    Delicious Mocha

Food and service was excellence the morning after Hurricane Milton. The Mocha was delicious as was the chipotle breakfast wrap!!! Can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff during a busy and challenging time. Check them out. You won't be disappointed! Ooppsss wrong location but I'm sure it's just as good. My apologies. I was at the DeLand location.

I shouldn't ding them for a one-off experience with a lazy waiter because we've otherwise been happy but we were put off enough to rethink whether or not we want to come back as often as we have. Not too happy about our waiter making us wait in a 20 minute line to pay our bill just because he didn't want to cash us out.

First time having good from here and came from a coworker's recommendation. She's right, the good is good and prices are fair. I called to ask what the soup of the day was because I had trouble finding it "on the menu" and I'm kind of glad about that because I had the complete pleasure of speaking with Anthony. His customer service and descriptions of menu items was stellar.

I've been coming here for a while now. The ham and apple sandwich is always my go to! Super yummy! Every time I get any of their lattes I'm always a happy camper. It can get pretty crowded in the evening so this place is better to check out in the morning. The service is always good! Perfect spot to just hang out and chillax. ‍

Rated poor today for no customer acknowledgement...sad, hope they didn't spot in my to go order

Hmmmm..here's the skinny...sat for 10 min to get table service. Staff took orders from 2 patrons, no one else is in the coffeehouse, it's not buy, not slammed. Waiter never served me, got up and placed my order to go. What the what?!

Right after Hurricane Ian hit, and still no power after 3days, we came outside and found Boston Coffeehouse open! We sat to eat breakfast and get mom her mandatory coffee. Unfortunately, their drip machine broke during the storm so she had to settle for a Vanilla Latte. She said it was " Delicious," so all is still right with the world. She also ordered an everything bagel, with egg, bacon. I ordered the "Chipotle breakfast ciabatta" with bacon. I added an O.J. that tasted Fresh squeezed and not from concentrate..my fav! Overall great breakfast during a rough time. So appreciate for them and their good customer service!

Enjoy coming here. Relaxing environments and the tea, coffee and food items are good. My favorites are their soups. Today had the Breakfast Chipotle Ciabatta for the first time- delicious. Wasn't expecting to enjoy it as much as I did as usually stick to the same meals here. Okay

We wanted something simple but yet tasty for dinner, and it was suggested that we try this restaurant. It's a neat coffee shop with various coffee flavors, fancy tea and an assortment of appetizers, soups, salads and sandwiches. One of us had a coffee that smelled fragrantly sweet. The Summer Salad is huge in size, generous with greens, nuts and fruit. The Tuna Melt has a crunch to the bread and clean, fresh flavor to the tuna. I had a bite of the turkey sandwich and thought it was rather good. The desserts are on display and each one looks better and better with the descriptions. I am a chocolate lover, and so I ended up with the Jack Daniel's: a full flavored dark chocolate cake that melts in my mouth. This should be enough to get you running to the restaurant now!

Lovely Easter Brunch on the Patio…read more We came here for Easter brunch and had a really nice experience. I called about 45 minutes before arriving just to see if there was any chance we could get a table. They mentioned they were only taking reservations that day but were kind enough to squeeze us in for 1:30, which worked out perfectly. Raven was our waitress and she was wonderful. Super welcoming, friendly, and attentive the whole time without ever feeling overbearing. My husband and I shared a Caesar salad and the steak and eggs, and of course we had to order mimosas (two each... because brunch ). Everything came out fresh and tasty. One small personal preference, and this might just be me, but I would have liked the Caesar salad lettuce to be chopped a bit smaller instead of the larger pieces. Not a deal breaker at all, just something I noticed. The steak was cooked well. I wouldn't say it was the best steak I've ever had, but it was definitely good. What really stole the show for me was the chimichurri sauce. I could honestly eat that by itself with the potatoes, it was that good. We sat on the patio and were a little worried it might be too hot, but it was nicely shaded and they have fans going, so it was actually very comfortable. The only time we got a little warm was after our second mimosa... but that might be on us Overall, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back.

On Saturday's, they do a bottle of champagne for $20 and it wasn't the cheapest stuff in town! Our server was amazingly helpful, gave great recommendations and helped make our visit special. Everything is true farm to table so the menu rotates. But the dishes we had were divine. We split the savory crepe that was an egg crepe with mash potatoes, sausage and a sage brown butter sauce. Other item split were the haute pocket and steak flatbread. You can tell a lot of thought is put into the menu items and blending of flavors. We for sure will return!

It's a seat yourself restaurant with outdoor seating accommodations as well. There was a bit of confusion as we had multiple servers coming up for our order but it wasn't an issue. The vanilla latte was really good even though it's not necessarily a coffee spot. It was beautiful out this morning so it was comfortable. I got two eggs, hash browns with sausage. Typical breakfast meal; nothing over the top but decent. My husband got a breakfast wrap which honestly was better than mine. All in all for two breakfast and drinks was about forty bucks which isn't surprising. I am not sure if I would stop in again for breakfast but would be a good quiet spot to grab a coffee and study or read a book.

Village Cafe is located in a plaza with other businesses, including medical offices, other restaurants and bars. Upon entering, my husband and I stood there for a moment not knowing if we should seat ourselves as we were greeted by no one other than stares from other patrons. We walked up to the counter and were greeted after staff were done discussing incoming food orders. We were then welcomed to seat ourselves. There were various tables - either with two or four chairs - indoors as well as outside. We chose to sit inside. The decor was minimal and there were several flat screened TV's on the wall playing a church service while a Top 40 radio station was playing in the background. The chairs were really uncomfortable (metal) and the table we were sat at had peeling brown paint that was covering wood. Our server was friendly and was able to tell us the specials. My husband ordered a grilled roast beef sandwich on a hoagie roll and I ordered a breakfast special and added a side of cheesy scrambled eggs to my order. We both agreed that our dishes lacked seasoning and my pancakes were a little tough. Luckily, I was full before I got to the bottom pancake, which was burned, and before the restaurant grew any warmer inside.
