This was my first time at Dunkin' and I was excited to try it. First, every item I ordered at the speaker I had to repeat 3 times. Second, the staff were extremely rude, I didn't hear a single "please," or "thank you." There was no greeting at the window, and no "have a nice day." I felt like a problem just trying to get my food. One drink had a straw lid, they didn't give us a straw, and when I asked for one the employee literally rolled her eyes. I'm all for saving the turtles, but you don't need to be rude about it. Another employee kept running to the window asking what food we ordered, and she asked twice. It was 1 donut and 2 wraps. Additionally, I asked for a chipotle wrap sub bacon for sausage. They gave me bacon AND sausage on it. Just an overall weird experience, and weird vibe from the employees. Unfortunately the service has gone downhill. I've given them several chances thinking it was just staffing shortages/changes. This morning 11/15/25 the drive through staff was rude and inefficient. While ordering, one staff member took over from another- she interrupted and told me rudely, "Hold on. I'm going to need you to repeat that whole order because I don't know what you said." However, my order was reflected accurately on the screen. Once I pulled up to the window she told me,"I need you to pull up. Just honk at the car in front of you - I TOLD them to park!" I did NOT honk. Luckily, the car in front of me got their single drink and was able to leave. I pulled up as asked. I was then very quickly honked at by the car behind me... The drive through subsequently asked for 7 cars to park to wait for their orders. It took 15 minutes to get our order. Things came out at different times. Once we got our last items she said,"Make sure you have everything I've been yelling at everyone." We received all of our food and drinks however it was a very unpleasant experience. The parking lot is small and narrow with little parking. Telling customers to honk at one another and to find a parking spot (that isn't available) is not appropriate or effective. Smaller than most but they do have friendly service and generally have a very good selection of Donuts and as usual, great Coffee. Took my car in for tires across the street and it took a bit longer than I expected so I walked across the street to the Dunkin Donuts. I would guess this one has been here a little under 2 years but time does fly. Walked in and as I indicated, it's a bit smaller than a typical Dunkin Donuts but they make up for it in service. Donuts were good and I got a dozen to take home which made my wife made because she is on a diet. I guess I'll have to eat them all. (in the end, she made me take them to work) Coffee was nice and fresh and hot and very good and to tell the truth, I would go to Dunkin Donuts just for the Coffee. What can I say? This is a reliable place to get coffee and donuts. This location in particular is usually pretty busy on the weekdays, but it has a drive through to make things easier! I'm a fan of their donut selection- I have often stopped by to pick up a box or two for the office. Despite stopping by early in the morning, the staff is always friendly and nice! read more

I usually don't make reviews bc I'm not like that but this is the 3rd time they messed up my order and it's so simple really. I wouldn't have even made a review but the fact that the girl making the drink was laughing at the fact that I said less ice. Half the time they do that and your drink is watered down. I tell them and they put double the ice in there and it's not like it doesn't say it on my cup but this is the first time they actually put it on the order so I thought it would be fine but they still didn't and on top of that it says add cold foam and there's nothing on top. Since that time somebody at this place proceeded to charge my debit card "Card Info Stored by Merchant" on 6 different occasions until I finally caught on and contacted my bank. I doubt I am the only one this is happening too!!! I called and asked to speak with a Manager or owner on 2 occasions only to be told they are never there and the women I spoke with would not provide the name of the staff that was there on the day of the last time they charged my card as I sat at work 30 miles away. DD automatically gets a 3 from me because I'm just personally not a fan of their coffee. Most coffee from chain shops tastes a little burnt but DD really over does it in my opinion. For a coffee chain, I would say this Dunkin is doing just fine. My coffee order was filled accurately and efficiently, albeit at 6:30 PM. I was greeted upon entrance, the location was clean, and I had no issues utilizing my rewards program. I wish Dunkin in general was better coffee, but for what it is, I can't complain. Positive notes, they had a great donut selection, even later in the day. I was impressed by that, because donuts are usually slim pickings late in the day. They also had the caloric info listed, which I liked. For the Baskin Robbins component, I love that they post the calories right under the flavor, too. Fast, clean, and yummy! This is the place we go to every Friday and get donuts. They decorate the place and the donuts whatever the holiday is. I love how there are double D handles. I personally find the bad reviews hilarious. If you're going to Dunkin donuts for "fresh" donuts or magnificent macchiato, that's your first mistake. They're a chain! Have you tried local? Huntersville Bakery has homemade donuts and more. The Bagel Bin makes fresh bagels daily. I'm not into coffee so I can't help with that. You get what you come for at a CHAIN restaurant people!!
