I cannot remember a time we passed this spot and didn't see a line, but the staff consistently keeps the line moving and customers happy. Behind the counter you'll see the expected donuts and coffee offerings you'd find at any sister locations for the chain. Decided today to give this location 1 more try this morning. I figured it wouldn't take long to grab a bacon/egg/cheese wrap to go ‍ Wrong again!! After standing there for almost a half hour, I finally asked if they had a wrap back there and woman hollers back in a smart ass tone and cocky look on her face , " any wraps back there?" Nope!?! Being from NYC, i grew up on Dunkin and even worked at one while I was in college. This was hands down the worst experience I've had at a DD. There were no other customers in line but the red headed woman behind the counter acted like it was the biggest inconvenience of her life to take our order. Mind you, it was not a complicated order at all: 2 iced lattes and some munchkins. But sorry I made you work I guess? The lattes were weaker than I remember so there's that as well. I am a long-time customer and fan of Dunkin'. In fact, I have been coming to Dunkin' as far back as when they were called Dunkin' Donuts, lol. Regardless of what you want to call this iconic business, you really cannot go wrong. Dunkin' has grown considerably since Bill Rosenberg opened the first location in Quincy, Massachusetts back in 1950. The company has since expanded to somewhere around thirteen thousand locations in over forty countries. I would say that Dunkin' is best known for their donuts (though if you would like, you can spell it doughnuts) and coffee, though my go-to here is neither. My usual order at a Dunkin' is probably their bagels with cream cheese. While I would never say that Dunkin' has the best bagels with cream cheese (I grew up in New Jersey and I know great bagels), they are pretty good, especially when you consider that the bagels are coming from a global chain. I have often used Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) as a co-conspirator in bringing a culinary bribe of coffee and donuts to early morning meetings. There is nothing like some coffee and donuts to help inspire a bit more attention and maybe the wisp of a smile upon the tired faces of the various teams that I am meeting with. Whatever you choose to go with, you cannot go wrong with anything that you order at Dunkin'. Overall, I will give this location five stars and they definitely have my recommendation. read more

This location seems to be busy all the time, especially the drive thru. We have no complaints when it comes to the friendly staff at the window, and the 25 chocolate munchkins are quite hard to mess up. Got there and waiting to get attended too. There was a group in front but after they gotten taken care of, i was left unattended. I went up asked for help and no one tried. They ignored me. So i ordered at the kiosk got my order and the shake was bad! My friend got sick to the stomach and almost went to the hospital! There was only one girl basically working. The one who gave me my bacon. But im not sure if she also made my shake! We placed a mobile order at 10:20 and didn't receive our food until 11:32. Despite checking in multiple times, we were repeatedly told, "one second," with no real update on our order. I have been to this location several times both through the drive thru and inside the store. The staff is rude, they have the most miserable looks on their faces the entire time, and even when you are super polite and thankful to them they talk to you as if you are a nuisance and they are doing you a favor. The food is alright but they manage to overcook it sometimes and don't follow directions with coffee orders. Somehow, I made it from Los Angeles to Orlando without sleeping on the plane, got through the Orlando airport, picked up a rental car and got as far as Davenport before starting to realize that I was having trouble keeping my eyes open. Here's a billboard for Dunkin and so a mile later, I dodged the Highway 27 traffic coming north and got into the parking lot. This DD has a drive through but I did the walk inside thing. It makes it easier to choose donuts and to make sure that they put a couple of ice cubes in my hot coffee. The coffee was good, the chocolate donut was good, the turkey sausage breakfast sandwich was good. This DD is A-OK. Better perhaps if the traffic going north on Highway 27 isn't a concern. read more

Why oh why do I keep coming here? It disappoints me constantly. I love a Dunkin Donuts chai latte. A chai latte costs 40% less at Dunkin than Starbucks and then location is 1 minute from my job. That being said, this place is terrible. The donuts here are dry. If you want good donuts go to DK in Haines City. I never order donuts from here. Secondly, as much as I love the chai latte they are very inconsistent here. Today, their steamer was broken. It was broken about a month or two ago as well, so no hot drinks. On many occasions I've had to sent my chai back because the cup was literally half empty. It is a chai, not a coffee. You don't need to leave room for me to add milk or sugar. It already has both. Sometimes over half the cup is foam. Again, it is a chai latte, not a chai cappuccino. Latte means little foam. Cappuccino means lots of foam. Moral of the story, a chai latte should be full. In addition, I have had occasions where the chai was not hot. I've had occasion where it wasn't mixed and there were chunks of powder in the cup, and several times the cup was handed to me where the drink had spilled all over the cup. Finally, the customer service is lacking. An employee actually tried to tell me there are supposed to be chunks of powder in my chai. Really?! It is also really slow and inefficient. Every time my husband and I come here it's slow bad service and they never have anything in stock - managers get on it. I tried to get cinnamon munchkins - donut fries - or waffle chicken tenders. None they had - normally it's a hit n miss also w corn muffins here. Today the GM offered me fresh munchkins fresh - he said they do offer donut fries but they are not popular - maybe because you never have them no one can order these. How do I give out negative stars? Because this location deserves ten of them. Customer Service? horrible. Accuracy of order? Horrible. Attitude from the employees? Horrible. I can feel the hate for their jobs, fire them all and hire people who actually enjoy working with customers and know how to deliver great service. If someone places an order on the app, and let's you know at the intercom "pick up" - a quick look at that order will be helpful not only to you, but the person who just spent money if an item is not available. While still at the menu, this gives them access to easily see what we can swap the unavailable item with. Common sense. Also, if you know an item is unavailable, not sure if all locations have access to this, mark it as UNAVAILABLE ON THE APP!! Also, there is no need for back and forth arguments, if you do not know how to handle certain situations or easily become offended because we are asking questions such as "refunds/changing order" maybe the window is not the best for this employee, have them in the back making food. read more

Stopped for coffee this morning. This was the worst DD coffee we have ever had by far. Undrinkable.

This place is terrible. I understand that Dunkin has mediocre donuts at best, but their quality is even worse than that now. I don't know what they're doing, but their donuts are now horrible. I am working nearby, so I have tried them two weeks in a row. Both times I have had to throw the donuts away, they are so bad. Last time I ordered the glazed, which have changed completely. Stale and they don't even have holes in them any longer. This time, I sat in the line forever and then ordered Boston cream, only to get to the window and be told that they were out of them. The young lady at the window then had the nerve to ask me what my problem was! I reluctantly ordered chocolate glazed, thinking I was getting boat light frosted ones, only to be handed the heavy cake ones. They were dry and like eating a rock. What a waste of money.
