The staff here are incredibly rude to their customers and extremely obnoxious to the high school kids who stop by here after school. I witnessed staff verbally abusing high school kids and swearing about them in the back. This is not what the Dunkin brand is about and I think the corporate offices would be horrified at the way the staff here treat their customers. I'm pretty sure if the high school kids boycotted this store it wouldn't last too long. I was absolutely mortified at the staff's abysmal customer service. Disgraceful. read more

Decided to go inside the store because of the drive thru line was very long. So glad that I did! I was greeted by Kassie, and immediately noticed it was only her and another young lady working. I could tell they were overwhelmed and extremely short staffed. Despite that, they were clearly doing the best that they could! What goes on at this Dunkin at 5AM? This place is pretty depressing. Especially when you're running on 2 hours of sleep and need a quick pick me up. Hashbrown were COLD and staff couldn't seem to get my order right without giving attitude. The daytime staff at this establishment are terrific, but the nighttime staff is not so good. The manager was there just chitchatting with the staff while everyone was taking forever to get my order together. I love dunkin, but I will not be visiting this one at this hour, ever again. The woman taking my order said she couldn't understand me because I was too far away from the screen, but had attitude the entire two minutes I was trying to place my order. She said to pull up to the window, so I did. The man taking my order asked three times what kind of half dozen donuts I wanted, and brought the whiny donuts. I understand people make mistakes. No one is perfect. But there is no excuse for bad service. I ordered a large tea with extra milk and extra sugar with my sandwich. Sandwich came out first and now I am waiting on my tea. The lady finally comes over with a cup of hot water and tea bag, still in the wrapper on top. I say, "excuse me, this is suppose to have extra milk and extra sugar" and then show her my receipt, where is states my order. She walks away and comes back with a coffee cup of milk and then points and says "here is your milk, sugar is over there" and walks away... I always thought it was funny that they have a sign in their drive thru telling you to have your payment ready, as a way of saying "don't waste my time." But to get service (or lack of) like this?!?! What's next? Are they going to hand me a hot cup of water with a bag of beans and say "here, roast them yourself?!" Thanks, but I can do that at home for significantly cheaper. This is the kind of service that loses brand loyalty. This DD is walking distance from my house and I will now either go 10 miles down the road to the Wawa or go to Starbucks. I went here the other morning after getting some blood work and it was by far THE BEST COFFEE I've had made down here. I came here for some late breakfast this past weekend and I wish I had gone anywhere else. We walked in started looking at the menu and get informed that their oven was broken so no sandwiches or hot food could be ordered. Due to their ovens being out I asked if then we could add some chocolate frosting to a cruller we were told that they don't do that even though all other locations always have not issues. We got a few decent iced coffees and they were okay, but definitely not what I would expect from DD. The staff was a bit rude and they were not paying much attention to the customers choosing instead to play around with each other. Unfortunately this is the only DD on the way to Legoland for us. We love DD and make it a daily ritual which gets costly but if it makes you happy than it's worth it. So we have been to this location a hand full of times and sadly to say everything something goes wrong. I only chose to leave a review now because I have it make than enough chances to get it right but it just ain't happening. The only reason they get two stars is because they will listen to my complaints and try to fix the problems. Went there before work to get a couple dozen donuts and was surprised by how long the lines were! At first I was confused as to why the lines were so long(drive thru, inside to order AND to pick up drinks) but then I saw why, there was a child making drinks and running the register! I'm not saying a child as a dig to someone who looks young but an actual 11 or 12 year old, not in a uniform child!! Clearly the owner or managers child! He was first making drinks but didn't know how and as the line got longer and longer with no one getting their drinks he asked the cashier who then asked which ones needed to be made, to which he replied all of them. The he took over the register next and didn't know how to work it, making me re do my credit card over and over again then just saying out loud "I need help, can someone anyone help me" then he went and asked someone who told him what to do. After I paid he just kept looking at me confused and I said that I needed my donuts to which he asked "oh what did your order?" Everything took almost 30 minutes and made me late for work. this dunkin' is ok. i go there because it's the most convenient and down the street from me and that's pretty much all. i have to be very specific when ordering and even then it's only about a 50% chance they actually make my coffee the way i like it. i don't find anything wrong with the food as it's always pretty good. the service is usually ok as well, it's the typical service you'd get at any donut shop. read more

I come into this Dunkin Donuts location nearly every day and of all the DD in our area, this one is my favorite. I think my family and I are acquainted with most all the morning employees as it's on the way to one of the kid's schools so we stop in before or after dropping him off. Generally, they have most everything on the menu readily available (but I'm there really early in the day - if you go to DD later, most of them run out of certain donuts/bagels etc.). It has been my experience that everyone is very friendly and they offer donuts here that they don't have at other locations nearby. On the occasions where something was incorrect with my order, they've been more than happy to fix it for me. Once school lets out this location is really out of the way, but I will probably still trek down to this one several times a week anyway since I enjoy it more than others in the area. read more

The coffee was wonderful, exceptionally good. However I would like to know what happened to your chicken croissant sandwich? It was my absolute favorite and now it is gone.instead, now they have a chicken bacon ciabatta roll. So I had them put this chicken sandwich on a croissant which was fairly good. However the croissant was not as good as I remember, what has happened to the croissant? It was dry. I'm still giving it three stars. Because my chocolate cake donut was wonderful. And now I have to add one more thing. I tried the chicken bacon on a ciabatta and it's just too much bread. You lose the taste of the chicken and the bacon. read more

This place is hit-or-miss. I go here probably 3-4 times a month to get coffee. They always seem to be out of something. One time they were out of hot chocolate, another time they were out of mocha. The most recent time, they were out of small cups, so I had to pay for a medium. (How do you run out of cups at a coffee place?) Friendliness is hit or miss at this place too, but they're better than they used to be. Either an employee will be really nice and friendly, or they act like you're wasting your time. I am one of those people that needs my daily dose of caffeine, usually in the form of a medium iced coffee. Like most people I like my iced coffee sweetened and with cream. When I say sweet, I mean a consistent amount of sugar evenly distributed within my beverage, not a huge clump of sugar that has fallen to the bottom of my cup. Nearly every other coffee shop I have been to has a simple syrup they use to sweeten iced beverages... genius right!? This dunkin however sees no problem serving clumpy coffee. When I have asked for the magical invention of liquid sugar they rudely reply with "no we don't have that". On one occasion they even said that the pump was broken. The next time I asked again and still rude as ever they informed me that they don't have liquid sugar and they won't be changing that. So desperate for my coffee, I ask if they could put a bit of hot coffee in a cup, melt some sugar in and then add it to my iced coffee, all my problems solved!!! :D But no, "we're not allowed to do that". Okay, I'm not a food safety expert, but maybe, just maybe they're not allowed, but given past rudeness and attitude I believe it to be "uhhh, no I'm too lazy to make your coffee the way you want". One day, I was ready to settle for my crunchy sub-par coffee and pulled into the drive through; the girl helping me was so slow to take my order, it seemed like my presence was interrupting her and generally unpleasant I drove away and took my business elsewhere. read more
