I took my daughter to Dunkin' Donuts for an early treat to celebrate her doing well in school on 09/09 2025. We began in the drive-thru line but, after five minutes with no movement, parked and went inside. Inside, there were at least four to five employees present, yet none greeted us or even acknowledged our presence. We stood for another five minutes without service, and when I asked another customer how long she had been waiting, she confirmed it had been at least five minutes without so much as a "hello." By then, a line had formed behind us, and the team members continued working on drive-thru orders without addressing anyone inside. I twice called out for assistance before a staff member finally responded, "Someone will be with you shortly," but no one apologized or showed any sense of urgency. Even when a young man eventually came to take orders after approximately 12 minutes there was still no greeting, smile, or apology. The overall atmosphere felt dismissive and indifferent, as if in-store customers were an inconvenience. This lack of basic hospitality no eye contact, no friendly acknowledgment, and no apology made for an unpleasant experience and caused my daughter and me to run late for school. It's disappointing to feel disregarded as a customer, especially when making the effort to come inside rather than use the drive-thru. I will not be returning to this location and will instead visit other Dunkin' stores or competitors. Gross! Went through the drive through to get a breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns, & a coffee and was served a clearly burnt breakfast sandwich, exactly 5 tiny hashbrowns, and a watered down coffee. I went right back into the store where 1 person was sweeping the lobby while everyone else stood around. The kitchen area was dirty and unclean from what I saw. I showed the manager my sandwich and requested one that was more edible. They made me a new one, but still an inconvenience and expensive for nasty food. I like this Dunkin'! I've been to this location several times since it's the second closest Dunkin to my house, and it's very close to my son's gym. I usually stop by during my son's practice. I rarely go inside, even before Covid, but the handful of times I have in the past year have all been pleasant experiences. The space is clean with social distancing markers. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they all wear masks and gloves. I can't speak for the early morning drive-thru lines since I never go early. However, in my experience, the lines move fairly quickly. I've never had to wait long. My order is always correct, usually just an iced almond milk latte and the occasional maple donut! read more

Wow! If bad service was an Olympic event this location would get a gold medal. Service been on and off between Ok and not good, so I don't expect much from this location, but tonight - wow! We come in and are ignored, no greeting or even acknowledgment of our presence, but drive through is getting service. So we asked if we have to go through drive through and the girl behind the counter says "No" and doesn't stop to take our order. Finally someone stops and with great apparent sacrifice takes the order and prepares not a decaf latte, but pours from the decaf pot. When the error was pointed out and our dissatisfaction was stated, they laughed. LAUGHED. As a customer to be treated with such disrespect, no thank you. The best thing I can say is the dog got a ride in the car. And to the owners of this location, shameful, just shameful. read more

Located on Canton Hwy just before you get to the Kelly Mill Rd intersection, this new Dunkin' Donuts coffee shop is definitely one of a kind! The exterior of the building has a whole new look compared to every other Dunkin location in this area. There is now a drive thru line AS WELL AS a mobile order drive thru line for those that placed an order through the app and just need to pick up and go! You no longer have to wait in the long drive thru line if you've already placed your order ahead of time. What really sets this location apart from every other Dunkin location in this area, however, is that it has nitro brewed coffee on tap which you can see from the moment you walk in! To be honest, the parking lot is a bit cramped, but it's not a deal breaker at all. The flow of traffic is counter clockwise even if you are not going through the drive thru. This is to keep traffic running smoothly around the shop. I am excited to have this new location in our city, especially where it is located! read more

I am a fan of Dunkin! I am in their rewards program and have really enjoyed stopping at Dunkin on my way to work occasionally. I was excited to see a new location in Cumming! Nice modern store, good vibe ! Heres the problem - no quality control! I only use drive thru at this location. I have visited this location 3-4 times and continue to have problems with my orders. Previous problem - when ordering a toasted bagel with cream cheese, they barely put any cream cheese on the bagel. Like its hard to find!! The second time i ordered it, i mentioned to the staffer about my previous problem. She said no problem - so when i looked at that bagel this time, there was a little bit more cream cheese - but nothing like i receive at other Dunkin locations. Very stingy on the cream cheese here! Today was again bad. I thought - lets try something different. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. As you can see by the picture i attached - arrived completely burned!!! I opened my bag after leaving drive thru and went right back through to inform them of this unacceptable burned sandwich. I asked - how did this sandwich make it through quality check? The manager (??) apologized, i mentioned that i have had had several problems at this location. He said he would work on it. Stopped here about a week ago- the line was long and I really really wanted one of their flavored lattes. After a long line and a customer in front of me changing her mind about four times and lots of "ummmmm" and "hmmmmmm" I got to the front of the line and unfortunately, they were out of the flavor I wanted and offered me a flavor iced coffee instead. I love Dunkin' Donuts coffee I typically go out of my way when I feel like a cup of coffee or an iced coffee and visit a Dunkin. I normally receive good service at all the locations that I visit but this particular location continues to disappoint. Fast and efficient through the drive-through but don't dare walk inside. There's never a greeting Eye contact or anything that would acknowledge a customer is standing in front of the register waiting to give them money for a cup of coffee. Unfortunately my wife and I had a bad experience just now that prompts this review. We ordered a medium and large latte from the drive through. They were both only 3/4 filled and extremely bitter. My recommendation is to pass on this location and grab some gas station coffee (seriously). Fortunately, we live close to this location so we just tossed the lattes and tapped our Nespresso for some decent espresso. It's a shame that this location does not know how to make a passable latte. read more

My very most favorite donut is Dunkin's French Cruller. Thursday I picked up a half dozen from the Dunkin' on canton Hwy in Cumming. They were awful. The dough was heavy with a totally different texture and flavor. Then, the roof of my mouth felt like it was coated with crisco. Yuck!! I recently moved here from IL and have come to this Dunkin location almost every day since the morning it opened. I generally use the drive through and was SO glad when I saw the sign go up because it was much more convenient for me. Keeping in mind this is a fast food establishment I try to always compare it to other fast food places and not restaurant service or food. Everyone I've dealt with is friendly with the exception of once in awhile a new employee; who is not rude but often trying to remember everything they should to get my order right. I occasionally get donuts, sausage egg & cheese wraps and other coffee's to go with my daily latte. I've always found their products to be fresh but I do visit most often before noon. Once in a great while there's an error but I find there is willingness of the staff & management to make it right. They also have done special orders for me which I appreciate for speed. And yes, I'm definitely a DD rewards customer. read more

I live right next to the Dunkin and sadly every time I go to the store One they never make sugared donuts, the only dunkin around here that doesn't. Not to mention their employees attitudes are crap. They just got pissed off because I knew more about their store and policy then they did then the didn't even give me the drink o paid for. The young girl was so pissed off because I told her that the owner usually take what kind of donuts they want to make she Walked away from the window and proceeded to talk crap about me to her other colleagues without even paying attention that the window is still open and I can hear her.
