Christine is a hot mess. Witnessed several orders which she simply had a difficult time remembering what you had just ordered. She appears to be absent minded. I also simply wanted to ask to use a pen, which she asked me to "you're going to have to wait a minute". That's fine no biggie, I'll wait for her to finish up with the customer she's with and then she'll acknowledge me as I stood off to the side. My very simple drink came out wrong. When they replaced it, it was still wrong. The lady at the register put her hand up to my face as to "stop" and told me she already told the other woman to fix my drink, and then that lady told me how I should order it next time, even though I've been getting the same drink for years lol. I never had a Dunkin which my food was cold and un prepared, but at least I found one. My wake up wrap wasn't even heated. The sausage was cold and same with the eggs. The slice of cheese, was not even melted. It was the same for my husband's sandwiches, just cold and not even heated. My kid had a bagel, that seems to be the one thing ppl can't seem to mess up. Stopped at this location on our way out of town and honestly the nicest Dunkin I've ever been in. Not only is the inside beautiful in a pretty new building but the inside is very nicely decorated. Staff was nice and fast. Restaurant was clean and there were lots of patrons. read more

Usually great food and service. But recently if you bring cash up to the counter, nobody is going to want to help. Drive-thru, mobile orders, and ordering on the tablet in store get your food. But absolute best of luck getting any kind of help when you stand at the register for 20 minutes with cash, on an empty Monday morning. I give nothing to the store. It's not worth it. I stood there for five minutes the counter nobody even acknowledged that I was standing there. The cashier was sitting with his boyfriend and rang up some thing for nothing on whatever and his boyfriend walked out with a drink and whatever ELC, and then he walked away from the register. Sam called me who I'm assuming is a manager after I wrote into Dunkin about my experience. She was very nice and apologetic. She told me I was overcharged and said I could come in anytime for a free latte. Unfortunately, I went in a few days later and the guy taking my drive thru order said the latte machine went down AGAIN. Like it's a normal thing. I ended up getting an iced coffee which was ok. we went to the other dunkin' off of howland (499 howland), and we asked for 12 glazed dounts and, 6 maple dounts. they had no glazed dounts what so ever or maple dounts. all they had were other unpopular flavors. what I don't understand is how you're going to be called "dunkin' dounts" and rarely ever have dounts. this is low customer service. so we called this dunkin' to see if they had dounts they had plenty of dounts. they set 12 glazed and 6 maple to the side for us and when we got there they were ready for us, the manager working yesterday (February 17th 2024) made sure all we had to do was go through the drive through and pay and get our dounts. this is great customer service and very appreciated in a business like this. all props to 3140 howland dunkin' dounts! read more

Super Nice people that work there BUT at times I feel they do not listen when an order is being placed. When I order a Caramell swirl iced coffee and get down the road and you taste it and it's just a Caramell iced coffee it's very disappointing or you ask for an ice coffee and hashbrowns and don't get your hashbrowns. I would suggest that they write on the cups what you've ordered and when you get to the window they should read back what you've ordered to make sure it's correct. I have had to go in after going through drive through to get my order corrected. read more

On March 31, 2020 my husband and I made an order of two bagels one plain toasted and the second one roast with butter. As we got our order opened it well the bagels were put in the microwave the bagels were sagie so my husband walked to then up to the window and told them that he order toasted bagels. I went there for drinks and donuts after deciding what I wanted from the menu and none of my first choices were available. I wanted the munchkins but they only had plain, pumpkin, chocolate glazed with no prospects of more being made. When I asked if there would be any later? The answer was "Our baker only makes a certain amount for the day." It's not hard to listen to an order....one large caramel iced macchiato, and one medium caramel iced macchiato decaf... and then had to wait for the coffee next to the exit sign, which was fine.
