'm like the dog who doesn't learn that each time you go to this store, inside, your wait time is always 7 minutes or more. Your constantly reminded how drive thru is more important as the lobby stacks up and the 9 people working can only spare one person on the register, who always seems to be the new employee. I'm done with this store. I'll travel 7 more miles to collect my over priced donuts that my family loves so much. Don't get me started on how a dozen donuts is sooooo not worth $10. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I used to love stopping at this location every morning. The people were friendly, and knew what they were doing. Now? Mediocre coffee and terrible service. The new team of teenage girls they got in are a compete joke. I had my last straw when I pulled up to the drive thru, waited, then was greeted by a cackling laugh over the intercom, obviously her goofing off with her friends or something. I placed my coffee order, then tried to order a wrap, when I ordered, some feedback came over the intercom, and she said "just the coffee?" So I said for a second time "no can I also have a chicken salad wrap?" She asked me to pull up, and before I could even get my window up, I heard her and the other girls the proceed to MOCK me and laugh at me while the microphone was still on. Seriously? I pulled up, did not say anything because I honestly just needed to get to work. She took my credit card, without saying anything. She gave me my coffee then said it would be a minute for the wrap, which was fine. While I waited, three girls stood by the window and proceeded to scream, laugh, and attack each other with sharpie markers. Very mature. Needless to say this location has recently taken a very bad turn. They have lost my business, and I made sure to fill out the survey online pertaining to that specific encounter as well. I go to this Dunkin Donuts all the time... Which is weird considering I'm giving it a 1 star. However, I give this place a 1 for several reason... 1) whenever I go there, they either are all out of what I want or they don't know what drink I'm talking about. It seems to be happening more and more often with them. I went in there asking for a plain donut and they said they didn't have it, no biggie. I then asked for a Boston Cream... Nope, try again. I asked what they did have and they named one thing... You could have saved me some time and told me that to begin with, seriously? 2) New people every time I go there. Whenever I stop in, I see a new face. That means they need to be trained and that concludes that I won't get my order correct which brings me to the next point. 3) Recently, I don't think I've had a single song correct from this place!! I don't know how they could mess up an order so bad!! I asked for a Small Hazelnut Iced Coffee Regular and it was a different flavor with skim milk and sweetener. Okay... Odd. There are other examples of this type of event happening but I change my order so often I can't remember what they did wrong. However, I went in to pick up coffee for my boss and had to go back 3 times until my boss decided to go in on her own to get her order corrected... It was the most simple thing, small iced coffee no sugar on the darker side (a small amount of milk) first they gave me black, then they have me a lot of milk then I got the same thing. Good times.... 4) The last thing I have to complain about is the fact that they charge customers 22 cents for a hot cup if you have an iced coffee. I understand that companies not wanting to give out their stuff but.... It's just a hot cup... Dumb. So previously stated, I come here really often, despite the fact that they aren't that great, however my dog finds this place to be amazing with their plain munchkins and I end up getting an iced coffee whenever I'm walking her. So for now I'll continue to go but if Starbucks is closer, I'd choose that. read more

Absolutely worst Dunkins. I've given them so many opportunities to change, and they always suck. The coffee tastes awful, they always mess up the orders and recently haven even overcharged me. So I just stopped for a coffee, there was a wait okay, was fine waiting. Next thing you know the worker is making my coffee wiping her eyes and nose with her hands as she cries! I just drove off! Worst one I have ever been too. I order and the register rings up the wrong price. I tell the clerk, forget it, cancel the order. A worker was obviously sick as he threw up on a customer. He was told by his manager in order to leave he had to find a replacement otherwise he had to stay and work. I find this to be not only unsanitary but also very disrespectful to the other workers and to the customers. This Dunkin donuts is no longer going to receive our business and we will travel out of our way to avoid it. The kid that was working was very apologetic to the woman that was on the receiving end of the vomit. She was understanding. This manager should definitely not be in the position she is in if she has no compassion for someone who is sick. And to think of the germs that were being spread around sends shivers down my spine. You could pay me to do business there again. I believe that the managers name was Jess and a good course in compassion, food safety and consideration for mankind might do her some good. Went into dunkins tonight to get a coffee to find one worker on. He is a great worker he was tryi.ng his best believe his name was ruben.They were real busy I asked him if he was by himself he said no josh was in the bathroom so I got my coffee sat there and drank it 20 min later josh came out of the mens room. Then about 15 min after that his girlfriend kim came out of the mens room. I guess this is what dunkin donuts approves of while you work you can take your girlfriend to the bathroom for a half hour while you leave your coworker alone.This dunkins needs to clean house and get people who want to work and be a team player. This Dunkin' Donuts is awful. They are way to slow and I understand that they are super busy but this one is slower than others I have been to. Every time I go there and get food, majority of time I have to pull up and wait. It's ridiculous and you could be waiting in line for a good few minutes before ordering than more waiting. Update : went once again to this Dunkin' Donuts and we were ordering and the guy did not ask us to wait so we continued telling him our order than he says could you repeat it because I was finishing putting in all the equal and said it in a rude manner. read more

I'm laughing to myself as I read these reviews because they are what I experience here on a daily basis. (Guess it's my own fault for always going back) 1st of all, they're always out of something... whether it's flavor shots,cream, munchkins, coffee.... seriously, you're out of coffee? They're not horrible, in comparison to maybe a coffee shop in a third world country, but there is room for improvement. The manager always seemed stressed & yells at her staff quite often (I think she's trying her absolute best) but when there's a new person at the counter every other day it must be hard to keep up. Last, The guy at the drive through who makes your coffees hands are so effing filthy. I don't want to know whats under his finger nails.... I also keep going back because it's a convenient location for me and mostly get irritated. They are ALWAYS out if something..cream/flavors/Splenda...even coffee once! They get my coffee right maybe 1 out of 5 times...Never friendly. Just do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to Boscawen and save yourself the aggravation. read more
